Terrible people to deal with. They don't accept returns even if they order the wrong product for customers. They will charge for shipping even if they have stuff in stock I will definitely not recommend them. I would save your money by going to other places.

The team at Bell City Carpet One was terrific to deal with. Val and Rob made the process extremely easy. I needed to replace a carpet in a rental property that was very time sensitive and they were able accommodate and get this done on my time line. They worked directly with my previous tenants to enter the home and work out logistics all while I was travelling on business. Lastly, they were the best pricing I received out of three quotes. I will use them again.

We had a number of projects needing to be done. From ripping out the cheap laminate the old homeowners had installed, and giving us a unique alternative to replacing all the hideous blue tiled floors we had, Bell City was great to work with. They installed gorgeous new laminate in our living rooms, and we also went with their recommendation of Alterna flooring over top of the existing ugly ceramic tile. They were right: way more cost effective than jack-hammering it all out! They did the whole job on time and budget, and even saved us money because they were honest enough to tell us our laminate underpadding didn't need to be replaced. We liked them so much that a year later we hired them again to install new flooring and trim in our bedroom! Thanks again for all your hard work guys! We will definitely be back.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bell City on numerous occasions over the past few years. We have had both carpet and laminate flooring installed and couldn't be happier with the results. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the products service and prices are exceptional. I found myself in a bit of a time crunch when it came to replacing the flooring in my recently purchased property. It wasn't until I took possession of the rental property that I realize what poor condition the existing carpet was in. I contacted bell city carpet and had the pleasure of discussing the products with Rob. I took a few samples back to the house- chose carpet that was in stock and hoped to have this installation completed in a 2 week time frame. To my surprise the carpet was installed within a week. They were extremely accomodating when it came to my schedule and budget. I am grateful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule while the real estate market peaked this summer. They provided me with new carpet that really fit and completed the space. I would highly recommend bell city carpet for any size project- I will definitely continue to give Rob my business in the future.

The Sales staff were very nice to work with. Very helpful, courteous and professional. They had great ideas and suggestions and worked out a fare price for us. The installer was very detailed in his work,cleaned up neatly and did a great job. Everything was completed on time and on budget, even with a few changes. A great organization to work with.
