We've had the pleasure to work with Delmar on a few projects and recently wrapped up a hospitality job. We worked primarily with Jesse throughout the entire process and him and his team were very professional and detailed oriented with their drawings . We were able to resolve any issues that came up by reaching out to them. The final product turned out amazing and we would highly recommend Delmar Millwork to any of our clients.

We have a modern design office that needed a book shelf and housing for a TV, combined. Delmar was great to deal with from start to finish. From the design aspect to the one-on-one expertise that was shown throughout the project. The final product was exactly what I had envisioned, especially as it is the first thing that patients see walking into the office. Because of this amazing experience we hired Delmar again to create a shelving/computer unit for our X-Ray/Exam room which was designed and created perfectly for the space. I look forward to utilizing Delmar in the future.

Delmar Millwork is Absolutely Amazing!! Fantastic customer service! Expert artisan craftsmanship! All members of the team exceed my high expectations. Everything works beautifully and looks superb. I am thrilled with every aspect of the project. Everything was made to order in Vancouver, and I was able to visit their workshop during construction. I highly recommend Delmar Millwork!! Professional, detailed shop drawings were provided to me to review, shortly after a thorough meeting on site, and rough drawings I had provided as a guide to what I desired. Their attention to detail was beyond anything I had imagined. The quality of materials and hardware Delmar used was the very best! After a year of living in my newly renovated suite, everything still looks and works like the day it was installed. Communication with Delmar was amazing; they returned my phone calls and emails promptly every time. They kept to their proposed budget, as well as their production and installation schedule, and worked very well with all the other trades during installation. All of the final millwork was perfect, plumb, and pristine. During the process of renovation, because of unexpected events, we needed to make some changes to our original plans. This was also all handled wonderfully and without a hitch. Jim, Jesse and Dave were amazing to work with on site during the installation; so friendly and professional, and all perfectionists!! Tony and Patrick who created the millwork in the shop did exquisite work. Aside from all the cabinetry in my kitchen and two bathrooms, they created a unique desk for me based on some drawings I provided, and again, exceeded my expectations! Not only was all the millwork created magnificently with dovetail joints, solid maple wood, and gliding soft close drawers, the painted finish was outstanding!! I often run my fingers over the finish, just to experience it. It’s really that good. With sanding between each layer of paint, and several layers of protective lacquer, the resulting surface feels like a cross between velvet and newborn baby's bottom. To me, the desk is a work of art which I will always treasure. I am filled with joy every time I open a drawer, walk past a cabinet, or sit at my desk. I am forever grateful for the beautiful millwork Delmar Millwork created for me, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who appreciates and is seeking fine quality custom millwork. I had heard that renovating can be stressful and cause headaches. Delmar caused none of these. The workmanship looks perfect, the cabinets were done on time and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. The one surprise we had was finding some venting behind the old cabinets. Some adjusting had to be done there. The Delmar team was a pleasure to work with and any questions I had were always answered very promptly. I love my new kitchen and office. Thank goodness my contractor suggested them to me.

From the initial meet to the final product. Delmar Millwork has exceeded my expectations. I was looking to customize a built-in wall unit for my office. I hired Delmar to complete a higher end master closet project in a new build. From a quality perspective, the finished project looks amazing - it is exactly what we wanted, no surprises. The installation is excellent, it corrected any imperfections on the finished wall and ceilings, our painters said it was one of the cleanest jobs they have seen. From a delivery management and customer service perspective, they were completely professional - they were finished our CAD/specs in just 2-3 days, they returned any enquiry phonecalls immediately and they were a bit early in terms of the scheduled finish date. From a cost perspective, they were flexible and allowed me to add some more creative elements while holding the initial quote. All of the other countercosted millwork shops kept revising my quotes for minor details. I really appreciated that they were willing to just include it and see the overall picture while maintaining competitive. I would without hesitation recommend Jim and Delmar to anyone. In construction it can be really difficult to determine who to choose for each trade, they were one of our best experiences through out our new build process.

Having hired Delmar Millwork for two large projects, working directly with the entire team from conceptual drawings to the finest detail of every scribed stain grade piece of millwork, I can say that it was a fantastic experience.
