I was very skeptical on ordering something like kitchen cabinets online. My thought was there would need to be an “in-house” designer with a showroom you would walk around and be pressured into making a decision, much like buying a car. Working with Greg Flassig from cabinets.com proved there is a better way! Working this online with the expertise of Mr. Flassig, his patience, insight, professional opinion, and problem solving was the best I have experienced. With the heart of a teacher, not a salesman, there were a lot of details my wife and myself were able to consider in the comfort of our home with blue painters tape on the floor to get a real feel for the kitchen remodel. Due to his experience of designs, trends, and architectural knowledge for egress we were able to improve storage, utility, workflows and create an entirely different feel for our growing family. He asked important questions and offered different versions to show the impacts with our thoughts on paper. The variations were most helpful as we were clear on our budget constraints, and we were able to make slight alterations that saved money over the entire scope of the project. The process was very smooth, and this truly gave us a roadmap to plan for other aspects from the appliances to the plumbing, and electric, needed for the project. I will certainly use cabinets.com again with professional expertise that came from Greg Flassig.

We contacted Cabinets.com among 2-3 other cabinet companies. All the designs we received fro other companies were good, but the design we received from Greg Flassig was exceptional. He has such attention to detail and it shows in his work. He ended up doing 5 versions of our new kitchen and he never complained when we had another change or update. He took the time to talk to us on the phone with questions that we had and went above and beyond our expectations. I love this company because they are USA made cabinets and their prices are better than the other companies that we were looking at, plus they come fully assembled. I am really excited to see my new kitchen in real life. Thanks a million to Greg for making it all possible.

There are no words.... No, wait! There are. They are patient, professional, responsive, creative, knowledgeable, helpful....These words all describe Jessica T., my design consultant. She put up with my indecision, wavering commitment, design changes....all the way to the last minute. And with a pleasant disposition and a smile in her voice. With her help, I was able to overcome my analysis paralysis and place my order at 11:50 pm on the last day of a phenomenal sale that was ending at midnight. I can't speak for the delivery or the craftsmanship as I do not have the product yet. But, if this experience is reflective of what I can expect, I will be a delighted(and repeat) customer.

I am planning on selling my home and have been working on my kitchen remodel for some months now. I originally started my own design on cabinets.com and i thought it was perfect but when my assigned designer Angela Fitzpatrick took it over, I was very impressed. Angela verified and corrected all of the sizes, dimensions and even recommended different placement for a few cabinets. Everything went well with my first order and when the kitchen was delivered I decided to add a beverage/bar area and started a second order to extend my kitchen. Again, Angela helped my design and extend this area to perfection and now I am rethinking about selling my home. It’s slowly becoming the dream home I always wanted and cabinets.com with the help of Angela has been making that possible for me.

Worked wtih Jonna (Designer) and Tiffany M (Customer Service). We created our design in the tool on thier site, and Jonna brought the design to life and helped create our cart. The process was super easy. There was a slight miscommunication when ordering (frameless vs framed) and Tiffany from CS worked with us to refund the order and secure the discount we originally had for when the order was updated. I honestly can not thank Tiffany enough for all of the support she provided, and the amazing banter back and forth. Shes an amazing CS representative.

Very average cabinets and realize this while installing. Probably won’t be able to tell as end user. The paint and assembly is decent but their quality control is lacking. Door and drawer front dimensions are all over the place and range about 3/16”…frequently. Makes it really difficult or impossible to square and line things up across a run. For value, I would not pay more than a really good sale price and can live with “get what you pay for”. Hardware is Blum but has to be one of their cheaper lines. If you’re concerned about details and minor defects, what you get might bug you. On the other hand, customer service was absolutely awesome. Five stars on that.

My experience with the company as a whole as been terrible. From the quality of products to the warranty program and lead times. However, I can not say this enough...... BROOKE ALBRIGHT is the savior for this company. She has gone above and beyond. Brooke's knowledge of their products to creative solutions set her apart from the rest. Brooke not only is knowledgeable but her professionalism, integrity, and her passion to help others makes her irreplaceable. You will never find a better person/employee. She is simply the best.

My master bath renovation is just about complete so I thought I'd give another thanks to Erika who easily walked me through the right vanity configuration for the job, to the cabinet makers who selected the beautiful unstained cherry wood for the cabinets and their highly skilled carpentry, to those who carefully packed the units for shipping and the wonderful and on-time shipping company they work with to deliver the cabinets into our storage area. Now that the room is almost finished, I have a few photos showcasing these lovely cabinets for our vanities. Ashley was great to work with. Her communication was probably the standout attribute I noticed in working with her. She definitely showed a thorough knowledge of the product and was always able to give solutions as problems arose. However her communication through the process never left me wondering where things were at or how things would proceed moving forward. Ashley's foresight in my project stayed off complications that would have been costly not only in price but schedule as well. The in depth analysis of the information I presented and the projected outcome we wanted has allowed for a mostly issue less installation of our new cabinets. The problems that have shown up, due to shipping, as the project has gone on have been quickly addressed and managed with very little effort on my part. We had a very good experience all throughout our design and install of our cabinets. We ordered them last fall and Ashley (Sensitive Information Hidden) was super helpful as we edited our design. She caught mistakes that we had and adjusted things so the flow was better for us in the kitchen. They arrived in January and she was super helpful as we added additional pieces We really liked how the same person helped us throughout the entire process because it takes a couple months from start to finish. Replacing items was super easy and fast. I would definitely recommend cabinets.com!

I worked with Brooke to create my dream kitchen. She was amazing to work with very responsive and provided us with some great ideas for overall functionality. She went above and beyond and she’s a superstar! We enjoyed our entire experience. Plus the delivery was amazing they took detailed care in delivering all of our pieces on pallets. @Brittany (Sensitive Information Hidden) was my designer and she was incredible! She helped design my kitchen, bar and 3 bathrooms & I couldn't be happier. I've been renovating homes for nearly 20 years and have used 4 or 5 RTA companies. These cabinets are great quality and the free design consult is a total bonus. I had some pretty wild requests and Brittany listened and created a kitchen even better than I had envisioned. My project is almost done and I will be posting photos soon. My finish carpenter's only complaint was that the numbers on the design didn't correspond to the numbers on the cabinets when they arrived so it's been a jigsaw puzzle figuring that out because I have a TON of cabinets.

Ashlee was an awesome designer and helped us out with all the different options on our Kitchen Design! We went through several iterations and each of them were all super helpful to help us decide whats the best option for our kitchen remodel. We settled on something way better than our initial design. Brooke was a super helpful designer. Really worked to make design meet my needs. Product quality is wonderful and customer service sent a replacement part the next day. Very glad cabinets came assembled and met my specifications.

The cabinets from Cabinets.com were rated first rate by my contractor who is a master carpenter so I was very pleased with the product. But when a small split developed in the edge of one of the doors they proved how outstanding they are. Amy was an amazing representative. Even though the problem was a small one and the cabinets had 3 years of normal wear the company choose to replace the door at no charge and free shipping.

I was so pleased with my experience using cabinets.com. Ashley, my designer, walked me through the process and drew up a beautiful design that accomplished all my requests. Even when I had issues with my appliances, she was there to help me modify my cabinet design to accommodate the changes. Couldn’t be happier!

Very disappointed with the cabinets. Pretty much everything you wouldn’t want to have in brand new cabinets. Cracks, dents, scratches, stripped screws on hinges from the factory, and different size doors. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to spend time fixing your new cabinets.

