“We used Sherri to design our custom home in Pleasant Hill, MO. She allowed us to create at our own pace and listened to our needs. She was easy to work with and continues to work with our builder and subs, at their request for assistants, during the building phase. Sherri took action to do her research when we had questions that fell outside her expertise. Our builder praised her work and commented that he would recommend her to other homeowners. She provided us with a 3D view of the interior of the home, which really helped us to visually see her custom design. She met our deadline and budget agreements.”

He made some great recommendations on the design and layout during the estimating process of our new kitchen and it completely changed the look and feel of our house for the better, while helping it tie into the adjoining hallway more seamlessly. He was also very flexible with schedule and had great communication while finishing on-time and on-budget. He really provided us the best value for our money. He will be my first recommendation to anyone looking for remodel work.”

“We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

“Paul Young and his employees gutted my kitchen, removed a wall and rebuilt it all. This included a beautiful new wood floor, new cabinets and counter tops and they moved a door to improve access to the dining room. He kept me informed along the way about cost or timing on items when I requested changes. (example- we decided on corian rather than granite counter tops) His workers were very clean and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my home. He finished on budget and on time. I highly recommend Gary Brown Homes.”
