This is our 4th house using Baileys Cabinets and once again, they were awesome to work with! We highly recommend Baileys based on their designers, price & customer service.
From the initial stages of ideation to final designs, our Baileys designer was there for us - we use them for kitchen cabinets, pantry, living room built-ins, dining room dry bar & mudroom storage bench - plus we found in-stock bathroom vanities for high quality and lower prices than home improvement stores. We upgrade our spaces with custom sinks and quartz countertops, and the designers walk us through every step.
The price cannot be beat - especially for the high quality, semi-custom features! And if there is a problem (which rarely happens), the customer service team is helpful and responsive to fix it.
We will continue to use Baileys cabinets for all our home projects in the future! We highly recommend them to be your first and last stop for home projects too!

We would highly recommend Bailey’s Cabinets to anyone beginning a new install or a remodel. Nick was great to work with as we chose our new cabinets, hardware and countertops. We were kept up to date on production/delivery. Coordinating our countertop install was also a very easy process. We love how this project came together! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Updating a kitchen is no easy task when you think about tearing out all the cabinets and starting over but with the help of Bailey's design team it was a snap. We handed them the measurements and in no time at all we had a kitchen design that looked like it was from a magazine. If I had to do anything different I would have updated the kitchen 20 years ago because the kitchen we have today is beautiful. Thank you to the whole Bailey's team for making our dream kitchen reality!

We love our new kitchen! Lindsey listened to my requests and designed the kitchen perfectly. There was a lot of demolition down to the studs but the end result is fabulous. The process was seamless and we are very pleased with the quality of the cabinets. The installation crew was very professional and efficient....nice that Bailey’s has their own installers. Bravo!

Bailey's was helpful and friendly in designing thr kitchen remodel in one of our rental units. The cabinets and countertops were installed and beautiful. We had a problem when attempting to install the kitchen sink as the hole had been cut too large. Bailey's refused to accept responsibility or assist with correcting the problem. We had to pay another professional to complete the kitchen. As much as I enjoy the store and prices, I must go elsewhere for my home and our other rental remodels due to their poor customer service in regards to the resolution.

We are so happy with our new kitchen! It is even prettier than we anticipated. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and very well made. The installers were professional and worked quickly. They gave us a timeframe of when things would be done and they got it completed as promised. We have so much more space in our small kitchen because we "thought outside of the box" for the design. We were treated with respect every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Bailey's!

Once the preliminary design was created and accepted by us all the deliver and installation dates were put in place for our convenance. Bailey's Cabinets can be summed up in two words: Mark and Price. Designer Mark was knowledgable and helpful to this novice kitchen remodel couple. He was able to see our vision and draw a rough sketch in front of us. His years of experience did shine and made the entire ordering process easy. Bailey's undercut three other cabinet vendors by $5,000+. A no brainer in selection. The lack of five stars is due to a few scratches to the Corian top upon install. Neither Bailey's or my contractor would take responsibility. Bailey's charged $250+ to fix the scratch. Yikes. So the scratches are still there. Seems like after spending $22,000+, someone could afford to fix it with no charge.

We have been working with Baileys since 2007. They designed the kitchen in our new house with patience and professionalism. It turned out beautiful. Recently (December, 2018) we changed over the countertops to quartz. Once again, Baileys was awesome. Our countertops are beautiful. They designed them, measured them and installed them and they are perfect. We decided to use Baileys to remodel a kitchen in a house we own that we intend to flip down the road. Baileys could not have been more patient and helpful in creating a great kitchen in a very difficult space (very old house with extremely limited square footage). We have recommended Baileys to anyone in need of kitchen/bath projects. Our daughter used them to remodel a kitchen in an old farm house and again when they built a new home. In all of our collective experiences, we have been pleased.

We were very pleased with our project from start to finish. The show room was easy to navigate. The designer, Nathan, who assisted us was very helpful and follow up was excellent.
Nathan worked with our contractor to finalize design and measurement. Delivery was smooth and easily coordinated. Our contractor installed the cabinets but countertop install went great!
We definitely plan to use Bailey’s in the future for renovations down the road.

