Alex Sharpe was my designer and a pleasure to work with. He listens to YOUR preferences, offers his opinion when asked, and ALWAYS followed up with my questions/concerns. I've heard horror stories of lengthy disruptive kitchen remodels. My experience was exactly as expected regarding the wait for supplies and skilled contractors. The contractors were polite and a pleasure to have in my home. I'm a repeat customer from years ago and remain confident in recommending CBB and Alex Sharpe to help plan your next home upgrade.

This is an excellent and reliable company. I enjoyed selecting the tiles, cabinets and floor tiles for our bathroom. Alex gave me excellent advice. The contractor, Nick, was respectful, polite, and vacuumed the upstairs hallway and stairs when he was finished for the day. This impressed me tremendously.

We had passed by CBBB numerous times and finally we decided to stop in. Well that was the best decision we ever made. We had a few DIY bathroom projects we were working on, but needed a custom cabinet. Devon greeted us as we walked into the showroom, and what a beautiful showroom it was! Devon helped us out coming to our home and measuring for the cabinets, and paired us with Paul to hang the cabinets for us. Fast forward to 2022 when we went to see Devon for a full remodel. We were tired of our small kitchen and wanted to open it up and have some more space for entertaining. Well one thing led to another, and we ended up remodeling our kitchen, family room, powder room, laundry room and bathroom. I thought for sure that it would take forever to make decisions on all the cabinets and finishes. Devon put together samples for us and let me tell you, it was easy to make those decisions, she has an eye for design. We are so happy with all of the colors, tile, countertops, fireplace stone and more I could go on and on!! CBBB is a full service design company. I had no clue on what to pick out for a dining room table, family room furniture, blinds, island chairs, which they designed the biggest island for us!! We love it!! We are so happy with all of the choices that Devon helped us with. We are so happy how everything turned out. Having family get togethers is so much fun now!! Thank you so much to Devon and CBBB!!!

Cabinetry by Better Bilt did a complete renovation of the first floor of our two story home including taking the kitchen down to the studs. The transformation was amazing. The designer and owner Andrea made a once unfashionable first floor into a retreat. The luxurious design and flow of our kitchen is a personal favorite, and we now have a more functional laundry/mudroom which makes it where we can fit so much more while maintaining a space that is easily accessible and visible for everyone. Her design was a perfect balance between style and functionality. Throughout the process, Andrea had a way of making us feel as though we are her only customer with all the attention and responsiveness we could hope for. She really reads her customers well and respects our personal style while making first-class suggestions along the way to enhance our ideas or introduce designs we would never have thought of. When we were unsure about a choice, her confidence and expertise put us at ease. Andrea is truly a master at her craft. We also found the trades that worked on the project were experienced and respectful while in our home. My husband and I worked closely with Andrea in designing our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Andrea was extremely helpful, flexible, full of suggestions and creative ideas. When choosing the color for our cabinets, we couldn’t decide on the exact shade to match our existing floors, so Andrea helped us choose a custom color. You can’t find that at your big box stores. The solid wood cabinetry is just beautiful. The cabinets have soft close doors and drawers. We decided on stained walnut accents and custom painted cabinets. The entire process was seamless. We would definitely use Cabinets by Better Bilt in the future!

We had our bathroom countertops and sinks replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. Andrea did an awesome job helping me choose the perfect countertops for our space! Highly recommend!

CBBB has completed 3 projects at my home: master bath, kitchen and half bath and lastly main bath. Excellent company to work with who really listen to your “wishes”, wants and needs. I liked knowing they work with installers who I could trust in my home. I am sorry I am out of bathrooms to redo. I still walk in my kitchen after 3 years and can’t believe it’s mine. Kitchen and bath remodel! Devon was amazing. I couldn’t get out to see much as far as estimates and prices because of my crazy work schedule. She made it all possible when no one else would. I knew right then and there that she was getting my business. From start to finish she helped me all along the way for that I am grateful. And I love the cabinets and layout of the kitchen and bath Devon designed for us.

