Our Service Department is currently working with you and is replacing the main swing panel due to issues you are experiencing. The slide and stop screen are used when the system is open so for example if you are only opening one panel then you can slide and stop the screen to block that opening of the single panel and then if the whole system is open then you will be able to use the screen for the whole opening.

As always when selecting the right contractor make sure that they have experience installing bifold systems, we recommend that you interview more than one contractor and get their quotes, check their references, ask if perform adjustments and their warranties. This info and advice is also a big subject on our blog spot.