I bought my cabinets in 2020 or 2021 and they are holding up pretty well with 3 small children beating up on them. Paint does not scratch or chip very easily at all, i actually cant believe it with my kids trashing them all the time. But better than the product quality is the customer service. Whenni screwed up my initial order, they expedited a replacement for me. When a plastic shelf clip was broke, they send me an entire bag of thrm for free just in case it happened again. The latest thing, is my daughter threw a fit and kicked through a cabinet door AND THEY ARE REPLACING IT FOR FREE!!!! Are you kidding me??? What great customer service at this co. Not long ago the notion of ordering an entire kitchen of cabinets sight unseen or dealing with a faceless kitchen company was unfathomable. Following less than satisfying experiences dealing with in-person kitchen designers trying to up-sell, telling us what we shouldn’t have when that’s exactly what we wanted, and refusing to show any plans until we paid a deposit, we, rather skeptically, turned to the online kitchen alternative. From all the options out there I chose to see how Cabinets.com operated after reading many positive reviews. Here it is, amazing. Way above and beyond my expectations and a no hassle, no pressure, no up-sell experience. And when they say you work one on one with a kitchen designer that you have direct access too, they mean it. I was fortunate enough to work directly with kitchen designer Brooke Albright. Via emails and collaborative phone discussions we worked through six drafts of plans until our new kitchen plans and cabinet types were finalized. Brooke is who made the whole experience with cabinets.com so incredible. Her attention to detail, listening to our needs and wants, and adapting to what was a little atypical, yet gently making suggestions to enhance the look of our new kitchen and provide ideas we hadn’t considered without any pressure or upselling. Due to life circumstances, this review is now being posted two years after the installation of the Cabinets.com kitchen cabinets. The benefit of this is that I can say, without hesitation, that the cabinet quality, functionality and appearance is just as good as when they were brand new. Strongly recommend Cabinets.com, and thank you Brooke for exceeding my expectations and exemplary service. Two years on I still haven’t forgotten.

I began working with designer Brooke Albright back in August. The process on my end came to a halt until this past week. When I recontacted Brooke, she picked up right where we left off. I had waited until literally the final weekend of the Cyber Sale and Brooke reached out to me on Sunday afternoon to finish my order to be sure I could get the sale price on my cabinets. Jessica Tindall has has made what I thought was going to be a nightmare trying to pick out the right cabinets into a dream. Our house was originally built in 1740 so there were plenty of quirks that had to be worked out. She patiently spent weeks helping us measure our kitchen area and answering all our questions with expert guidance. It is nice to have a company that is customer friendly. I'm sure there will be a lot more questions during the installation and I'm also sure that this company will continuously be helpful.

Working with Jessica Waters was a pleasure. I had a vision of combining new with old for my kitchen, and Jessica helped me make it even nicer than I’d imagine …The cabinets are well made, and the finish is quite nice. We did a wall of antique pine and a sliding barn door with shelves (which hides all the mechanicals for the apartment) .. In fact used cabinets.com himself to redo his kitchen after he did my sister's because he was so impressed. If I did a third kitchen, which I hope I never do, I would use them again. 11/10.

Sure there were local vendors I could have consulted, and did, but their customer services PALES in comparison to the level of service I received from Jessica and from Cabinets.com. My review is around the design process only at this point (as I have not yet received the cabinets.) I had a great experience working with Leslie to design my kitchen. Over about 1-month, we figured out the most optimal floor plan and anticipated many potential issues (to the point where I feel confident we caught almost all, if not all, of them.) She was patient and took the time to understand what I needed from my kitchen, including creating custom cabinets for me with creative work-arounds given my current kitchen-space limitations. She also got into the technical details to be sure everything would fit. I am so glad I worked with Leslie, and I am very excited to get my new cabinets within the next 2 months!

I have purchased several cabinet packages for clients as well as my own personal kitchen cabinets from cabinets.com and I have always been pleased with the quality of cabinets and service. Leslie always does a great job helping with the cabinet designs. Any time I have had an issue (which happens with cabinets during shipping and install) they have always promptly helped me with any issues. They consistently come out with new offerings and I always get excited when there are new color options. My clients have been happy with their cabinets and I can offer them a package at a more affordable cost.

Complete Kitchen Remodel, including adjacent rooms (entry, great room, dining room, sun room/breakfast room). Cabinets.com took our vision and created a design that exceeded out expectations. We took a 1981 kitchen/breakfast room/wet bar, which we updated (cosmetics) in 1995 when we moved in. 28 years later, we were ready for "our kitchen", with better space utilization, more storage, more work spaces, etc. Our designer, Susan R., walked us through the process. I was my own General Contractor and my subs were able to follow the plans provided to quickly install our dream kitchen. We've still got a couple of punch list items, but we have a new, beautiful and functional kitchen. We love it!

Our daughter ordered cabinets from cabinets.com for their air b&b and were very satisfied, so the next year they ordered some for their new house… our other daughter, after seeing these, ordered some for their house… Now we have just started installing our own and are very satisfied with the quality and customer service! Jessica, our design helper was patient, courteous, and attentive and Amy, who took over after the order was placed, was the same. We had a couple minor issues that were promptly addressed and corrected… we had a damaged extra shelf we ordered replaced and a cabinet came with the door hinges on the wrong side…they noted it was their mistake and remedied the situation fairly and quickly. It’s no wonder they have so many happy satisfied customers!

I have used Cabinets.com for three projects in our homes. Two were complete kitchens and one was a bathroom remodel. I have used both traditional (framed) and frame-less cabinets. Cabinets.com has a great selection of cabinets on offer and to help with your selection they have design services for free. I have found the services invaluable in making final selections and color choices. I installed the cabinets and trim myself and the quality has been very good. Delivery has been seamless and everything has fit just the way I expected. This last kitchen remodel had back to back cabinets (24" deep against 12" deep) on a peninsula and island. All the cabinets were framless. This provided extra depth and counter-space along with additional storage. Two colors were used. The designer selected all the correct trim pieces.

Angela Fitzpatrick was great to work with. She was extremely prompt at replying to our edits and the pricing definitely beat Cabinetstogo.com. Our installer likes working with Cabinets.com as well. We just ordered and haven’t received the cabinets yet but ill post a review after they arrive and are installed.

My niche is custom-built cabinetry and fine woodworking, so I understand what quality in fabrication should look like. I stumbled upon cabinets.com while I was looking to purchase cabinets for my own home during COVID, it was literally the best stumble ever!! I was skeptical at first, how could such quality cabinets be so inexpensive and blow other big name competitors prices away, not to mention include all the fancy pull out trays, soft close features, etc... and delivered directly to my home...…? The service I received was hands down the best part of the experience. Jessica McLeland, the designer that reached out to me is someone who made the entire process so simple. Her ideas and knowledge of just how to use the space wisely and efficiently is truly next level! I have personally dealt with her on every kitchen job since. She is someone I would consider a "kitchen design game changer" and throughout the years, many email chains, new kitchen design after new kitchen design , I now consider her a friend. To sum this up...Jessica and cabinets.com should be your first choice when looking for your dream kitchen!

They are very cheaply put together. Most of my boxes weren't glued. Read the fine print because they say they won't refund. There is zero consumer protection.

We have worked on a couple projects, and they are awesome! Very timely in the turnaround time of a design and come up with good ideas for more difficult design problems. I love the variety they offer in door style, frame, and paint or stain options. Also drawer/door hardware!! Definetly would recommend.

From the design of our kitchen remodel to the delivery, we are extremely happy with Cabinets.com. The design team helped us include everything we wanted, including a large pantry cabinet. They have a great website and design software that you can play with. The designer was also wonderful yo work with in helping us finalize our cabinets. However, once completely delivered to our home and our contractor assemble it. The drawers quality was not good. it feels cheaper than the drawers Ikea, which is a bummer. The wood inside the cabinets just feels cheap and does seem like it's going to hold up well. I also wish they designed the holes for wall cabinet better. I will be looking for cabinets somewhere else next time. I pay $16k for our cabinets and not completely satisfied.

