The Crown Woodworking team helped bring our kitchen update to life so beautifully! We wanted to add additional counter space, storage + wine fridge to the kitchen island along with two long wood shelves. Though they hadn't done the initial work in the house, they were able to match the cabinetry and unique stone counter perfectly! And sourced custom shelves in the exact size + color we wanted. Their work is high quality and their team was helpful + responsive throughout the whole project. Already in talks for our next project with them.

Mendel and his team at Crown Woodworking were fantastic to work with. We had just closed on a new apartment in Cobble Hill and needed to finish the renovations in a tight timeframe before we moved in and Crown Woodworking finished on time as promised. They upgraded the entire kitchen (new cabinets, countertops, island plumbing), replaced trim and repainted in all rooms, and built us a fantastic custom closet and a beautiful custom fireplace. The kitchen planning was simple & clear (we had a full digital mock) and came out even better than anticipated. Mendel & team managed all subs like a pro so we had nothing to worry about, and Mendel has an eye for detail that kept us from having to nitpick - he spotted and fixed almost every blemish before we did, communicated and then took care of it. Crown Woodworking was very flexible with changes along the way and were extremely responsive via text, email & cell at any time. The crew was also great with odds and ends at the end of the project by helping us fix several little items (e.g. door hinges, calk, ) that added a polish to the overall project and saved us time and money. We are extremely happy with the value we received for the cost and would recommend Mendel & Crown Woodworking to anyone else doing similar work.

Mendel Barber is the nicest person to work for. What he did for our kitchen, no one else can do. He enlarged our kitchen because of his creative thinking. He listens to what you want and he gives his professional opinion also. He put 100% into our project; he really cares, and he makes what could be a nasty process more than livable. Mr. Barbers work is impeccable! Seams are invisible. Colors more than beautiful and each piece is attended to like a sculptor in his studio. Ordering a kitchen from crown woodworking really made me feel like I was working with an old friend. They were very patient during the time it took us to decide on the design and were extremely reasonable on the price. The turn around time was very quick it took about a week for the kitchen plus countertop to be fully installed! I highly recommend Crown Woodworking.
