Kayla Edgerly at the Beaumont store was phenomenal. She knows her craft and tirelessly worked to help us find the exact doors we were looking for. When it appeared there were no vendors with our product she continued to research and got us the results we needed! She was patient, kind and the consummate professional. I highly recommend Tri-Supply and specifically Kayla. What a great experience!

Love this place. GREAT inventory for your next home remodeling job. They carry many options(in stock or special order) for lighting, fans, doors, appliances, cabinet and door hardware, and more. It's a great place to buy, pricing is good, and quality will beat out the big box stores every time. I bought framed in solid wood doors for $135 each, when all I could get at the big box store was a hollow core door for $100. AMAZING. But even better than their inventory is their customer service. No matter who helps me, I get exemplary service, attention to detail, and great follow up. If you are looking for options for your next remodeling project, or items for your custom build, you will be glad you gave this place a chance. Ask for Chris or Juan...both are awesome. My husband and I came across Tri-Supply when we were looking for good alternatives to Home Depot for our remodel in Austin. The first day we went in, we walked out with a new light fixture for our bathroom, and we've been back many times since. We've found their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and straight forward. The difference between the level of service you get at a Home Depot or Lowe's versus Tri-Supply is huge. For example, we're about to order a new front door from Tri-Supply. Chris (who we've dealt with the most) was able to adeptly explain to us the pros and cons of different door types, glass, framing, hardware, why we might or might not want to replace our entire door frame, how that might affect our price and so on. The staff is great and most importantly knowledgeable, but the prices are also fair. We shopped around online for comparable doors and found the one we liked at Tri-Supply to be several hundred or in some case several thousand dollars less than others. We've also purchased kitchen cabinet hardware from Tri-Supply for less than similar styles at Home Depot. I would readily recommend Tri-Supply for appliances, lighting, and interior and exterior doors.

We were in the market for lighting, a faucet, drains, knobs/pulls, etc… Tri-Supply is a one-stop shop for all of those items plus a whole lot more. If we had realized they also carried appliances, doors, sinks and many other supplies before we bought them elsewhere, we would have purchased everything at Tri-Supply. The vast selection of home items is phenomenal and the customer service before and after purchasing is even better. Bonus - when you call the store a real person actually answers the phone. We worked with Juan in Austin and Misty in Temple and both were excellent on the communication spectrum. We have high expectations and are very picky about quality and service. We would recommend Tri-Supply to anyone in the market for home supplies. We will definitely return whenever we are in the market for home supplies again!

We bought a 3.400 sq.ft. fixer-upper in a secluded high-end neighborhood. We had the windows installed almost two years ago, and the doors replaced last month. All of the windows and exterior doors had to be replaced, as well as most of the exterior doors, which ARE HUGE! Three angled windows, double-doors, transoms, a triple door on the second floor. What a difference! The team not only knows their product, they also care about their clients. Their new showroom in Temple is AWESOME, especially the lighting section!

I am currently building a house. I have frequented two Tri Supply stores and purchased many items. Prices are very good and service is even better. I highly recommend them.

We recently completed the purchase of kitchen appliances at Tri Supply. Kelly Barrington was professional and helpful, right down to and including the day of installation. The cabinet builder who built the fronts to the appliances mentioned several times how knowledgeable Kelly was about the products and how helpful she was. I can only agree. I recommend Tri Supply and Kelly. There showroom in Temple is lots of fun to visit.

Great company to use for your home remoding. Very knowledable customer service. I would recommend them for home furnishings also.
