It looks like you purchased a Dayton Studio Gray kitchen in 2019 from Wayzata Home Products, the company that previously owned CliqStudios, right? You probably already know Wayzata went out of business last year, which means they no longer cover any warranties. The CliqStudios brand and assets were purchased by the new investors and started as a new company in April 2020. Although the new company is completely unrelated to Wayzata and has no ability to reinstate the old warranties, we do have a lot of empathy for the customers of that company who have warranty issues. Because of that, we are willing to review options that will support you in any way possible and within reason. We’d like to have a conversation with you to review your case and discuss options. The new CliqStudios is so excited and proud of the company we launched and the customers we've served since opening our doors in April 2020. As you know, it is very important that the cabinets are handled properly on the job site to prevent damage. When moving cabinets on the job site, the cabinet should be lifted straight up off the floor [this may take two people depending on the cabinet size & weight] and carried to be put in place.
Cabinets should never be pulled, pushed or dragged across the floor. Tipping a cabinet on the edge and dragging it will cause peeling and chipping as shown in the photographs you provided. The lifetime warranty on our cabinets covers against defects, but it does not cover damage that occurs on the job site.
Also we are surprised to see your note regarding the dishwasher. A filler panel was included in your design and shipped with your cabinets to allow proper spacing and clearance between the drawer base and the dishwasher. Did your contractor install this filler panel as designed?
