When you choose Deco Design I become personally acquainted with your job because I am involved with every step of the process, from design to building to installation. Being a perfectionist I am never completely satisfied so that you can be. I am old-fashioned enough to still believe that the best way to control quality is not trust anyone else with the task. Deco Design has been in business for 24 years offering an unparalleled quality and craftsmanship both in furniture and custom cabinetry with a vision for beautiful design and function. I pay close attention in all of my designs to make sure there is balance and purpose. I started on this journey after attending the University of Utah on an art scholarship with a focus on graphic design which I soon found I had little interest or talent for. I did however find a love for designing furniture and cabinets after working for an interior designer as a draftsman while attending college. I grew up with a strong work ethic having my first job at age 14 and my own painting business at age 18. I then went on to work for various tradesmen in areas I had an interest in but always preferred working for myself so eventually all those talents culminated into building cabinets and furniture. The knowledge of other trades, art background and my persistence for cleanliness and perfection make what I do very unique from other shops. Call me today to schedule a visionary consultation. My wife and I interviewed 4 cabinet companies in the Salt Lake Valley to make cabinets for our new home, 2 kitchens, a pantry, 4 bathrooms and 2 laundry rooms. It was a very substantial project and very important to us, being that it was the first and probably the only house we will ever build. We chose Deron and Deco Design after evaluating bids and product from the other companies. My wife and I were very nervous about the decision, but Deron was confident and put us at ease with the designs he delivered and his knowledge of the craft. He delivered the most beautiful package of cabinets throughout our home. Once I saw his work in our home, I asked him to make cabinets for our master closet and garage. We could not be more pleased with how the work turned out. Not only did Deron install the cabinets, but he worked with our appliance contractor and electricians to get every dimension and detail correct. When our appliances had to be worked on, Deron came out to help take off and reattach the kick plates. If my wife and I were to do it again, which we are not, we would select Deco Design without hesitation and plan to have him do a little more work to finish our home.

We had a wonderful experience working with Deron of DecoDesign Cabinetry on an extensive remodel including custom cabinets for 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, family room, office, laundry, mudroom, and homework space. Deron’s work is absolutely beautiful, and I really appreciate his attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the cabinets. He executed our vision perfectly.

I highly recommend Deco Designs for anyone looking for beautiful, high quality cabinets for a reasonable price. I love the beautiful white shaker cabinets Deco Designs produced for me. Deron worked with me to figure out a kitchen layout to make the most of my relatively small kitchen space. The hardware and craftmanship are top notch. And the price was half of what I was quoted for semi-custom cabinets from Lowe's. I'm already looking forward to working with Deco Designs on future cabinet and furniture projects.

Deron and the Deco Design team was great to work with. He was interested in our vision for our kitchen remodel and took the time to understand what we were going for. He took that vision and was able to enhance it by designing and building cabinetry that was right for us and for the space--and I think he liked it too! He was exacting and meticulous in his designs and his workmanship, which inspired a lot of confidence in us and produced a truly beautiful result. He was also able to communicate and work effectively with the other companies involved in the project. And in fact, Deron was able to find solutions to problems for parts of the project that he wasn't involved with directly but which impacted his ability to deliver his part. It was so nice to have someone on the project that viewed the project as a whole. In many ways, he was the glue that brought the whole project together so successfully.

I am so happy with the cabinets that deco design installed and crafted for my kitchen. Deron is excellent to work with. He shows up when he says and is professional and courteous. I've had lots of contractors in my home and rarely do they show up on time and clean up the way Deron did. Nothing came as a surprise. His designs were well rendered beforehand and he has excellent attention to detail. His price was within budget and fair. I am so happy with the work done for me by deco design and would highly recommend them for any job big or small.

I can't say enough about Deco Design. Deron is an extremely talented craftsman and designer. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen cabinets. He's a perfectionist down to the last detail. The price was very fair and more importantly he didn't nickel and dime me after the original quote. That says a lot about his integrity. I had a railing that divided my family room from my kitchen. I was never in love with it so I asked Deron if he thought a buffet would fit. He figured out the design and measurements and built a fabulous piece that was even better than what I pictured. Everyone that comes into my new kitchen or sees pictures of it wants to know who did the cabinet work. I'm happy to recommend Deron. Thank you Deco Design!

I built a new home and hired Deron to do all the cabinets in the home. I couldn't be happier with the results. I had very unique kitchen layout in my head. After several consultations, I hadn't quite found someone that could capture my vision. Deron made it come to life! It's everything I could have imagined and more. He is very artistic, creative and has a knowledge of interior design. He was always very responsive and was always so willing to offer me extra help. Such as selecting hardware, working with colors and how to mix different styles. He did our full kitchen, fireplace, hutches, 5 bathrooms, entertainment center, office, mudroom, pantry, basement kitchenette and theater. I will add picture in a bit. But wanted to pass on the amazing experience we had with Deco Design.

I cannot say enough good things about Deron at Deco Design. We did a major main floor renovation and completely gutted our kitchen. We had Deron design and build our kitchen cabinets and living room shelves. Deron is professional, compassionate, talented, and takes pride in his work. Deron's expertise made the process so easy and always seemed available for questions or advice, and he seems to really care about his clients. A couple of things that I really appreciated was how he vacuumed out all of the cabinets when he was finished with install and how he fixed a couple of scratches that the appliance installers made without me having to ask! When he left everything was clean and perfection! The end result is even better than I imagined: extremely functional and gorgeous!