Bailey's staff helped us with the design identifying all facets of our kitchen project down to the smallest cabinet detail. Cabinets are excellent quality. Trim matches the cabinets perfectly and countertops blend well with accent knobs and drawer pulls. They modified the design several times for us. The staff provided samples of the cabinet color and countertops so we could match tile and wall paint. They also cut out countertops for our custom sink. A new kitchen is a large projext. Small installation issues were taken care of completely. Installation teams were always on time, professional and courteous. I do recommend Bailey's to anyone. With the understanding a new kitchen is a large complex project that will have ups and downs.

We started at a big box store for our kitchen remodel but weren’t thrilled with he price. I heard about Bailey’s Discount Center from a co-worker. My husband and I drove there one weekend and talked with Liz Masson. She worked on an existing drawing and helped create our perfect kitchen. We have more upgrades with the cabinets we bought from Bailey’s than the big box store. We also picked out a beautiful custom color and hardware. The cabinets took about 6 weeks to make and ship. We are thrilled with how the new kitchen turned out!! Definitely give them s try! Very responsive team, great pricing and quality made cabinets!

We had our own contractor/installer but went with Baileys for the purchase of our bathroom cabinetry, counter top - sink and shower. Very pleased with the knowledge, design and quality of product. Our designer Nathan was fantastic, he listened to our wants, needs and was patient with the many questions. He offered many design layouts before we settled on the final layout, he was able maximize our space and make it work with the new addition for easy flow into the open space concept of adjoining rooms. The cabinets are high quality with good value as well as the countertops, all the staff involved were very professional easy to work with delivery was on time as promised. We are so excited for the final results, it turned out fantastic!

What a WONDERFUL experience !!
The quality of the cabinets and countertops were way above my expectations in quality and price. We went shopping at the big box stores and found that Bailey's was thousands cheaper for better quality. When we found the price we added all the features we ever dreamed of. We couldn't be happier with the people involved in the process. From the salesperson Janice to the delivery guys and the counter top installers Jesse and crew. Very professional and friendly. And right on schedule which surprised me because delivery date was after 2 holidays. I have already talked to people that never knew about Bailey's cabinets and are going to see for themselves. You won't be sorry. We LOVE our new kitchen and wish we would have done this sooner. Thanks Bailey's !

We installed our own cabinets and then we received phone call from Sarah at Baileys that we had been chosen to have our kitchen photographed. Sarah came to our home and did an amazing job with all the photos ! We will recommend Baileys to our friends for their kitchen makeovers.

Lindsey at Bailey’s was able to help me design my kitchen before I was even able to see it, I was working in California and the perfect design was worked out from 2000 miles away. They also corrected everything that wasn’t perfect without hesitation. Bailey’s is a wonderful company to work with, helped me all the way and the end result is beautiful! I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love my new kitchen! Liz with Bailey's Cabinets was so very helpful in the design process. We saved a significant amount of money by going with Bailey's. We had gotten an estimate on refacing our old doors on our cabinets but Bailey's beat that cost and we now have beautiful new quality cabinets. When the cabinets and quartz countertops arrived, they sent a crew of 4 to our house and the cabinets were installed in one day. I highly recommend Bailey's Discount Center.

I was very pleased with the whole kitchen remodel. My designer was a great help in making everything work. I ordered a cubbie that had baskets when they found out the baskets were discontinued they went out of their way to find someone to custom make them for me. I highly recommend them .

I had waited 20 years to get my new kitchen. I wanted what I wanted. Bailey's provided that for me. Lots of patience from Janice in the design phase. Delivery time was exactly what was promised on cabinets and counter top. The quality of both is great. I loved the pull out shelves so much in my cabinets that I ordered those same shelves to put into my existing pantry. I would use Bailey's again.

