We just had our master closet installed yesterday by Austin and Jaiden and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. It looks fantastic and their work was neatly done and everything looks great. Praise also goes out to Patricia Cooper Mahalik who was the designer who worked with me to get the pieces needed for an organized closet. She was a delight to work with. Had our custom closet design installed by Austin and Jayden. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. The finished closet looks amazing, and they finished well ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Had new closet installed by Jacob and Crushaun today. They did a great job, were respectful and addressed all my questions completely. There was a small issue which they bubbled up and was resolved quickly. I would totally use this company when I need another closet done! Great job!!!

Just moved into a new house and upon hanging maybe 20 items on the rack the flippers installed, it fell to the ground and fell apart. I called closets by design as Ive had a few real estate clients use them in the past and were very pleased. I called on a saturday or sunday night and they were able to get a designer out by monday at 8am to come take a look and design something for us... Due to high demand we were originally told it might be until mid september until we could get the closet completed but they told us they would put us on a waiting list and call if anything came up sooner. They called the very next day and said they could get us in the following week! I just had it done today and the crew was wonderful! Tom and Jeff were fantastic professionals and they worked quick to get my new closet up and running! Bianca, our designer was wonderful as well and Ashley who handled scheduling was communicative and great also! I am already deliberating my next project with them! Highly reccomend Closets By Design

This was my exclusive project for am upgrade. I did the tear out with a lil muscle from my daughter on one of three closets, mud walls, painted, and wallpapered some. LeAnn was my designer and was very professional, personable, and indeed a pleasure to work with In creating my vision. She was through and kept in touch repeatedly keeping me abreast of material deliveries and installation via email, text, and calls. Thanks a million LeAnn. Installation Day with Robert and Mike was amazing with these two professional craftsmen. They worked seamlessly to make my closets a realization. They were perfectionist, detail oriented, efficient, personable, and expeditious in the customization of my three closets with such precision. I watched from a far and occasionally asked questions which they had no problem answering. I absolutely love the finished customized design. So much so that I’m trying to figure now how to organize a masterpiece. Thank you. I’m certain this was a minimal project but I’m ecstatic. Celebrate Closet By Designs - Coastal. Blessings . I would not recommend this company based on our experience. Our overall experience was disappointing and has left us concerned with quality like many of the other reviewers here. We had 3 closets as part of the installation and many of the pieces brought in where damaged with paint chips and nicks. During installation boards were propped against our walls leaving scruff marks we had to repaint and our installation team communicated with us in a condescending manner when we asked questions and expressed concern. After installation, there were many edges that didn't line up and poor work done to cover nail holes and when we pointed out many of the obvious chips - the solution was to cover them with white caulk. Based on the communication we received during the issue resolution process, it certainly didn't seem as customer satisfaction was a top priority. While they did agree to come out to address our concerns, there was no acknowledgement to the inconvenience this caused given it didn't make sense for us to utilize the closets only to be required to empty all the contents again. That left us with the contents of two master closets plus a utility closet residing in the dining room for two weeks while we were 'worked in' the schedule - even though our job should have been completed already had our installation team had a higher standard of quality for the materials and installation. I will say our second installation team did a good job - their attention to detail and quality was much better. He stated that there were several pieces he wouldn't have let leave the warehouse because of misc. damage. Had this team been our first team - I am sure our experience would have been better. Even so, while some of the issues have been resolved, there are still visible signs of wear in the closet and when looking at it closely, it doesn't match the quality we were promised.

Really really really bad do you not waste your money and caused a safety Hazard Damage to our house and covered a GFCI outlet which is a big safety risk.

My closet was installed yesterday July 26. The installers Jordan & Austin were excellent at their jobs, friendly & professional. The designer Diana , also was excellent at her job. Now its time to get to the heart of Closets By Design products. Sample material that I was shown approximately 3/4" thick, 10" by 10" square white material with all sides sealed. Supposedly a high density industrial grade pressed wood, I.E. sawdust + glue. What I have is a closet full of poor quality pressed wood 3/4" X 12" boards, a water sponge at best due all edges are raw cuts except edges visible to the eye not remotely like the fully sealed sample shown in sales pitch. The closet looks decent to the unknowing eye . $1500.00 would have been a good ballpark price for this install, not in the range of triple that amount. Reading other reviews, I find it hard to to believe so many don't see the poor quality, or don't know what to look for. Thanks to Jordan & Austin's quality work its not a total bust, but it will make me dig deeper before committing to a project. Job #4718 Customer: # 110263

Waited 3 months for a closet instal that they did in one hour. The material is not the high quality that was boasted during the consultation. Rough edges, minor damage to my flooring and worst of all the layout of the hanger rail leaves my pants dragging on the floor. I was told on the phone that the shelves and rods were adjustable, however everything was permanently sealed. The installers did not check with me regarding the height of rods, just rushed through what was on their paper. Their next availability for fixing this isn't for a couple of weeks. They are too busy to worry about doing the job right and caring about customer satisfaction.

We just had our installers put in my new closet. It looks so nice and I can't wait to put my clothes in and organize it. They were quick, efficient and professional. The designer, Elizabeth they sent out to measure was very personable and explained the products well. I am very happy and can't wait to use my new closet

As part of a kitchen remodeling project, we asked Closets by Design to design and install cabinets & shelves in a new laundry room. Their representative, Connor, presented a creative design that optimized our space, an estimate and installation date. He even provided a dining area for our cats! The installers, Trent, Tony and Jeffrey, were very polite and capable making adjustments to ensure the fit was perfect. Our cabinets look sleek, modern and are very functional. We are more than pleased and will not hesitate to recommend the Closets by Design team to anyone wanting to have a room well organized.

My closets were completed on time and look beautiful. The installers were professional and did a great job!!! I would highly recommend them.
