365 Furniture Assembly

To make it perfectly clear from the beginning: working with Oscar & 365 will be the best decision you ever make. I found 365 on instagram (I think!). Best instagram search I ever did. I reached out to Cindy. Cindy probably does not get enough credit. I have never met her in person, but she was SO helpful. Always communicative. Cindy connected me with a designer she had worked with in the past (Jesse from Modern Twig), and right there, Cindy got the ball rolling on my kitchen renovation. Cindy was clear with what my steps needed to be, and she consistently followed up with me to check in on the progress of my design, and timeline for scheduling installation with 365. I SO APPRECIATED this follow-up. She may not realize it, but she kept me on track. If you’re going the DIY route, having Cindy in your corner is helpful. And that goes for all personalities. I’m an organized, structured person who appreciated timelines. But this was my first renovation. Cindy’s clear and consistent communication with me was beyond helpful. Then comes Oscar. Oscar is maybe the nicest person I have ever met, and I have never enjoyed working with someone as much as I did with Oscar. He’s calm. ALWAYS. He’s a problem-solver. More of our walls were cut open than originally anticipated, and we weren’t able to patch them before he arrived. He couldn’t get done as much as he had hoped on his first day because of this, but Oscar was so understanding. He connected me with a person to complete the drywall, and it was completed the next day (first referral from Oscar - always use Oscar’s referrals!). The next day Oscar came back to continue working. We traveled while he worked. Oscar sent me photos every day updating me with the progress. It was nice to feel like we were a part of the transformation even when we were away. Again, the communication from both Cindy and Oscar is impeccable. When we came home, we came home to beautiful cabinets that were perfectly installed! And I mean PERFECT! I had yet to pick out a countertop. Oscar connected me with Beto. Countertops were installed two weeks later. And they are BEAUTIFUL! Oscar may appear as a one-man show, which he is a lot of the time, but he has clearly picked people around him. And they are all as calm, professional, and fun as Oscar. Both Beto and Oscar always answered all of my questions never making me feel silly for asking them! Oscar is amazing. I really cannot say enough about Oscar and the 365 team. I don’t write many reviews, but I have never been in a position in which I have felt so compelled to… again, hiring 365 would be the best decision you make. And don’t underestimate Oscar. 365 is more than just an installation company. They can help you with other aspects of your project. Lastly, I have to include the following: we were replacing our floor at the same time. We had an asbestos scare, which luckily for us turned out to not be. But we have a 5 and a 2 year old. Oscar of

Per my sister's recommendation (they LOVED working with them), we worked with Oscar, Cindy and team for a project we're just completing and I would recommend them without hesitation. Their work is excellent, they're prompt, reliable and very detail-oriented. Their team turned a quote around overnight and were able to work us into their busy schedule so we didn't have to delay the other aspects of our project. When we hit a snag with the design of our cabinets, Oscar rearranged his schedule to give us some time to get the addcic itional parts required. I was texting late into the evening with Oscar as we were working through some open questions - these guys were totally committed to getting the job done right. They even came in UNDER their original estimate. Wow.

As anyone who has undergone any size of remodel can attest, there are quickly an overwhelming number of decisions to make, whether it be choosing materials or choosing subcontractors. Many decisions compound and, as we complete a full remodel of our home, we’ve faced hundreds of such decision points. Easily, one of the best decisions we made was to hire 365 Furniture Assembly for our kitchen install. Wow, did they do an amazing job! (Picture attached) By the time we called 365 Furniture Assembly, we had spent many months tearing down walls, building new walls, visiting showrooms, creating our own design plans, researching and sourcing the materials necessary to bring our vision to life. Prior to creating our own design documents, it was a long and bumpy road of both of our asking “why?” and being told “no” without reason to designs that were indeed possible by veteran kitchen planners who made us question why one would ever hire a kitchen designer. We also had dealt with a whole host of other subcontractor woes. After considering our options, it was with bated breath that we decided on the semi-custom cabinet route. After deciding on Semihandmade, we scoured the Internet for Bay Area installers and their portfolios. It doesn’t take long reading reviews, looking at their portfolio and asking about their client list to immediately have confidence in the quality of 365 Furniture Assembly’s work. It’s as good as you think; which felt impossible to us at that point in the process. Needless to say, by the time our install date arrived, we were anxious, under-slept, and had spent thousands of dollars on cabinetry we crossed our fingers would not only work, but look at great as we hoped it might. But, it was clear from the moment Oscar, Cindy and the 365 team arrived that having them execute our design was a great decision. Even prior to our install day, they went out of their way to ask us thoughtful questions and to answer all of ours. Given that both Cindy and Oscar actively work on each job, it’s magical that their replies are so quick and so personal. During this many month remodel, we have had literally dozens of subcontractors come through our apartment to bid and to do work. Oscar, Cindy and the 365 Furniture Assembly team are standouts. They so clearly take pride in their work and go out of their way to take extreme care of your home as they move themselves, tools and ladders around. During a multi day install, the level of attention to detail, creative problem solving, and thoughtfulness they brought to our project has been unparalleled. You really are doing yourself a favor picking up the phone and calling them. They are not just professionals, but artisans of their craft. No cut is too small for Oscar, no question too silly for them to answer, no request they don’t go out of their way to meet. When they take you on as a client, they take on your project with the level of care as if it were their own. The end result is stunning. We still pinch ourselves when we look at our kitchen. Oscar, Cindy and the 365 Assembly team thank you for breathing life into our dream. It will be impossible not to think of you each time we look at the end result.

Oscar and Cindy were wonderful to work with, very professional, hardworking, trustworthy, I strongly recommend them! I manage apartment buildings and we decided to try IKEA Kitchens in doing the renovations. They have now helped us with 4 kitchens and did an amazing job! We will absolutely continue to use them and look forward to working with them again!

365 FA did our IKEA kitchen installation in 2016. We had about 20 cabinets and a complicated layout but it did not slow down the process even a bit. The entire kitchen has been installed in 3 days and I couldn't be happier about it.