RUN AWAY if you value your sanity or project timeline!! Nothing they send is padded. Which means that when they ship these extremely heavy cabinets to you, they will arrive scratched, dented, cracked and, one time, even with a smear of blood on it (which turned out to be a squashed mosquito). We were shocked anything made it to us intact and BEGGED them to pad the replacement shipment properly. Customer service, while very friendly, said they couldn’t guarantee that. Which meant the same thing happened again - and again - and again. It took FOUR tries in all and, honestly, the cabinets still aren’t perfect but I’m going on 6 months without a kitchen and I’m totally over it. They say everything is made to order in America (a huge reason why we bought these) so each reshipment took a very long time. And documenting the damage each time took hours because you have to upload multiple photos from multiple angles to prove yourself. Then they only send a replacement of exactly what’s damaged, which I guess is fair, but again, is more work on you because now you have to replace cabinet doors you weren’t planning on. This created several hours of additional labor. I have no idea how they’re still in business or how anyone ever receives anything in good condition given that nothing is ever padded for shipping. It honestly makes me wonder if the business is a front for something else… Also their estimates for production time and shipping were totally unreliable (off by weeks!), which made it impossible for our contractors to effectively plan their work. Our contractors were beyond frustrated with us and said they’ve never seen anything like this before. These were less expensive than others but when calculating the many hours we spent trying to fix this absolute train wreck and our new gray hairs, I say, save up your money and spare yourself this hazing.

I am a cabinet installation professional and thought I would try Cabinets.com. The European Frameless cabinets arrived extremely well packaged and in great condition. This entire experience was first class! First, when it comes to making your house your home, there’s something to be said for being a part of the design of your dream. Cabinets.com has created a free tool (and high quality), for you to be able to take the time you need, and play around with different layouts and plans, to visualize this important space on your home. And then, when you feel you’ve got it where you want it, they team you up with one of their designers, who then moves it into a higher level of design software and accuracy, and they button up all of the details, and provide you with amazing renderings of the project and your quote. We were partnered up with Holly Klein, and she was amazing. She looked at our plans, had a couple conversations with us, made some recommendations, and lead us through an amazing experience. After we locked down our kitchen design, we decided to completely change 1/2 of the kitchen, and she quickly made some adjustments for us, and presented us with a new plan, and renderings. I was concerned the products wouldn’t handle shipping, and we were going to have to deal with subpar quality after the shipping (& we are in MN & this was being shipped in December, sub-zero temperatures). We weren’t able to unpack every box upon delivery, and that concerned us, but their receiving instructions are very clear, and they back the quality of their product. The packaging and handling was legit. We had a few items that had the smallest structural or cosmetic issue, and Holly connected me with Gayle (Customer Service Specialist), and she went out of her way to make sure any issue was resolved. Cabinets.com gives you a custom cabinet design and quality, and invites you into the design process! I highly recommend, and have encouraged our contractor to become a partner with them, as they were also very impressed with the quality of the cabinets. I worked with Suzanne Rovira back in 2021 when we originally designed our kitchen. We currently decided to add additional cabinets to one of our kitchen walls and without hesitation I emailed Suzanne for her expertise. We had the best experience with her then and I know she’s the right person for the job. She’s knowledgeable, creative, responsive, respectful, polite and gets the job done.

Not only is their free design software amazing, but their customer service is even better, especially Sara M. who was my design and sales rep. She was accommodating, quick to respond, listened to my questions and feedback, and helped me craft an amazing design for my client!!

We are ordering two complete homes worth of kitchens, vanities, and wet bars. Brooke has been a great partner in our design process. She was assigned to us a couple of days after we clicked "submit" in the online design tool. I wish I had submitted earlier. She is terribly well organized and prompt in her responses to our questions. She is very knowledgeable about Cabinets' offerings and product nuances. Brooke is the type of rare person who will read your emails to the point where she asks for clarity in those cases where a small typo might change the design or a client's understanding. We could not be happier with our Cabinets.com kitchen. A complete kitchen remodel can be a daunting process, especially as a diy project. The foundation of any great kitchen is its cabinets and how they fit together; sturdy, square, level, and plumb. Without superior layout and design, and well crafted cabinets, the project can be a nightmare. This is my second out to the studs kitchen project. The first had mediocre design work from a box store cabinet department. This time I researched excellent design, feature selections and craftsmanship. Cabinets.com came through for me. Holly Klein was our dream designer and she did not let us down. From the beginning Holly asked all the right preplanning questions. We had several iterations of the basic design concept until we finalized our vision. Anomalies in the 50+ year old wall and ceiling structure accounted for some tough design issues. Holly was thorough, quick to turn around revisions, and both courteous and professional. All the cabinets arrived well packed and out of 12 cartons, one cabinet and one end panel had been damaged in shipment and were immediately reported then quickly replaced. The construction quality is excellent; from the materials and the square, solid construction of the boxes to the fit of the doors and drawers. The finish is beautiful and durable (still after 9 months)! After extensive plumbing and electrical work, the cabinets went together easily and fit perfectly.

I loved working with Cabinets.com. My Cabinets came right at the expected time line. A few of them came cracked but cabinets.com was quick to send a replacement. My designer Suzanne Rovira was great, she went above and beyond with answering the many questions I had. Overall I enjoyed my experience with Cabinets.com. I gave them a 4 in lieu of a 5 because they won’t allow any accommodations, even when the cabinets are damaged. (For instance I ordered a 15wide wall tower with 12in depth, but I noticed that I could use 15in depth instead. This particular cabinet came damaged, they refused to all me to pay the difference for the new cabinet with changed depth, even though they had to send a brand new cabinet.)

We’ve used Cabinets.com on two separate bathroom projects and plan to use them when we redo the kitchen next year. Suzanne Rovira is our designer and she’s awesome, so responsive and patient until the end!

Drew was so helpful throughout the whole process. He made multiple edits and made sure everything was correct with our measurements and finishes. Delivered the plans on time to take advantage of a savings promotion. Samples of the cabinets really helped select the correct finishes and are high quality. Can't wait to see them installed!

Placed a very large order for kitchen and laundry room cabinets. They were delivered and 90% of the cabinets were badly damaged, missing paint, or all together missing cabinets from the order. Customer service is unacceptable. They are not replacing the cabinets.They expect us to keep the door/drawer fronts that are not damaged and they are sending the replacement box cabinets and expect us to reassemble the cabinets. We purchased fully assembled cabinets. They should replace the entire cabinet or send someone to reassemble if they want to mix match the replacement with some salvageable door fronts. I'm worried the dye lots in the paint won't match. They also refuse to refund the extra shipping/storage fees when they arrived damaged and were not properly stored in a safe and climate controlled environment. Do not order from this company.

We ordered cabinets that were damaged during shipping, and instead of replacing the damaged parts they sent us the parts and expect us to do the repairs, which we cannot do without damaging them.