Our kitchen was long overdue for a complete overhaul. Devon was out within a week after we first met with her to see what we were working with and to come up with a couple different ways we could go. She was very patient throughout the whole process and was always available to address any concerns we had with product selection. She really put us at ease. We replaced the kitchen and bathroom countertops and backsplash. Cabinetry by Better Built has a large selection to choose from with reasonable prices. We were especially pleased with the level of service that Devon provided us, she also helped with our selection of products to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We were very happy with the way everything turned out and would highly recommend using them.

First off I would like to say that cabinetry by Better Bilt was a great company to work with! Andrea in particular was our project manager and the owner. she was very accommodating and super nice and made suggestions along the way. With the pandemic it was a extremely long process and a bit challenging to be able to get our kitchen done. At this point we still have a few things to do … painting, lighting, baseboards, filling in small holes etc. the kitchen portion Andrea did work on is done though and we love it. We couldn’t be happier with how the project came to life. We did see a few hiccups along the way and Andrea was more than accommodating to help us solve all of the issues . CBB was really great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I can’t wait to see what the end of the project will look like once the painter will be able to come and finish!

We just love our new kitchen. Brianne was so very helpful. She was always willing to help us and we brought samples home to figure out what we really wanted. She got back to us with in the day. They are all super nice there and so very helpful. The cabinets are GREAT quality. I am so glad that we went with them. Would highly recommend them for your new kitchen.

When we started the kitchen renovation process, it was very overwhelming. After our first visit with Devon, we were at ease knowing we had a professional overseeing the project. They don’t just order your cabinets and have them installed. Devon is an experienced interior designer that will make sure your space looks great and is functional at the same time. They have many contractors they work with to make sure your project is seamless. Devon pays great attention to detail and goes through your order with a fine tooth comb so all of your cabinets are exactly how you want them (the way they open, whether you have drawers or doors, shelves or roll outs, etc.). The project wouldn’t be complete without Paul Carson who has been working with CBBB for over 30 years (he remembered the install on my parents house 30 years ago!). Solid Surfaces Unlimited did an awesome job on the countertops. I can see why CBBB uses them. They laser measure for precision. I have already recommended CBBB to my sister who is doing her kitchen and master bath and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a kitchen, bath, laundry, or any type of project CBBB will tackle.

We LOVE our cabinets from Better Built. Andrea was so patient with me and worked with me through every single question that I had, and through a few color choices. I highly recommend purchasing cabinets through Better Built. The cabinets we have are gorgeous and the quality is phenomenal. A while back before this epidemic me and my family met with this company to come up with some plans and have our kitchen redone. We have a home build in 1920 which had a lot of the molding cut down to keep adding new flooring. Our most important concern was bringing back the molding as close as possible to what it looked like, as well as having cabinets build to our standards which I have to admit were pretty high. First we met with Devon who sat down with us and listened to our concerns and wants, followed by later setting up plans and showing what it would all look like. Though we were nervous because the home meant so much to us, it turned out to be an unbelievably great decision. The cabinets were came in great condition, with strong pull out shelving and great stain as we were shown. Devon maintained great contact with us during the whole process which after the epidemic became finished and as we all hoped. This is part one of 2 reviews for this project.

We were connected with Cabinetry by Better Bilt through a designer we were working with for our kitchen remodel. Having just replaced cabinets in my workplace through a different company, I had somewhat of an idea of what to expect as far as quality of the cabinets go. But, Cabinetry by Better Bilt was far superior in every way compared to the company we used for my workplace. Far superior. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Andrea was so helpful and patient, we felt totally at ease working with her. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is beyond compare. We really can't say enough good things about Cabinetry by Better Bilt and the cabinets we received. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Andrea keeps in contact with us, months later, to make sure we are still enjoying the cabinets. On a personal note, they are also really caring people who worked around my timeline due to a medical issue. Even after several months of having the cabinets I am still in awe of the them!

