DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been a client for 5 months and still don't have my kitchen cabinets. Cabinets were ordered in November. My December delivery was delayed because the backsplash was damaged. January delivery: 1 cabinet was damaged and 1 cabinet was wrong. Erika was present for the delivery. Trinice, my salesperson, was texted photos and "taking care of it." February delivery: order paid in full for delivery. The wrong cabinet that was delivered in January was apparently not even addressed so the installer wouldn't install, the replacement cabinet is fine but the drawers don't fit and the countertop company won't measure until everything is installed. April: Trinice won't answer voicemails and emails. I'm approaching 9 weeks since the February delivery that should have been complete in January. Living off a piece of plywood since January.

The customer service was exceptional! They guided us through the process with helpful recommendations. Very professional, and the cabinets turned out beautifully!

Horrible experience with this company. Was told my cabinets would be delivered 6 weeks from the day I ordered back in December, it is now April and I still after multiple attempts do not have my total order in. The sales person I had missed the first appointment we had set up and when I called to ask why he stated they were backed up and he had plenty of business and could take of leave mine. Very rude! After some of my cabinets started to come In but wrong and not all delivered, when speaking to said sales person again he would tell me he is going on vacation and would deal with it when he gets back but not on a Thursday I called him. Measurements were taken wrong by the same sales person and my installer has had to work around the many mistakes. My installers wants more money to come by several times to install the missing cabinetry and when telling Campbell Cabinets they didn’t want to compensate the amount of money my contractors are asking for.

The sales people are friendly and willing to meet any needs you have. Salesman Tom Moss is one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure to do business with. He worked hard to get our kitchen just the way we wanted and had tons of patience when we made changes many times to the design. Mr. Tom was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. Thanks Mr. Tom and thanks campbell.

I highly recommend Campbell Cabinet Company. They were the best part of building our home. Their customer service is top-notch! They respected my budget and even helped me find ways to come in under budget. Every concern, question, and phone call was always answered promptly and courteously. I never felt like a bother to them with all of my many questions and phone calls. Campbell Cabinets made sure that all of the cabinetry needs were meet. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure that I got all that I wanted. I am so pleased with their customer service, professionalism, and quality of their products. I have worked with Tom Moss from Campbell Cabinets on several kitchen projects and he is just a gem. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the products and wasn't afraid to get me out of my box when it came to color. The quality of the products are excellent and were within my budget. I intend on using them again I feel like I'm apart of the Campbell family now.

Just bought new cabinets for the new house and wow!! The entire process was painless and we couldn't be more happy with the results! We recently purchased kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Campbell Cabinet Co. From the inital visit to store to choose the cabinets we wanted, to the Associate coming out to our home to measure for the required cabinets, and to the installation; every phase was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. BJ and Bruce Farrell worked hard to assure that we were getting what we wanted.
