“In my experience with appliance repair shops, they refuse to give a ball park estimate of how much repairs might cost. Instead they say you have to pay for an inspection. Not the case here. My side by side Sub Zero fridge just stopped working. Suspected that it needs a new compressor and the person who spoke to me gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace which turns out to be more than a new product. Can't vouch for the quality of their work, but was impressed by their approach. The guy was even extra quiet when he found out my son was taking a nap in the next room. Would recommend and definitely use again.”

“I have an old LG dryer that went down. I didn't know any appliance rep in the area so had to scout around. They were LG recommended but better, had the best service call rate. And a big plus--I didn't have problems getting through to them. Jerry came out the next day and he was very efficient and thorough. Ends up my machine (which I "inherited") isn't worth the repair as it's too old. Jerry was honest with his assessment and answered all my questions. He was able to temporarily fix it to hold over while I work out getting a new machine. They actually didn't make much money off me, but I will definitely be using them in the future as they are helpful, honest and knowledgeable in a wide range of appliances.”

“I replaced a built-in wall oven microwave combo unit with two Wolf appliances stacked on each other. There was a small gap in between the appliances, and a larger gap beneath the lower one. I needed an oven gap filler piece but it really had to match the look of the Wolf oven. I went with Micro Trim for this, and the results were fantastic. All the measurements were perfect, the stainless steel perfectly matches the luster and grain of the Wolf appliance. The piece I got uses a magnetic mounting bracket so now I have an extra hidden shelf I'm using to store extra pans. Micro Trim even made me a thin custom strip of matching stainless steel to fill the small gap between the two Wolf appliances. Super responsive, friendly to work with, and really reasonable prices. Highly recommend Micro Trim.”
