Countertop Expressions

For our new home build we were drawn to Counter Top Expressions because of the passion of the cabinet makers. Our home had been in the planning process for years and we had some special ‘wishes’ which Counter Top was able to accommodate. The design people spent an extensive amount of time walking us through the tremendous amount of detail, which we were not initially aware of, in order to ensure that the final product was perfect. And it was! Their skills were invaluable. The quality of workmanship was also impeccable...we now have cabinets, vanities and counter tops which we are proud of and which will last our lifetime.

In the spring of 2018, i contacted Countertop Expressions to help with a remote renovation project. i relied heavily on their assistance because i couldn't be there to pick materials and colors. Leng and Carol were amazing and were able to meet my budget without sacrificing quality or style. My new kitchen and bathroom are the highlight of the newly renovated condo and i am so happy that i stumbled on this company! I would highly recommend them for your project because they don't give up until you are HAPPY! The installation crew are professional in every regard and work hard to get the job done right!!

Through the spring, summer and fall of 2015, we did a major renovation to the main floor of our home. The centrepiece of the renovations to the kitchen and dining room was the installation of custom designed and built cabinets throughout. From conception to installation the service from Countertop Expressions was first class. We revised the design details many times as the renovation of our home proceeded, and nothing was too much trouble for Carol, who must have dreaded seeing our phone number show up on her phone, or our car drive up to the store. The quality of the construction of the cabinets is absolutely top-notch. Most of the cabinets were custom sizes but everything fitted to a tee. There were some issues with cabinet doors, which are not built by the company but are acquired from a third party. Throughout that process Countertop Expressions were firmly on the customers (our) side. I was going to give them a 4-star rating because of the inconvenience with the doors, but reflecting on the way they supported us through to resolution has changed my mind. I can also tell you that they have changed suppliers, and another project that we did subsequently was faultless. We have been delighted with the project. It transformed our home. So much so that in 2016 we undertook another major project which I will describe separately.

The folks at Countertop Expressions were fantastic. They helped me select the right product and worked with me on my small job, when other companies seemed reluctant to. From the initial meeting in the showroom to the installation, everything was handled professionally and by friendly, helpful people. They made it all very easy. The final product looks great and I was very pleased with the experience. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
