Anderson Lumber Company

We purchased all windows for a new house we built after ours burned in the Gatlinburg wildfire. Anderson made a mistake on two sets of windows. They promised to replace them, but put us off for several months despite my calling every few weeks. Then they said it had been too long! I found them to be quite dishonest! We are not the suing type, so we will have to just pay someone else the $1000.00 this time, but never do any business with Anderson at Alcoa, Tony Cook, or Joe Allen again. We would recommend that everyone stay away from Anderson Alcoa.

Anderson Lumber is dishonest. I have tried to get them to make things right, but they just keep lying. They really messed up my windows in my new home, and want me to pay them MORE to fix THEIR mistake. Beware, no, just save yourself a nightmare and stay away.

Excellent service and knowledge of the project. Joe Allen is a true professional in all aspects of his duties. I will continue to use Anderson Lumber and Joe for all DIY projects.