In May this year we stopped into Bailey’s to “possibly “ buy new kitchen cabinets. We ended up getting cabinets, countertops,sink, and backsplash. We love our cabinets. We took in a rough drawing and measurements of our kitchen space and the process to pick out new cabinets was fairly painless. We thought the cost was reasonable and affordable. Everything arrived in the time frame we were given and installation was uneventful. Any issues we’re dealt with efficiently and professionally by the Bailey’s Cabinets staff. We bought our cabinets, backsplash, counter, and sink from Bailey’s and we love it all. Thank you for a great experience.

The cabinets are wonderful!!! But we did feel that we were pushed from one rep to the next. Would have been a better experience if we could have worked with just one person. Didn't get exactly what we ordered, but like what we got. But the selection and prices make it worth the hassle of dealing with the sales people.

What a wonderful experience we had using Bailey's for our kitchen remodel. Gorgeous, high quality cabinets for a third of the price of the "big box" stores. The design service was free & we left with an estimate after our first visit. Then our designer Liz (and also Janice) worked patiently with us to make the changes we wanted to make everything perfect & customized for us. Their pros came out to make sure measurements were perfect before the order was placed. Cabinets arrived at the time promised & the installation went seamlessly-the whole kitchen was completed in a day, cabinets, counters & sink. Couldn't be more pleased if we'd have spent twice as much!

Bailey's was great to work with. We didn't need an appointment. We just walked in, signed in, and then we sat down with a designer. Within about 2 hours we had a plan for remodeling our kitchen with new cabinets, sink, back splash, and counter top. We made a few changes from the original plan but it was so easy when working with the designer. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

From start to finish our experience with Bailey's was top notch - one would never know that this is a "discount" business. Everyone from Liz, the designer, to the cabinet installation people, and finally to the countertop folks were first class professionals. There was no detail too small or an issue too big for any of them. If we had it to do over again we would not change a thing. As an overall organization, they are worthy of your trust and will do everything possible to make you simply THRILLED with the outcome. We bought our kitchen cabinets from Bailey's Cabinets and could not have been more pleased. We saved over $3500 at Bailey's over lesser quality cabinets from the big-box lumber yard stores. We had specific needs and wants for our new kitchen. The big-box stores had difficulty designing to our specifications, then wanted to charge an arm-and-leg to get it right. Bailey's Cabinet professionals had no problems with our request and quickly adapted our design to fit our needs (at an extremely affordable price!) Fantastic professional staff. We bought our kitchen cabinets and counter tops
From Baileys. The designers there were fabulous. She helped design several kitchen cabinet plans for our kitchen. She even worked with us to find the right color combinations for the island, cabinets, and counter tops. We were very happy with the service at Baileys and we absolutely love how our kitchen turned out.

After 43 years in our home, we decided to redo our kitchen. A lot has changed in 43 years. Liz, our Bailey's Cabinet sales person, was patient and helpful. We completely redesigned our kitchen, doubling the amount of cabinets. With every change, Liz was able to pull our kitchen up on her computer and show us how it would look. With that capability we were able to add extra counter space and make adjustments. We were never made to feel like we were a bother when we called or stopped to ask questions. My favorite feature is the drawers that were placed where the lazy Susan should have been. We still look at our kitchen and wonder how we added more cabinets and the room feels bigger. We shopped for months for cabinets and layout designs with not many places trying to help fit budget and understanding our layout. Bailey's design center took the time as we went over every cabinet one by one. There installation team was top notch. They had the look we where going for at 1/2 the price quoted by other places. I would highly recommend them as we where able to get a higher end cabinet and counter tops then we could of from anywhere else.

We had the best experience with Bailey's Cabinets. They came out and took measurements and then sat with us to design our kitchen. They offered suggestions on what cabinets and countertops to go with. Delivery went very well. When we found problems with anything, we contacted them and they made it right within a short amount of time. I couldn't ask for anything better. We were only without a kitchen for 6 weeks. The six weeks was a total tear out from ceiling to floor. I love my kitchen more now than I have in the 24 years living in this house.