I can’t say enough great things about Cabinets by Betterbuilt! I have worked with Devon several times in the last few years. First at our condo with bathroom cabinets and then with a brand new kitchen and bathroom cabinets at our current home. I love love love it! I’ve also referred my sister (for bathroom cabinets) and daughter (for an insurance kitchen remodel). They are friendly, responsive and most importantly, make you feel like they appreciate your business.

We undertook a complete kitchen remodel with Andrea of Better Bilt in 2019. The project involved gutting down to the studs, removing a wall, installing hardwood flooring, new Starmark cabinets, fixtures, lighting, granite counters, tiling and appliances. My husband and I did a lot of research and through the recommendation of friends, decided to go with Andrea of Better Bilt and support local business. Her timely response to our inquiries, on time appointments and design expertise made our project go smoothly. She took all the measurements of our space and put together a great cabinet design for our new kitchen layout. We chose the high quality Starmark cabinets for a great price. Her suggestion to add a pull out spice rack cabinet is one of my favorites. We were fortunate to have a great construction crew who arrived when expected and knocked out the project in 12 weeks' time. The few minor issues arose that were unexpected; plumbing discovered in the wall that was removed which had to be rerouted and obtaining a replacement cabinet took a little longer due to the holiday timeframe. We also purchased high quality cabinetry hardware from Andrea who was very competitive in her pricing. We are ecstatic about how the job turned out and turned a 1960s kitchen into a modern marvel! Our highest recommendation goes to Andrea and her team at Cabinetry by Better Bilt - you won't be disappointed! Better Bilt will be our go to for all future renovations.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for until I walked into Cabinetry by Better Bilt. Devon greeted me, and never left my side, and remained in communication until my job was complete! I picked out exactly what I had been looking for within 15 minutes of my arrival, a bathroom vanity/cabinet. I went with a Showplace EVO custom frameless cabinet, maple stain. And granite counter top in Valle Nevado...which I was instantly obsessed with. I was nervous to hear what my estimate would be, as I was working with a specific budget (that I was having a hard time staying in). Needless to say, when Devon sent me my quote, I was FINALLY excited! I was able to get exactly what I wanted, and had envisioned! The entire process was stress free, seamless, and everything was exactly on time, which is so important. CBB’s installation was also excellent. They handled everything for me, from cabinet install, countertop template and installation, and even hooked up my plumbing. My hardware was even included and I got to pick the style I wanted. Cabinetry by betterbilt designed and completed my kitchen and bath renovation. They were open to working with an interior designer to help me tie the two rooms together. The installers recommended were beyond nice and professional; they kept me updated on their arrival and decisions that were required. There were no major issues and the owner of Betterbilt was responsive to questions. Yes! I would highly recommend them for a kitchen or bath remodel.

We completely remodeled our kitchen this summer. We removed a wall, installed new floors, all new cabinets, counters, backsplashes and appliances. Before we took the plunge we did a lot of shopping around and in the end it was really an easy decision to go with Cabinetry by Better Bilt. We worked with Devon who was really a pleasure to work with. No pushy sales pitches, just the facts and she answered all of the questions that we had. She took all the measurements of our space and put together a great design for our new kitchen layout. We chose the Starmark cabinets and I think we got a better quality cabinet for a much better price than we would have gotten at one of the big box stores or the other cabinet makers we had looked into. I know for a fact that we certainly got better customer service. We took Devon's recommendation and used Nick at NJB Construction for the installation. Nick was great as well. Always showing up every morning when he said he would and cleaning up every day before leaving. Because this was such a large project, I think we were always worried that we would come across a moment or an intstance where we would regret taking on such a large project, but I can honestly say that never happened and we are so happy with our new kitchen and it's even better then we imagined. The few little minor issues that we did come across (and any job this large will have some minor issues) were quickly resolved by Devon. We now have the kitchen we always dreamed of. I would highly recommend Cabinetry by Better Bilt and NJB Construction to anyone looking to do new cabinetry. I know in a few years we may look into redoing our master bath and if so, we'll be back at Cabinetry by Better Bilt!