Ordering cabinets online was a fairly terrifying decision to make. First of all, I am completely inexperienced in all things home improvement- and secondly, we are just humble middle-class people who have to carefully budget for every purchase we make. It took us more than a decade to save for this kitchen remodel and I felt that if I made the wrong choices, the failures would haunt me for the next two decades. I went to Home Depot and got a quote from their kitchen designer for their mid-level and low level pre-assembled cabinets without installation. I went to multiple Ready To Assemble cabinet websites looking for “deals” that would make it worthwhile for the torture my husband would experience while having to assemble everything “ikea style”. I even forced my husband to watch numerous YouTube videos about how he could just make them all himself with a krieg jig and some great paint! My poor husband. I was just about to buy the RTA Cabinets from this nice woman in Alabama over Thanksgiving weekend, when an ad popped into my search for Cabinets.com At first glance, I really couldn’t tell much difference between these online cabinets versus the Home Depot Pre Assembled cabinets, except the huge price difference! But, I started to look at the bracing, the cabinet hinges, the drawer slides, the face construction materials and it was obvious that these cabinets were in a class way above those Home Depot cabinets- at least if they arrived in good condition as promised. If you look closely at people’s photos of the other RTA cabinets and HD- you notice right away that Cabinets.com braces their cabinets in the front and back all the way across. A lot of the others use these little corner plastic pieces. You aren’t going to find plastic anywhere on these cabinets except the soft close drawer mechanism- which is the best in the industry according to multiple reviews. The other thing I noticed is that the upper cabinets on a lot of these RTA and HD Cabinets have unfinished bottoms- which granted, you don’t see the bottoms much- but if you do a full height backsplash like I did- that little ¾ inch plywood “foot” on the edges of the cabinets is going to be a hassle. The other thing I noticed about the HD cabinets is that they use those old glides that are flimsy and you end up having them start slipping off the tracks after the first few years of use. I cried accidentally when I came home last weekend and suddenly saw my kitchen in it’s fullness. I had already been seeing it, of course. But, I think the reason the tears came up was because I could never have allowed myself to dream of remodeling my kitchen. Cabinets.com made it possible for me to not only have a remodeled kitchen- but one that is truly beautiful and I can be proud of for years to come. I will always be grateful. Ordering cabinets online was terrifying at one point- but after this experience, I feel totally confident in telling all my friends to do it!

I was using the 3D tool early on our kitchen remodel project just to get a feel for the scope of it and if I wanted to do it or not. I had a question about one of their products so sent them a note and instead of a direct reply I was told a designer had been assigned to me. I was a little uneasy with it as I did not want to waste someones time if I was not going to even do it. So Sara was assigned to me and she took my rev.0 disaster and she patiently worked with me through 5 revisions and the final design product looks awesome. This took almost 2 months with getting samples to decide on model and color and then my wife wanting different things. My wife was not really into this either until I showed her the first design. Sara was timely with updates, gave great advise, kept me informed on promotional offers, was very open about the quality of their products and never pushed me on committing to anything. Now we are all in and lining things up to execute this project.

I highly recommend cabinets.com. Everything from being sent the samples, through the final design process has been seamless. The product is beautiful and the employees have been fantastic. We rehab homes in St. Louis, MO and have used Cabinets.com many times. We appreciate that all cabinets are customizable (width & depth), so we can create custom kitchens, but without the custom kitchen budget. The color selection is beautiful, too (including their two new colors-Soft Beige & Thunder Gray). The quality of the cabinets is better than we've seen with other cabinet manufacturers-it's surprisingly hard to get plywood box construction in cabinets and Cabinets.com has this! But really, our designer Cally is what keeps us coming back over & over to this company. The cabinets are incredible quality and we got a great deal as compared to a box store. We got the Springfield Maple Storm. They are hand painted with two tones and look like a water color painting! Soft close drawers standard, rollouts for tall cabinets. They are real wood and plywood. My contractor says these are the best cabinets that he has ever worked with. Order from Cabinets.com!!

My cabinets arrived! Color is great. Condition on all but two are great. Be aware! Cabinet doors and drawers are EASY to adjust. Upon opening they did not look level or evenly spaced. After Bryan and Amy with Customer Care sent me videos, I used a phillips head and 5 minutes to prove to myself they could be adjusted. The contractor laughed at me, "of course they are not even until after the counter is installed. We remove doors for installation anyway." ALSO BE AWARE... Shipping is a risk. We forgot that shipping and handling could break our cabinets. Again, Amy and Bryan to the rescue. Amy quickly sent a Claim Form and I spoke with Bryan over the phone. Simple, straight forward process. Easy to work with Cabinets.com. Thanks to your team!

I haven't received my cabinets yet, so my review is based on what I have experienced to date. I am not a designer, but know what I like and don't like. I selected to have a designer help me with my cabinets. My designer was Jessica Waters. She was amazing. We are building a barndominium and so we had several last minute changes that Jessica stepped right in and offered suggestions, etc. Jessica was great to work with and she produced exactly what I envisioned for our new home. This is my fourth kitchen I helped design for a contractor and his clients using cabinets.com with the help of their designer Jessica T. It turned out simply amazing and the client just loves their new kitchen. I named it the "Creamy Cappuccino" Kitchen for it's Classic, Creamy, Cozy Style. The client chose Antique White in Colonial II door style and wanted a Peninsula Design, Refrigerator/Microwave/Appliance Nook/Pantry Wall and Mini Beverage Unit. Jessica T. has been amazing to work with; taking and listening to all the information, details, measurements, and drawings I send her way to help create the perfect kitchens along with any expert suggestions/solutions she has for the space. Cabinets.com has been wonderful with such great quality cabinets with many door styles, paint and stain colors to choose from along with their design service to create beautiful, dream kitchens/baths at a great price.

I was drawn to cabinets.com by the amount of design choices, colors and ability to customise. All this for a fair price. Our designer Jessica was very helpful and the customer service responsive and friendly ( after some transportation damage had occurred). We’re very happy with our new laundry room and custom build-ins

I ordered a full kitchen and used their design services. I liked their service and styles, but ultimately I was happier with cheaper ready-to-assemble cabinets I purchased in the past. The shipping was on schedule and packaged well. My concerns: their designer prepared the full plan and forgot a spacer so when it came time to install the doors would not open properly and we had to make changes on the fly - their response was just "oops!" They use a plastic edging on the frameless cabinets and literally the first time I used my stove the edging on the cabinets nearby started to deform (it's installed to their design, 18" above the counter.) The doors have a nice finish but they don't all have square corners - oddly some look like they are sloppily sanded and don't match. The pantry shelves only have 4 supports and were cut slightly too narrow so they don't feel secure. My biggest disappointment is that I paid extra for "finished sides" on the frameless cabinets and they don't match the cabinet doors well at all, they have a weird green tinge/different texture and look no different than the "unfinished" sides - they told me this was due to natural variations in the wood but that's not it. In the end I have a new kitchen and I like that it was made in the US but again it just didn't feel worth the price I paid.

This review is about the customer service we have received from Cabinets.com We have received our cabinets but have not installed them yet, I will post another review when we do. We have waited years to re-do our kitchen. We wanted to pay all cash and not have a lot of debt from a remodel. We researched cabinet companies and also shopped locally. We chose cabinets.com and are so happy that we did. The website is pretty easy to navigate and use and we love the design tool as you can really SEE what your kitchen will look like. Along the way, we of course had questions and were lucky enough to work with Leslie Shimasaki. Leslie was so responsive to emails and phone calls, very immediate in her replies. When my husband and I realized we had made a mistake in measuring and ordered a wrong size, Leslie was very good at thinking outside the box and problem solving, providing us with a good solution. Ordering such an expensive product online can be scary but she was there every step of the way prior to us "pulling the trigger" and buying. We felt completely comfortable and confident with our purchase. We were pleasantly surprised, our cabinets arrived WEEKS EARLY. No shipping delays or "supply chain issues" here. You always wonder if there are going to be delays when ordering custom products such as these. We will be telling anyone we know in the market for cabinets or contemplating a kitchen remodel about Cabinets.com

Recently received damaged cabinets (some from shipping) that were poorly packed. But the workmanship is so sub par. Looks like these were built super fast with no quality control at all. Atrocious. Is this a "get what you pay for" company? The head of customer service (Bryan) is super helpful, but told me that these cabinets go through a rigorous quality check. there is no way this happened on our order of 13 kitchen cabinets. Completely ruined our summer plans to renovate our kitchen. All they offered was to replace the damage, but what could possibly be different on the replacements? You would think that considering the poor quality that they would at least ship a small vile of touch up paint. So bummed. Based on al the reviews here, am I in the minority?

