Valerie helped me revamp my entire bathroom. She helped me choose great finishes and customizations to have a wonderfully functional and beautiful bathroom that was very spa-like and high-end at the end of the day. I'd highly recommend Valerie because of her attentiveness, reachability, and focus on the details. We had a couple bumps with regards to a remodel [due to the size of it], but I have to say everything was handled well, and with ease, and ended with one very happy client!

We had an idea of what we wanted our kitchen to look like, but wasn't sure how to put it all together. We had several bids from other companies, but they all tried to push for a modern look, something we definitely did not want. Robin with the JAE Co. came to our house, took measurements, listened to what we wanted, and had several wonderful ideas to offer all within our budget. She spent the time to put countertop samples with the cabinets, moving them to different types of light to show how they would look together. Our kitchen turned out beautiful thanks to Robin understanding our personality, style and budget. We could not have asked for anyone better.

We met with Valerie about kitchen cabinets. She understood my needs and made appropriate recommendations and kept us within budget. She was a great help in contributing creative suggestions. We did have several issues with our cabinets after the initial installation and she handled them all with great care and professionalism. She was always patient, kind and thorough during the entire process. If you are in need of someone knowledgeable, creative, attentive and genuinely concerned with the client's happiness, then I would definitely recommend that you work with her. You will not find anyone better to help you with your project(s).

I worked with Robin on a Kitchen remodeling project which included granite countertops, backsplash, sinks, faucets, and some additions to our cabinetry. When I first met Robin through the Jae Company she informed us we were her first customers in Columbus (recently relocated) and told us to feel free to choose another designer if we weren't comfortable with that. I appreciated her honesty from the first day. We decided to go with different granite on our island than the perimeter and I was very nervous about how it would come together. Robin was very calm and patient and offered to go look at the granite several times. We also had some problems with our new wood additions matching our current cabinetry but Robin was able to work through that with some custom finishing. But in the end everything turned out beautiful just as Robin said it would! I appreciated Robin's timely responses to inquiries and meetings. It was my pleasure working with a great designer and person!

Valerie is a very talented Kitchen designer. I worked with Valerie on a project and she is very detailed and knows her products.

Valerie did a fantastic job helping us design our kitchen cabinets, she made very helpful suggestions and was able to show us what the finished product would look like on her software. It was nice to have an extra pair of eyes when picking out floor tile, shower tile and cabinets.

Valerie is very organized and talented. I worked with her on a cabinetry project and she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it! She's very knowledgeable and highly efficient!