Everyone involved with the project, from the designer to the contractors, was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. While there were a few minor bumps along the way (which is expected during any big project), our designer, Devon Moore, responded to our issues and made sure things were resolved in a timely manner. Highly recommended – we could not have asked for a better level of service, professionalism, and knowledge. Although a rather small kitchen remodel, there were quite a few custom touches that we were trying to incorporate that required a great deal of “back and forth” with ideas and concepts. Being very particular with details, I will admit that I was overly involved in the planning, however, the folks at Better Bilt had no problem working with us to address every little detail and concern. We worked primarily with Devon (very pleasant, professional, and detailed), but were also impressed with their entire team. They guided us towards a beautiful, high quality, Starmark cabinetry selection that met our semi-custom needs, but also met our budget. Aldo (the owner) personally reviewed the final plans and even visited our house to make sure we were “on the same page” with the final measurements and cabinet specs. We also worked with both Lisa and Andrea in the showroom and they were very helpful and knowledgeable with their product offerings. The project itself was not without drama, but as countless people will confirm, kitchen remodels always have their issues. We were very pleased with how Better Bilt dealt with the issues (none of which were their fault) such as cabinet mis-builds, shipping damage, and last minute changes that we incorporated well after the plans were finalized. Cabinets were repaired, parts were expedited, and last minute changes seamlessly incorporated. It’s also key to have a quality builder, which we did (Vargo Building Company), as they worked together with Better Bilt to resolve all issues in a timely manner. In the end, the final project looks wonderful – the compliments from friends and family never end. Thank you to Devon and the team at Better Bilt for making our kitchen remodel a great success!

Working with Better Bilt was a wonderful experience! We had a huge (200+ sq foot) and VERY outdated Master Bathroom when we purchased our house. Better Bilt worked closely with us to design and create the perfect bathroom oasis. We were thrilled with Devon's design concepts and the quality and beauty of the Starmark Cabinetry. As with any large project there were some hiccups along the way, but the Better Bilt team was always right there to keep things on track and on schedule. We had just bought a beautiful condo that was stuck in the 1980’s. I had wanted to update the bathroom cabinets, sinks and counters. While this was probably a small job to most companies, Devon treated it as just as important as a large job. She was so great to work with, responsive, met the delivery truck at my home to make sure that all items were perfect coming off the truck and was in touch throughout the process. Having got two other quotes from companies that didn’t even bother to follow up with me, i trusted Devon with the whole process. She showed me what customer service is suppose to be!!

I needed a kitchen remodel, which included cabinets and countertops. Devon was awesome! She came out right away for a consult and did a GREAT job listening to what I wanted and designing the blueprints around my needs. Process was quick and painless. The contractor putting in the cabinets (Paul) was on time, very respectful of my home and the fact that I was keeping my current flooring, and completed the work quickly. Everyone worked around my impossible schedule of work travel without complaint. Everything is high quality and looks amazing. I am so happy with the results! We had some water damage and had to replace trim, toe kicks and molding on our cabinets. It was so hard to match stain as the cabinets were 9 years old. With Devon's help we found a perfect match and everything looks like new again. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.

When we decided to have our bathroom remodeled, we contacted several larger local kitchen and bath contractors. We decided to use Better Bilt for several reasons. They are a local company and have been in business for a really long time. Their representative, Devon, was exceptionally well informed and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about. The office runs smoothly, and calls were returned promptly. Our contractor, Nick, was very talented, prompt, neat and did beautiful work. We intend to use them again in a kitchen project we are planning.

I am impressed with the quality of Nick's work, and with his courtesy and consideration. Every day he came to the door with an armful of drop cloths ready to put down to protect my floors, and when he was finished for the day he cleaned the work site up and showed me his progress, explaining what he did and why. The shower looks great, the tiles coordinate so well with the existing floor tiles, and I love the new hand-held shower and towel bar.