Ashlee Boyer was AMAZING! I am an Interior Designer and I this is for my own kitchen. I have the utmost respect for Kitchen Designers and while I have expertise in overall design, they are are true masters when it comes to the nuts and bolts of how a kitchen is put together and making sure it functions seamlessly. Ashlee has been so patient with my changes, and design input. She helped me come up with ways to make it look really custom and pushed back on some of my ideas in a respectful way which I appreciate, instead of just agreeing with me. She never once made me feel bad for missing information or changing things. We are in the middle of a kitchen reno and have decided to take a leap of faith and use cabinets.com for our cabinets. Our designer Danny Walser has been excellent! This project was supposed to take place last year but got pushed back & Danny still answered every single one of my emails making changes to cabinets & designs. We are trying to maximize space in a small kitchen and only cabinets.com was able to to everything we wanted as far as design. We have not yet received the cabinets, but the ordering/design phase has gone very smoothly thanks to Danny!

My designer Cally Hendrick was awesome! She came up with A rendering super quick it was gorgeous and allowed me to make changes that I couldn’t visualize in my mind but once she penciled them out I could see clearly. I haven’t received the cabinets yet but I am eager based on all the great reviews

Just ordered bright white Shaker II cabinets which should arrive in 8-10 weeks. I have been working with Cally for the past two months on my new kitchen design. Admittedly, I am nervous about the idea of making such a huge and important purchase online, but after working with 4 different designers and product lines, Cally and Cabinets.com have been #1 in every category (door style, size and accessory options, quality of door sample, and outstanding customer service), so I'm going for it! ps. I also found the production video on the website super helfpul to get a sense of the quality craftsmanship that goes into building the cabinets. As for Cally... she was SO patient with me throughout the whole process. She took care of every change and request (and they were plentiful!), she was super insightful, and extremely timely. Not only did she do it, but in such a timely, respectable manner. She was more than willing to work with me on measurement adjustments and try multiple options until we were 100% happy with the layout, color, and feel of the kitchen. Not to mention the prices were unmatched!

I am happy with my experience with Cabinets.com so far, however, I have not yet received my cabinets. My parents recently completed a kitchen reno with the same cabinets and they are very happy with the quality (as am I). Brooke (designer) was very patient with my multiple requests for revisions. I think it would have been a better process if I knew exactly what I wanted prior to engaging with a designer. In my mind I thought I could bounce some layout ideas off of my designer, however, I think things ended up working best when I finally knew exactly what I wanted and I could ask the designer to help me configure cabinets in such a fashion for my dimensions. So far I am happy but will await receiving the cabinets and using them with our large and busy family before making a final review.

Hello, I never really wanted on purchasing cabinets through the internet, I thought it would be too complication and might buy the incorrect size cabinets. I had the pleasure of working w/ designer Suzanne R. She designed cabinet placement for my kitchen, family room and office area… price tag was a little more than what I wanted to spend and she helped me plan the kitchen of my dreams within budget. I am a very fussy perfectionist and she would tweak things to make this plan work in style and most importantly in function as I wanted the kitchen to work for me and facilitate my movement when working there. She helped me to figure out my needs wants and can’t live without items. She was prompt, listened and made suggestions… she was terrific and I highly recommend her. My cabinets have not yet arrived so I cannot review their quality and condition.

I was going to remodel my kitchen 2 years ago and was assigned a designer Suzanne .We did start the process but with the pandemic we put the kitchen on hold.I reached out to Suzanne again and she had my layout still in the system,of course we changed the design the colors and configuration,Suzanne said no problem not a big deal,of course three different cabinet changes later and three different layouts she didn’t seem bothered by our inability to make a decision.Instead offered us many options and suggestions to get the perfect layout for our house,Suzanne had the patience of a saint,loved working with a truly caring professional can only hope the rest of the project goes this well.

We're in the middle of a cabinets.com.order and have not received our cabinets but wanted to share our experience with their website, designer and checkout. The website is quite easy to navigate and I really appreciate the transparency of it all - being able to see what is available and selecting items myself. This was a pain point for me as a designer myself that I had to go through other designers at other suppliers and sometimes getting a totally different layout or design than what I had turned in. That said, I am not a kitchen designer and still wanted to check in/collaborate with one. We worked with Suzanne Rovira. She was great. We started the process with us turning in a design document that contained some images of the site, a plan of how we wanted the kitchen and some notes/images describing our desired design (two tone). We got an email from the design manager who then assigned us to Suzanne. She came back with a design and quote in 2 days. Great turnaround. The price was a shocker as we had tested an assumed version ourselves. Her design came out 2k more than anticipated. Upon detailed review, there were some custom depth adjustments and some mouldings, which explained some of the difference. We then went back and explained the idea of using wall cabinets instead of a custom base. There was some back and forth with the design with her offering her expertise and recommendations. We may not have agreed on everything but she was very accommodating and also firm with other items that she felt was better for us. In the end, we received a design that we felt comfortable with - added to cart and reviewed further. There's some custom painted sides that we felt we could live without so we made some adjustments in the interest of keeping the budget at a more comfortable level. Glad we did, coz there was sales tax at the end. Oh, and we ordered and received cabinet color samples prior to the purchase, which I highly recommend. The wood stains were very different in person vs the image online. Now we are 2 weeks into the wait since turning in our order. Shopping with cabinets.com has been good so far so we are looking forward to seeing the cabinets arrive.

My sister ordered cabinets from cabinets.com, and they were beautiful! So I ordered cabinets from them, and they are gorgeous! And TODAY another sister ordered cabinets from them. What does that tell you?!? They are quality, quality, QUALITY! Design staff was so helpful! My only suggestion is that you buy pegs that hold the shelves from a local hardware store. The ones that came with our cupboards break easily. Also, I hope they decide to sell handles and predrill holes. Finding handles and drilling the holes were time consuming. I highly recommend cabinets.com!

Took a chance with ordering cabinets from an online store and couldn’t be happier. Cabinets.com offered so many cabinet styles, colors, and size options that I was able to get exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the cost of a big box store and at a higher cabinet quality (no cheap particle board on these cabinets). Worked with Jessica Waters for my design consult and she was amazing. The renderings she send were fantastic. It was like I was in the room before the project even started. She offered great ideas and suggestions and improved the layout I originally came up with and had a finished plan in less than two days. Added all the bells and whistles I needed to to get that polished look and sent me a link to the shopping cart so all I had to do was hit purchase when I was ready to buy.

Update: 03/24/2022 Customer service agreed that the cabinet should be replaced. My concern is that on further inspection, there does not appear to be any or extremely small amount of glue in the joints. I am glad the package was jarred or else the cabinet would have failed in usage with this lack of gluing. Product arrived in literal pieces. Not a single seam was left intact. The worst packing I have ever seen on something relatively prone to shipping damage.

Greg Flassig at Cabinets.com was a pleasure to work with! We just ordered a 9’ Master Bathroom Vanity that he put together for us. He responded quickly to our requests for changes and was very helpful in suggesting ideas and solutions to our concern for storage. He answered our many questions and put our minds at ease. He sent computer drawings of different layouts which helped us visualize our potential designs both with towers and without. After several emails back and forth, we had a three-way phone conversation to clarify and finalize the design and the estimate. This was very helpful as well. We are excited to receive the finished product and see it installed! We highly recommend Greg and are very pleased with our experience with Cabinets.com so far.

