BENEDETTINI CABINETRY

They met and exceeded my expectations. I think they're great. They're work and crafto on cabinets was awesome. I had good expectations but after they installed what I described to them, they totally exceeded my expectations.

We had issues due to TM cancelling a contract. We got stuck in middle, however years later we went back for damaged cabinet from me. Not a building error and they were fast and easy to work with the cost wasn't bad no attempt to price gauge.

We had a home built and the builder used Benedettini for our "custom" cabinets. We are very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship and the customer service. The cabinet hinges don't all work properly, and we have had them come out twice to repair, but the hinges continue to get out of balance. The joints on the front of the cabinet doors do not all meet properly and they tried to fix it with wood filler and stain. You can definitely tell they were repaired. The kickboards under the cabinets and the quarter round at the floor were poorly installed. The kickboards are dinged up and the quarter round was not stained properly. Our second issue is the fireplace mantel. The veneer on two of the panels crackled with the heat of the fireplace. Instead of replacing the mantel with a finish that will withstand the heat, they are just placing pieces over the crackled portion and trying to match the stain on the rest of the mantel. I am very dissatisfied with Benedettini.

We had Benedettini Cabinetry design the kitchen for our new custom home. Everything from the initial drawings to the installation of the cabinets went better than id hoped! One issue that did come up a week after installation was taken care of promptly and has not been an issue since. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for custom cabinetry!

Cabinets are beautiful, customer service is terrible. Over the last 6 years we have had to replace the drawer hardware for at least half of the drawers in our kitchen because of substandard parts used by Bendettini. We recently had a technician from the company come out and replace more of the hardware that had broken. We asked Benedettini to bring enough parts to replace 20 drawers, but they only brought enough to fix 3. Now they want to charge over $700 to repair the substandard parts that they used in the original cabinets. Their customer service department is anything but and when you ask them to break down cost and labor they refuse to do so. Charging $100 per hour to fix something that is a result of shoddy workmanship and parts, is nothing but a scam. If they used substandard parts to build the cabinets then they should be willing to repair them.

We had these a full line of Kitchen and Master bathroom cabinets installed through our builder in Houston Texas. I had not heard of this cabinet maker prior to my builder using them, these cabinets don't hold up well to the normal wear and tear of everyday living. My builder has since switched cabinet makers. Was far from impressed with the product.

Benedettini made and installed the cabinets for our new home. They turned out better than expected. There were a few issues that we noticed with some of the drawers but this was handled promptly and professionally. We would use them for future projects.
