My house was 1970's design. Steve removed two walls to open my kitchen and dining room to the living room and foyer. Great response and prompt service!

Steve did a magnificent job on our kitchen. He also worked with us to keep cost down allowing us to do some of the prep work.

We hired Steve and his crew to remodel the kitchen and dining area of our old farm house. Steve ended up also doing the demolition work along with flooring, tile, patching, texturing & painting. Steve was the only contractor to start the design process with floor plans of my ideas rather than after I agreed to hire them. Turns out the original plan I wanted didn't look good on paper and Steve was very patient and I probably burned up his computer program with ideas and changes before I decided on the ideal layout, in fact my decision on the floor plan took longer than the construction project. He was very good to work with and there were very open lines of communication. Steve came up with the ingenious idea of slanted wall behind the stove when the granite company couldn't get enough support for their slab with the original design and I think his impromptu change is now the crown jewel of the kitchen. He also was able to customize one of the new entry doors into a dutch door at my request. My cabinets, back splash, doors and flooring are absolutely gorgeous and the workmanship in those areas superb. Overall I am very happy with the work that was performed, the attention to detail, the skills of his staff and how reasonably priced he was for the high quality of work completed. Steve is very talented and professional. We have hired him for two different projects. He told us what was going to happen and how much it would cost before he began. Then he executed the plan and everything happened exactly as he said it would. We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel and the new custom built ins in our home office. We are so pleased with the beautiful cabinets that Chisholm Trail Carpentry created and installed for us. The staff is very courteous and professional. The cabinets are everything and more than we had hoped for - absolutely beautiful - with much attention to the details. We love the soft close doors and drawers. The raised panel design, soft white finish and crown molding is perfect for our kitchen. We topped them with flecked white quartz and added bronze knobs that really pop. Since our home is open concept and you can see the kitchen from the front door, the cabinets are a perfect feature of the design plan. I would highly recommend Chisholm Trail Carpentry for your cabinetry needs.

Steve Spencer has built several jobs for us over the last several years including wood doors, a window seat, and several small jobs. Last year, he laid ceramic tile over 700 square feet in several rooms of our home. It was best work I've seen. Highly recommend for any wood working and flooring job.