I purchased bathroom vanity cabinets just to see if these cabinets would be suitable for a kitchen remodel. This cabinets are just builder grade. They could be better. The outstanding problem is lack of any quality control. Box assembly - Even though CNC cut boxes will be assembled not square and components of the box just slapped and stapled together even if they don't fit correctly. False Drawer Fronts - Don't align with with real drawers. If the cabinet has false drawer fronts the plastic clips they use make the false drawer front flush with the frame. The drawers are not flush with the cabinet frame. The cabinet looks odd and not professional (cheap) with the difference. Drawer Fronts - If installed wrong they will just redrill leaving drill holes. Looks bad. Paint Runs and exposed Glue. Drawer Boxes - Location Pin holes for the Blum Slides are not drilled correctly. The slide rails have to be twisted to get the the drawer boxes to seat. Once the cabinet is installed good luck on getting the drawers back in. Painting over tape and just pulling the tape off (supposed to be a finished surface). Shipping in addition - They could do a better job of stabilizing drawers. They put these foam blocks in but the blocks will fall out during transport. Cabinets are shipped on their sides and the drawers will get racked. I could keep on going but limited space here. I don't recommend these cabinets for the price point.

Replaced all my kitchen cabinets with new ones from cabinets.com. The quality was excellent. However, one base cabinet did not come with the rollout trays I ordered and paid for. I contacted the firm and they sent me the rollout trays and associated hardware, but they did not provide me with any installation instructions. After repeated requests for the instructions, they ghosted me and did not reply. I’d be very cautious about ordering from this firm again.

I worked with Jessica Waters who has magical powers to see the kitchen I saw in my mind but had insufficient words to describe. I could not be happier with my new kitchen. My husband and I renovated our townhouse and tripled the original size of the kitchen. The layout was all new, and Jessica made my vision a reality. The thought of a kitchen renovation has always scared me and I think I would have been lost without Cabinets.com: 1. First, I definitely would have been lost without Cabinets.com's design service! 2. That said, these cabinets are beautiful. 3. More important, these cabinets are wonderfully made and have great features. 4. Surprisingly, they cost less than I expected and Cabinets.com had a sale as well. 5. The kicker is I didn't think we were making big changes, but Jessica actually fixed all the flaws in the old design and made the kitchen so much more functional than it was originally. I have dramatically more counter space, doors that don't bump into the fridge and dishwasher, and even a bigger lazy Susan in what I thought was the same space. One part was missing in the first shipment that I assumed was my mistake, but they jumped through hoops to fix that too.

I worked with Amy Ammann, who created the design and was so patient with me as I navigated what type of cabinet layout and types of cabinets we wanted. I really appreciated her patience and willingness to work with us. We are about to place our order, and are excited to see how everything looks.

After researching multiple cabinet styles and sites; Cabinets.com has the most options available for styles, colors, and stains. We worked with Leslie to come up with a wonder final designed and re-work of our kitchen lay out. The process was easy and completed with a very detailed rendering of the kitchen. We are very please with the continued excellent communication and flow of the project. We are currently waiting shipping (which was fast than expected).

These all wood cabinets are a great value for the price but we especially liked the design service. Our designer Jessica Waters made sure we were aware of some important considerations that helped us make sure these will work for us. We also liked the traditional Hawthorne door style which is getting harder to find at other cabinet manufacturers these days.

Leslie was patient and amazing in helping us design and decide on which cabinets best met our needs for our bar and entertainment units.

We recently purchased cabinets from Cabinets.com. It was one of the more pleasant experiences we’ve had during our current home renovation project. Brooke designed the kitchen and was great! We went thorough several designs and she took our feedback each time until we found the design we really liked. I would definitely work with Brooke again (we just might on some other storage needs in the house) and would easily recommend her to a friend. We haven’t received the cabinets yet but hope they are as good as the design experience. We’ll write a separate review when it’s all said and done. The production and delivery timeline we received is easily a month to two faster than others we had spoken with. Excited to see the finished product. I worked with Cabinets.com kitchen designer Jessica Waters on the layout and design of our kitchen remodel for my house. I had used Cabinets.com cabinets in another remodel and was very impressed with the quality, but had not used their design service. I am an architectural engineer and have been a construction manager on large commercial and residential projects for about 40 years and have worked with some top designers and know the importance of a well laid out kitchen design. I am also a dedicated DIY guy who has remodeled many houses over the years. I had very low expectations for using a "free" design service and when I started out working with Jessica I was intending on just getting material list and a quote to perhaps compare to other resources. Jessica knocked it out of the park! She developed a wonderful layout and deign that was exactly what I wanted, it was well thought out and it worked well for the space. I was so impressed with Jessica's work that I didn't even bother to get other quotes. I will certianly use Cabinets.com on my next project, especially if I can have Jessica Waters do the layout and design. My cabinets will arrive in a few days - so, stay tuned for upcoming photos of the project.

I ordered two separate kitchens from cabinets.com. During these trying times of supply chain disruptions they were on time with their delivery. Which was for export and they labeled the boxes so that it was easy for us to determine which box was for which kitchen Jessica waters was amazing. I purchased cabinets in order to save on my renovation costs. I was nervous but I have no regrets. Saved a wad of cash. I worked closely with designer using my layout. They adjusted, corrected, and advised me the whole way. Everything fit perfectly. So pleased with the communication they provide. There was a small but obvious nick in the face of one cabinet door and one drawer corner was damaged. They immediately sent out replacements for those sections. The quality is amazing and the color choices are beautiful. They also clean easily. My only negative is that the trash unit has no soft close device, which was totally surprising since that’s one drawer that needs to stay closed. Fast forward 3 years and it now drifts open constantly, and I must close it a dozen times a day. Today I’m going to install a magnet system to keep it closed. Please add a soft close to your trash receptacle, cabinets.com. It’s only logical.

We just ordered our cabinets and I can’t wait to be able to install them. Working with designer Brooke Albright was amazing! We had to make a million changes, but she was nothing short of supporting, encouraging and patient from our initial discussion to what seemed like our millionth change. Her patience was unending, and her advice or insights were always sound. She was such a joy to work with, each discussion with her left us feeling confident, encouraged and thankful for dealing with someone so knowledgeable and patient. She makes me wish we had another kitchen to renovate just to work with her on another project! She not only cared about the success of our kitchen, but we could tell she cared about us too! She’s definitely someone we’re going to keep in touch with.

Great products and very responsive! I would highly recommend to anyone. We did have a couple of damage issues ( This can happen in this day and age of the freight industry no matter how well you package items.) In my opinion it is how they are taken care of that really counts. The few issues we had were taken care of quickly and I would grade it as an A+.

In February my daughter was looking for a certain color cabinet and explored many different companies. She also was limited in funds. I was so surprized when the cabinets came. They were boxed so nicely and not one of them was damaged. I was impressed by the finishes also. Not only were they finished on the inside but outside also. Nothing was rough or unfinished. They also were all wood, not that cheap particle board. Wonderful product, I would Highly reccomend.

Out of all the different stores I visited for my project, Holly was by far the most helpful and creative in her design! She was able to create me a space that had adequate storage with a very clean look. Holly was very professional, fast with her responses, creative in her design (you should see the plans from the other places- not efficient in pace usage), and a pleasure to work with throughout this whole experience. The cabinets arrived within the time frame given in perfect condition. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful and very well-made! I'm very thankful to have Holly's help throughout this whole experience, as design is not my area of expertise and she made it such a stress free and fin experience! Let me start off by saying the cabinet color is absolutely beautiful! But that’s the only thing that’s good about these cabinets. The Quality of these products are garbage! A very large portion of my products were changed due to factory defects. (Defects in the stain) I have also noticed bowed doors and frames ). The measurements/spec sheets given to the Desginer do not match up on site. Some members of the team need re training in customer service ! I strongly recommend buying your cabinets somewhere else.

Suzanne was extremely helpful throughout our kitchen design process and was very patient. We highly recommend cabinets.com. Can't beat their prices for free design and quote, plus the cabinets arrive assembled.

