Their customer service is second to none… they've gone above and beyond in more ways than I can count while helping us get through a large exterior reno. As a homeowner facing a daunting project, their helpfulness was greatly appreciated. We originally came to POCO Building Supplies for a quote on cedar decking. While their price was slightly higher than another quote we received, I was really pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful their staff were. I told them about the other price I'd been quoted, and they matched it! They gained my loyalty then and there, and we've used them for all of our remaining reno purchases since then. Jake, the marketing manager, spent a great deal of time helping us choose railing styles and stain colours that work well with our space, giving us advice on finishing techniques, siding options, and even sent a list of trustworthy tradespeople when we found ourselves in a bind for workers. Our railing delivery was another example of a time they went beyond my expectations. We'd ordered a product that was only partially in stock, but Jake new we were trying to get the railings completed in time for a big party we were having. He worked his tail off and pulled strings to find the remaining products in time, and had them couriered to our house at their own expense. We were so thrilled to have a usable deck for our party, because of Jake's efforts. As a family-run company, they seem to care a lot about making their customers happy and that comes through in a multitude of ways, from competitive pricing to helpful advice.
