Cabinet City is the best place in the San Gabriel Valley to purchase your cabinets. For years I had planned to design my dream kitchen and Cabinet City made my dream come true. I honestly can't believe how beautiful my kitchen is. There were a few design issues, but everything was quickly resolved by Mike. We visited several showrooms throughout San Gabriel Valley, before hiring this company. By far, Cabinet City has the most gorgeous showroom and excellent quality cabinets.

Good quality of cabinets and countertops. We used Cabinet City to upgrade our triplex kitchens and bathrooms. They have a staff of experienced employees that plan everything from A-Z; measuring the kitchens/bathrooms and planning on their computers and finally installing. The work was done last year, I did not write the review until now to make sure the cabinets and counter tops are durable and good. Well, thank you Cabinet City!

Today the installers finished my kitchen and I want everyone to know that I would (and will) recommend this company to anyone who is looking to renovate. I had problems with a piece of the quartz countertop and was afraid that I was going to be given the runaround. Instead, Fiona Zhang resolved the problem within a few days and had the piece replaced today to my great satisfaction. Cabinet City was recommended to me by a neighbor who purchased his cabinets from them and installed them himself. He was happy with the quality of the cabinets and suggested I go talk to them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Cabinet City. Without stepping foot in their shop and by just giving them measurement Sunny and Cai ROCKED and planned a whole kitchen for me. The back and forth was ongoing and they still updated my design over and over based on my concerns. I was many times skeptic if Sunny would understand what I meant from our email exchange, but he did every time! Sunny you are absolutely amazing! Then when I was finally ready to order I was greeted by Cai ( it was Sunny's day off). Cai is an amazing very pleasant guy who helped me process the order and took care of me when I came back because some items were back ordered. He was so responsive and helpful. Last , a huge shoutout to Hueng whom wasn't even responsible of my account but took care of me and knew every small detail and helped me fixed the small mistakes that have happened. I can't thank enough this amazing team. I still haven't used this kitchen, it's for a rental unit, but so far the installer was very impressed about the quality. Look wise- it looks AMAZING. Will update pictures once it's done. I'll definitely be back!

Cabinet City offers a competitive price for quality cabinets. Shopped around at several RTA cabinet makers and chose them because of the obvious difference in quality. It's hard to tell online but when you see the cabinets in person you can easily tell the difference. For example, I purchased white and grey shaker cabinets from them and their doors are all single solid wood doors. Which means they take one piece of wood and cut out the shape of their doors. Also, the interior of their cabinet boxes look much nicer than the different vendors I looked at. In addition their service was great. I had to do several exchanges and trades and they were always helpful and happy to do them. I'm so glad I went with this local shop rather than using an online vendor as it is difficult to do all those exchanges when you have to ship the materials back and forth.

My husband and I were looking for kitchen cabinets for almost all the cabinet stores including local small stores but they were all so expensive. One day Cabinets City delivered cabinets to our next door and I jumped out and asked who they are to their drivers and after talked to my neighbors who already bought cabinets from cabinets city and my neighbors said lots of good things about them. Honestly after we visit cabinets city we found found out that our neighbors were absolutely right because the way we were greeted made melted. Since we had our own measurement Derek was so kind to make a design and tell all the things that we even did not know about. After all we picked the style and color of the cabinets we want. The price Derek gave us was surprisingly very low then we were receiving from other stores. Of course after hearing how much we would pay we did not even think about. Most important of all was the delivery time because we did not have wait for Four to six weeks like the others. We have ordered Fabuwood and received at our door in three weeks. Very high quality cabinets for this price. There were couple minor issues but Derek solved them for us too. We have also did order our Countertop too. So all was a package deal. Countertop installation too was great service. Want to recommend these guys very proudly to everyone. You can trust these guys.!!! Natalia

Heng was great. He took time to walk us through the process. The installation teams were professional. The kitchen and bathroom look fantastic! Both my wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen cabinets. You cannot beat the pricing and service.

These guys are great! Quality products, skilled installation and professional service. Used them for two kitchen projects. Heng is very responsive and makes everything come together. My rental was a real challenge. The walls weren't square but their skilled cabinet and granite installers did a great job! The granite guys do highly precision work around electrical outlets and the seams are barely noticeable. On my second project Julie-Ann patiently worked to create a workable design from my crude drawings and measurements. Would use them again without hesitation. They are the best!

Stopped by their showroom yesterday per request from my client to check the quality of the cabinets before making the purchase. After being a contractor for upwards of 10+ years, you see a lot crap manufactured in China, but there are a few companies that sell pretty good quality items, and this is one of the better pre-fab places. For those shopping around for cabinets, there are a few questions you should ask to assess the quality yourself: 1) What are the cabinets made out of? If you get composite board, composite wood, or particle board for an answer, it's time to look elsewhere unless you plan to remodel again in a few years due to low quality cabinets. The only answers you should accept are: MDF, plywood, and any type of solid wood. 2) How thick are the cabinet boxes? Most companies use a 1/2" thick plywood box. I'm going from memory here, so apologies if it's incorrect, but the cabinet boxes here are 5/8" and 3/4" so their boxes are thicker than most. 3) Thickness of the drawer bottom panel. You don't think about this often, as you can't really see the thickness of this piece, but many companies will gimp you here with a 1/8" thick drawer bottom panel. 1/8" thick... This is extremely thin, and with some force I can breakthrough this with my hands. Now imagine trying to store heavy items on this. Not good! Luckily the cabinets here have 3/8" thick bottom panels. 4) Check the hardware: do the cabinets have soft close hinges or drawer glides? Are the drawer pieces dovetailed? Always ask. The more you know about what you are spending thousands of dollars on, the more at ease you will be. What's shocking is the price is pretty low for the quality you are getting, so I told my client to go forward with the order. Many thanks to the rep who answered my questions. I will update if there are any issues with assembly and installation.

It has been a few years since we had our beautiful cabinets installed. I was very delighted to be able to get in touch with our original sales person, Heng. He was able to send a workman the same day to fix the drawer slider. Good installation and great customer service.

I purchased vanities & granite countertops for all 3 restrooms in my house. I wasn't in a rush and I was on a tight budget so I shopped around quite a bit. I chose to go with Cabinet City for a few reasons. They have really nice cabinets at reasonable prices. Quality of cabinets is great and they have many different styles. Their showroom is real NICE!! Their staff is extremely helpful; I dealt with Heng who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me see what the finished product would look like by using some cool computer program he uses. Heng also helped me look at all my options before I actually committed to purchasing. At no time did I ever feel pressured; I actually stopped by three times before making up my mind. I paid for the cabinets and scheduled the installation. The installation went as planned. Installers were very professional, showed up on time and finished all 3 restrooms in one day. Heng even called me the day after the installation to make sure everything went as planned. I highly recommend Cabinet City to anyone looking to remodel their bathrooms and/or kitchens.

We had an AMAZING experience working with Cabinet City. Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgable with the layout and the installation went very smooth. We even needed their crew to come back out to drill another hole in my sink because of my mistake. They promptly came back out, did the job without charging extra. My family and I are so happy with the final result and would highly recommend Cabinet City!