If this were based solely on my first order, I'd give five stars. It took 10 weeks to receive our first shipment, but communication and service response made up for that. We had two skin panels with dented edges (which we were able to hide) and a small crack in one cabinet I covered with putty, but overall pleased and placed an order for the remainder of our kitchen. December 2, our order went into production. Unlike the first, I never received an update on estimated shipping date, so I contacted customer service. January 6, I received an email saying they were estimated to ship the week of Feb. 8. I heard nothing else after that, so Monday, Feb. 8, I emailed customer service again. Tuesday morning I called in, and was told they'd shipped out and were due at the delivery facility Feb. 18. Then today, I received another email from a different rep, now stating they were not due to ship until next week, and at the facility Feb. 19. The rep gave me the delivery company information and told me to wait two business days after it was expected to contact them as it would take time to check the order in. The 19th is a Friday; two business days plus the weekend takes us to Feb. 23, which is when I should expect to have heard from the company. The rep claimed they couldn't get in contact with the delivery company for me in advance of that day, because they'd have no record of my order until it had been received. That also means I can't reach out until Feb. 23 for the same reason. I pointed out the conflicting information I'd been given, the two different delay timelines given on their website, and the fact we are at the 10-week mark. I was told the rep was sorry, given a $100 credit, and told these were only estimates. I scheduled install for March 4, which is 13 weeks from the date this order went into production, based on all the information Cabinets.com has given me about estimated shipping and delivery timelines and what they state on their website. I confirmed install when they told me it had shipped, and am now wondering if I need to plan/pay for storage and delay installation. The only updates I've received have been from me contacting Cabinets.com to find out what's going on (they're on my safe email list and I've checked my Junk folder.) Their responses seem to indicate they expect us to allow for weeks beyond estimated shipment dates as leeway. What's most frustrating is we have no other options at this point: For obvious reasons we want the kitchen to match, and we've paid almost $12,000 for the remaining cabinets. I called in again today, and the rep I spoke to at least gave me the date they're expected to ship from the plant, so I'll be following up then instead of waiting until the 23rd as suggested via email today. Edit: Spoke with Brad this morning, who offered to try and pre-schedule delivery. He felt we wouldn't need to delay installation, so hopeful we're able to get on the schedule and that everything arrives in good condition.

Im going to be honest, there were some hiccups with our order that caused the delivery to be pushed back, but the care and attention we received from customer service when I called in to talk about my concerns was above and beyond. Their customer service reps are attentive, helpful, polite and based in the USA. Ultimately my cabinets still came a little late, but I know they did everything they could to help get them here as soon as possible. I don’t think I’ve ever received better care and attention from costumer service than I did from cabinets.com. Every company makes an occasional mistake, because no one is perfect, it’s how a company responds that makes all the difference in my book. I would order from cabines.com with absolute confidence, knowing that the quality is superb and in the unlikely event that there is an issue, they will take extreme care to provide excellent support! I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I am very pleased on how these turned out. They are built quite well, and the hardware and finish on them is excellent. I'm guessing I had one of the more challenging interactions with cabinets.com - the shippers damaged quite a few cabinets and I got a wrong size. Even though that happened, they took care of me through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement cabinets, especially since they are US based and can get issues resolved quickly. Thanks for taking care of me all - I was a bit worried about ordering online but after having issues resolved and installing them in the kitchen I couldn't be happier.

From the initial contact I felt the genuine concern the team had for my project. The design service was perfect. The cabinets fit like a glove and the features are exactly what I need. Very good experience. Quality cabinets and very affordable. Many options available, which we couldn't find at other places. We forgot a small trim piece, and they gave us free shipping to order it! Very nice customer service, and the cabinets are made in Alabama.

If I had it to do all over again, I would have went with another company. The cabinets took 3 months to get to me which that is what I was quoted so that's fine but I ordered all white cabinets and was shipped some that were blue. Also many of the cabinets were broken and several the paint was scratched off. When I contacted them I was told I would have to wait for them to be put back into production and replaced which would take another month or longer. I can't be without a kitchen that long. Also, other components were scheduled like countertops and my contractor. In the end they gave me a small discount for the broken cabinets and the blue cabinets and sent me paint to paint the blue white. The other broken cabinets they told me ask the things that were broken were just for shipping purposes yet all the other cabinets I looked at while I was shopping around had these corner braces in place and some were more expensive depending on the type of corner bracket. One of the drawers is completely falling apart and I was told that my contractor can fix it by installing hardware. In the end, the small discount I got wasn't enough to pay my contractor to fix many of the issues I've had with the cabinets and he also didn't have a spray gun for the paint so you can see the brush strokes with the blue I had to paint white.

Cant say enough great things about the quality of these cabinets, and the customer service. Everytime I called or emailed with a question they were polite, timely, and helpful. I didnt have a designer, but the customer service team was great with answering any questions I had regarding delivery timeframe, etc. while the delivery took 10weeks due to covid, Nothing was missing or damaged from my order And that was a relief. My husband even commented on the great quality of the cabinets while he was installing them.

I worked with the designer Suzanne Rovira on a kitchen remodeling project. She was super professional, extremely patient and amazing to work with! She even took time outside her standard hours to help me meet my deadline. I hope the final product is as great as the design process - I will update this review.

Every interaction I had with Cabinets.com from initial order, while my order was in production, through product delivery was exceptional. I made a mistake when I placed the order which was corrected by the team with the utmost in customer service and professionalism. What I was impressed with the most, is that all employees are empowered to serve the client which speaks volumes about the integrity of this company which I would highly recommend.

After many (MANY) months, our kitchen remodel is complete... and we love it. We worked with Travis to design the kitchen. He was really patient with us as we had a limited footprint to work within, but big ideas. It's an older house, so the floors aren't exactly level, so we had a professional install them for us. We're now quite familiar with shims. A few of the door fronts had paint imperfections and a drawer was a tad warped, but Cabinets.com replaced them very quickly. From beginning to end, their customer service was top notch.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with my dream kitchen! We purchased all of our cabinets from cabinets.com, and my whole experience was wonderful. We ordered samples and worked with Danny W for design, and he was so patient and helpful and made as many tweaks as I requested. We ordered all of the cabinets as soon as the design was finalized. Shipping was right on time. Unfortunately, upon arrival two were damaged in transit, I took pictures and sent to customer service and they put in for replacements right away. The replacements arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. My contractor installed them and they look fantastic, it absolutely made my dream kitchen a reality! The cabinets are solid wood and are wonderful quality and have held up well in the last year. I had a very positive experience and couldn’t recommend them more!

I have been doing home renovations since 2001 and have to say this was the easiest and best overall looking cabinets that I have purchased over the years. I usually go with a local lower value line or with complete custom cabinets. This time I decided to go a little different - I went online for a pretty large purchase! From the beginning, the design was excellent and the communication and turnaround time was great. No complaints at all. I got the cabinets ordered and they were actually delivered early. I had to get the delivery company to hold them as I was not ready for them yet! They did and that was great. After installing them there was one cabinet door that was damaged. I uploaded a picture and there was a replacement door sent out rather quick. Have to give credit were credit is due - this is a great company to deal with! I highly recommend.

My wife and I had a washing machine flood our house this summer and had to have a complete tear out and remodel of our first floor. After sitting with 3 other companies, I came across cabinets.com. We decided to take a gamble since we couldn't physically see the cabinets. I couldn't be happier with the cabinets and the company. We ordered a full kitchen that included basic drawers, deep drawers, lazy susan, glass doors, angled cabinets, tall cabinets, pull out trash, and even some of the "rev-a-shelf" products. They came roughly 5 weeks after ordering. I had a few issues with a broken drawer glide and post. Samantha in customer service was very helpful, friendly, and had things fixed immediately. I have since recommended this company/site to friends and family. Great product, price, and excellent customer service!

