Robert Janks gave us an estimate on a complete house remodel. We did not hire him but it was close. I think we would have been better off if we had because the other contractor turned out to be very bad. But Robert was very patient and listened to us and provided a very detailed proposal. He was very professional and seemed quite competent. I would recommend him.
