“Jay, Chris and their team at Semper Fi did an extensive remodel/renovation for us prior to a move, while my wife and I were located 800 miles away from Black Mountain. Semper Fi was professional, helpful and flexible in accomodating our special situation and working in partnership with our design firm. Their communication is second-to-none, and they treat it as a point of honor to be accurate and reliable in their estimates of cost and time-to-completion of a project. We always felt like we had a good grasp on how our project was progressing, and their ability to keep a complex job on schedule and on budget was amazing. Followup at the end of the job was also really impressive--they were extremely responsive and helpful in listening to our feedback and quickly correcting anything that wasn't exactly perfect. Jay and Chris and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have our highest recommendation!”

“We hired Builtwright to address a complex structural issue in the basement; but, we were quickly impressed by their abilities and professionalism and asked them to finish out the entire downstairs. We were even more impressed by the downstairs transformation and were becoming fast friends with Andy's entire team. So, you guessed it, we gave them the green light to facelift the upstairs as well and to complete some exterior upgrades. Whether the work was done by Andy's guys or by one of the many subs that he hired, tasks were completed seamlessly with perfect coordination, great skill and pride. Beyond the superior deliverable and overall project management, it was Andy's particular skill in finding design and material solutions within our budget that gave us the confidence to keep going. Significantly, when many would be focused on their next project, Andy was proactive with every detail of the punch list, giving us that final good taste. A repair job had grown into a whole-home project resulting in an inspiring and comfortable space that far exceeds our expectations.”

“We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“George has over the last 10 years repaired our house that was cut in half by a huge tree that fell in an ice storm,remodeled a mountain cabin we own and built a river pavilion which could be featured in architectural digest. He is an excellent and honest builder who will give you 100%. “Headwaters Enterprises is #1 in my book! They're a rare find in the world of construction being talented, top quality, honest, AND reliable. If you want to see the work they do in person, come check out our bicycle shop! Our retail space was a maze of small offices before Headwaters transformed it. Now we have a beautiful showroom, practical repair shop, and efficient office & storage areas. The attention to detail, clear cut choices of products & materials, and finishing touches are so good, they sometimes become the topic of conversation with our customers instead of the bicycles that we sell. The remodel went so well, we've even had Headwaters build a deck, install sliding glass doors, relocate a few windows, and even add chimney pots to our home. We look forward to more projects in the future!”