I worked with Adriana as my designer and she was very helpful. We had a lot of adjustments as we went through the whole process and she was incredibly quick to get back with me and make the changes. Very excited to get these installed.

We ordered $10,335 worth of cabinets for a kitchen gut and complete remodel. I chose Cabinets.com, because of the quality of the materials (no particle board, hardwood, dovetailing on drawers, 1/2 hardwood plywood, etc), and the price for such quality seemed reasonable. Some of our 40+ pieces are very pretty. HOWEVER, the quality of workmanship is atrocious. My cabinets are Springfield raise panel style doors with an Alabaster finish. I did not choose the "aged" look for my finish. A good portion of the cabinets have paint applied so thin (or they just missed spots painting...) that the grain of the wood is visible on the corners of the raised door. They look NOTHING like the pure white, well coated sample door I was sent from the manufacturer. My dream of a very clean, well put together kitchen is not going to happen. There are gaps of at least 1/4" on the inside bottoms of the cabinets, where the bottom meets the face, where you will be able to see the floor through the cabinet (the settings on their board cutter are wrong, and no one seemed to care). This issue is in several cabinets. Staples were shanked (ends poking out where they missed the wood), and it was just painted over with the wood all mangled. Beware: The raised panel doors on drawers have a piece of wood screwed to the inside, so the rail can be attached, but this piece of wood only goes up the backside of the drawer face about 2/3, and there is a huge gap (about 1/3 of an inch) between the added wood and the backside of the face, which will no doubt fill up with crumbs and crap and be impossible to clean without disassembling the drawer front. HUGE DESIGN FLAW. I ordered 2 mullion doors to put glass into for adding some interest to my kitchen, and on one door, it looks pretty nice. The other door, where the mullion pieces connect to the face frame, the wood was all mangled when cut, and the splintery pieces were still attached to the ends and painted over. it looks VERY LOW END and also has gaps where the mullions meet the frame front. I have a 30" base cabinet in which I paid for roll-out shelves, and they were installed with what looks like espresso colored paint or stain, and also blue paint all over the roll-outs. I mean, not just a little, but huge blotches of several inches each direction. Shoddy work, and zero accountability or QC. Now, about shipping. Cabinets.com's packaging really sucks. There are no "This Side Up" indicators, and when all 33 boxes were just thrown in my driveway by the point of destination shipper, half of them were upside down or on their backs, or worse yet, on their face, including some upper cabinets with loose shelving and hardware (for the mullion doors), which was just floating about inside the cabinet, thrashing it. Needless to say, one of those cabinets and the shelves inside suffered damage. A "This Side Up" notation on the package would have been very useful. Also, my $1,300 pantry cabinet did not have any covering on one side and rear corner, and guess which side the shippers slide that large cabinet down the edge of the truck to get it on the ground?? Of course, the side with no packaging. Now, the cabinet will get a skin, but still, they did not even care if it's all stained up and scratched up. For $1,300, it should show up pristine, instead of looking like it's second hand. I just wanted my kitchen to be beautiful, but I will be requesting replacements on the worst of it, and live with with some level of sacrifice for the rest, which I know will bug me every time I look at the cabinets. Very few of what arrived look as nice as the sample, so beware. It's very obvious, Cabinets.com does not pay their workers well, because they do not give one rat's ass about what they are putting in a box to send to you, the customer. The darker paint smeared all over my pullout drawers is the best example...how could anyone think: "OK, this cabinet looks good and it ready to ship?" Either they are blind or just simply do not care about their work. Same with the shanked staples. Not only is that spot very unsightly, but its' sharp and could present a hazard to someone reaching into the cabinet, and never mind being able to wipe it down with a sponge to clean it down the road. The point of destination shippers were also a problem. They were only available at one exact time: "between 11 am and 2 pm" weekdays. If you live north of the SF bay area in CA, you will have to take time off of work to accept the delivery. And I ordered 40+ items, and only 33 packages showed up (as per Cabinets.com's labels that say "#X of 33", but the invoice the shipper had only said "29 items." No packing list. The driver wanted me to sign off that I received everything. WTF? It was a jumbled pile of boxes, many with the one shipping label upside down, and there was no list of what I should have received from the shipper, just a count of how many boxes. How could I confirm everything was there?? And the count was even wrong, as I discovered, long after the shipper had left, and we got the boxes sorted, because in some instances, multiple boxes had the same box number, like my mullion cabinets, there were both Box 2 of 33. What a nightmare. It took us 4 hours to make sense of what we had in front of us, with both my husband and it moving boxes. And that does not even count the time I will spend documenting all the damage, taking pictures, compiling a list of the damage and matching it to invoice numbers to send to Cabinets.com. On the day of delivery, we were not even sure which side was up. So, if you have a big order, just plan on the good portion of a day to sort and account for your delivery. Inspecting your mess will be a project and relative to the amount of cabinets you have. I now wish I would have paid another $1,000-$2,000 to have a local cabinet maker build my cabinets. It would have been worth it to avoid the time, delay of schedule and the stress, and now, the low quality workmanship, I will look at every day and be reminded of how I paid too much money for what I got.

This was my first time designing a kitchen, and thankfully I had an idea of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and did lots of research because the person I worked with basically just plugged in the numbers and called it "design". I had to repeatedly ask for changes in order to make the space more functional and was met with annoyance on their end. I also needed for my design person to take certain measurements into consideration (like the fact that we had no flooring when we measured for cabinets), but that didn't happen. They also measured for granite when I am having quartz put in so, my contractor had to alter all of cabinets to fit. I received my cabinets 5 weeks after I ordered them, but 6 cabinets were delivered damaged and 1 cabinet didn't arrive at all. We fixed the damaged ones ourselves rather than wait for the new ones to arrive but obviously there was nothing we could do but wait for the missing one. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't. There are so many options for cabinet companies I would rather work with one that values their customers and doesn't treat you like a revolving door.

Well I just received my cabinets and everything looks great and in perfect condition. I can't thank designer Amy Anderson enough for helping me finalize my vision. The 3D images really helped my wife visualize what was going on and Amy was able to point out little details that I missed in my initial design. The cabinets actually arrived a week earlier than anticipated, which is amazing. Also right after I placed my order I decided to wanted to change door styles and customer service was able to accommodate the change right away at no extra cost. From my initial contact through delivery everything went perfect. Thank-you so much. I'll send photos after installation.

I worked with Amy Anderson, a great experience and she made my project so much easier. I was able to reach her by phone or email and her response time was always timely. I worked with her on 2 different kitchens in 2 different cities, overall a very satisfying experience.

Ashlee Boyer was cheerfully knowledgeable and accommodating to our numerous requests for changes. She provided us the only renderings we ever received from any of the suppliers for our new home construction, and they were very helpful in making our decisions. She had ideas that really helped us put together our dream kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and laundry room/office. She was so pleasant and friendly every time we called (which was a lot) and always responded to our inquiries and change requests immediately, unlike any of the other vendors we dealt with. Ashlee is truly a professional but also incredibly nice and friendly every time we spoke, so we always enjoyed our conversations with her too. I had shopped around to a few online competitors and after talking with Amy I decided to proceed with Cabinets.com. I worked extensively with Amy for a complete kitchen remodel. Amy was able to point design features that I had not considered and other designers did not caught on. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that cabinets.com will do custom cabinets, based on my dimensions, for a minimal cost, in my case was about an extra $100 for a custom 33"x93" custom pantry cabinet. Cabinets construction is very good, the soft close mechanisms are top of the line, the cabinets installers were very impressed. The kitchen design was solid, with Amy's help, and the kitchen turned out impressive. One issue that I had was a warped trim pieces. I would recommend ordering a few extra of each just to make sure you do not end up with a badly warped trim pieces, and the installer is unable to complete the installation. Overall great experience.
