What an amazing experience! To me, buying cabinets was akin to buying a new washer and dryer- necessary, but not all that exciting. My experience at Beech Tree was completely different. From the moment I walked into their cozy showroom without an appointment (forced to consider custom after several unsatisfactory experiences at semi-custom firms) I felt excited about the possibilities. Nic offered me coffee and a seat in their beautiful kitchen showroom and LISTENED TO ME. As he became interested in my project I saw it in a new way. I was handed a piece of paper and asked to draw what I wanted. The bid came within 24 hours and was within my budget. I toured their factory, met the wonderful family of craftsmen and staff, and was able to be part of the process of my cabinets being "born". The quality is impressive, the support and customer service outstanding, and the cabinets are timeless. We feel like we gave our beloved house a special gift that will outlive us. Thank you Beech Tree for one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life.

Our project involved matching existing 70-year old custom pine cabinetry with some new cabinetry as part of a kitchen/pantry remodel in our vertical log home. Mass-produced modern cabinets would be totally out of place in our home. We wanted the new cabinetry to have modern amenities (such as soft close drawers and recycling and compost bins) yet match our existing cabinetry. Beech Tree was enthusiastic about our project and worked very collaboratively with our contractor to achieve the look we wanted. Beech Tree Woodworks created the cabinetry plans for our review and comment, and our cabinets were completed to our final specs on time and on budget. Our kitchen contains no straight walls, so adjustments needed to be made when our contractor did the installation. Beech Tree Woodworks anticipated the likelihood that adjustments would be needed and built the cabinetry with this reality in mind, so when an issue arose it was easily addressed. I am an architect who works on high end custom residential homes in the area & used Beech Tree for my own home. We bought a mid century fixer upper & our first major project was remodeling our bathrooms. We had an alcove where we needed a custom sized vanity to replace our existing plywood vanity. Working with Beech Tree was great, they worked with us to get within our budgetary goal by making some adjustments & we ended up with a natural finished wall mounted birch vanity that we absolutely love! We did all of the work ourselves & got great install tips from Beech Tree as well. Everything came together perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Nic and the crew built a set of cabinets for my new house last year. These are the highest quality you will find. The folks at BT are wonderful to work with, and create amazing custom-made cabinets. You'll certainly find cheaper ones, but you won't find any of higher quality. If you are building a new house or remodeling your kitchen, you will be delighted with cabinets made by Beech Tree. There is no comparison with cabinets you'll find anywhere else. If the kitchen is important to you, be careful, because once you've seen these cabinets you'll never be able to settle for mass-produced cabinets. You'll have to figure out a way to get these. Beech Tree made our bathroom cabinetry also, and they are wonderful as well. There were a couple of issues which occurred during construction; Nic made every effort to get things fixed up to our satisfaction, and the end result is that we are entirely satisfied - and then some - with our cabinets. I recommend Beech Tree Woodworks without hesitation.

After meeting the team at Beechtree and seeing samples of their work, I knew right away this was the right company. I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of their work, and impressed with how attentive and dedicated the team was. Nic James and the entire Beech Tree crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. Not only is the finished product bar none, but the attentive crew and time Nic spent in our design process made us feel like we were the only project they were working on. Visiting the shop and being able to see the work in progress firsthand was also an awesome bonus. With a lot of high end finishes and customisations, our projects stayed within our budget; we even added some upgrades and were able to work within our limits for both time and budget. Our contractor found installation to be simple. They were very impressed with the quality of product including look and feel. They were able to install our cabinets and corner hardware within hours of receiving delivery. The cabinets are clean, stable, sturdy and meeting the high demands of our kitchen usage. We are glad to have found Beech Tree. We have a bathroom remodel to do and several other rooms that need updating.