Did a full kitchen remodel earlier in year and ordered both our cabinets (self installed) and counter tops from Better Bilt after being recommended from a friend. Our sales rep was very accommodating, knowledgeable and just overall great to work with. She helped design the layout to fit our needs, worked closely with us on all the small details and made the entire experience very stress and worry free. We went with the Starmark cabinet brand and were very happy with our purchase. They make an exceptional product, well constructed and worth the price. We were looking to do a complete main bath remodel/replacement and started browsing at our local big box stores for ideas of pricing and cabinet styles. The couple cabinet estimates we received were a good starting point but we realized we needed to shop around. We really didn't know what we wanted for our overall look. I started searching Houzz.com for ideas that would work in our space. A friend/co-worker stopped in at Better Bilt to look around and get sample ideas for me. She had used them years prior and recommended their company to friends since then. She took a few pictures, texted them to me and told me they're open late! We got there and were very impressed with their showroom models, but figured something similar definitely wasn't in our budget. I asked to see their least expensive cabinet door (as a starting point for pricing). The colors/styles of were pretty limited, which is why the cost would be less. I left my sketch of our proposed layout and asked for pricing. We returned the following week and met with Andrea, a consultant & designer. She showed us the design based on my sketch and what the cost would be. We decided that we would like some more options for cabinet sizes/colors. She showed us a few options that would be in the price range we were comfortable with and it offered a bigger variety of not only sizes but styles too. From there, we decided we weren't crazy about the design we thought we wanted. We don't have much storage space in our home so we wanted to get the most storage that we could while still having a fully functional and attractive bathroom to enjoy for years to come. We decided that we wanted to have a tall tower on each end of our counter top (overall counter top length is about 8-1/2 feet). Andrea understood what we were trying to accomplish in a main bath for a family of 4 to use. She was wonderful at making suggestions of what we could do. We came up with a design, cabinet and color that we loved (and they come standard with soft close doors & drawers - bonus)! She then came over and took the necessary measurements in our bathroom so that she could finalize the design with the proper sizes to fit our space. We went with the standard base cabinet height of 34-1/2" rather than the vanity cabinet height just to have the additional space. We finalized our cabinet purchase, put our deposit down for her to order them and she said to get busy getting the bathroom ready. My husband was doing the demolition, plumbing, electrical and tub/cabinet installation. We hired out for the drywall and tile separately. The bathroom was ready and painted with a few days to spare for the cabinets to arrive. Andrea was at our house when the cabinets were delivered to make sure that everything we ordered was there. During the installation, we discovered that the 2 sink base cabinets had a single door below the tilt-out rather than the double doors we ordered. I called Andrea to let her know, she acknowledged that it was an oversight on her part and promptly ordered the replacement doors. That didn't slow down installation since we just had to switch out the doors, not the cabinet. My husband decided that he liked the look of the single door better, and I'm thinking Andrea somehow knew that would be a better, cleaner look next to the drawer base cabinets! ;-) I never imagined I would love our new bathroom as much as I do! It's so shiny and new. It actually doesn't feel like a chore to clean like the old, pink, dated one did - I dreaded it! We were extremely impressed with the customer service provided to us by Better Bilt and truly appreciate Andrea as she was very patient and helpful while we muddled through this process for our first time. I have driven past Better Bilt for many years never thinking I'd ever actually end up using them one day - I'm so glad we did! I will always recommend Better Bilt to family & friends! SIDE NOTE: The cabinets portion of the project was $3,500. The approximate project cost was $11,500. This includes everything from start to finish (i.e. cabinets, soaker tub, toilet, quartz counter top, tile, drywall, fixtures, plumbing, etc.).

Every aspect of our gorgeous kitchen was designed and installed by the wonderful people at Cabinetry by Better Bilt. Our ideas were met and exceeded. The workmanship was detailed installed to perfection. Two years later and it is as beautiful as the day of completion. This company far exceeded our expectations. Just can't say enough about the people and the beautiful kitchen that they made for us.
