Discount Kitchen Direct

Very disappointed in this company. We ordered our upper cabinets first and we never received one of them. The company did have a pic of the cabinet loaded at their facility but it never arrived to our house. We reached out to the company again before ordering our lower cabinets. They refused to resend the missing cabinet with the next order and said that we would have to order and pay for it again and they would provide a “10% discount only available for the next 10 days” which was just the Columbus Day discount promo already being offered on their web site to sell more cabinets. The cabinets are good and cheap but not cheap when you pay double because they don’t arrive.

I ordered a base corner Kitchen Cabinet and it arrived in a crushed box, missing hardware and gouged surfaces. DKD stepped up and sent a replacement cabinet which arrived in pristine condition, there was no negotiating or back and fourth, DKD addressed the problem right away. I have to say that I would definitely order products from Discount Kitchen Direct in the future. Their customer service was excellent and their product is excellent as well. Highly recommended

Ordered our cabinets online because it said they would ship within 7-10 days. We received the shipment and realized we were missing several pieces. We called and were told they were on back order. We were told by Cynthia she was going to look into lead time and get back to us. She didn’t. We called again and spoke to Justin, and we heard the same story... he didn’t call us back either. We stayed on them, and finally were told they are shipping out. We were told we would receive a tracking number... Guess what, that didn’t happen either. So, we called back AGAIN, and finally received a tracking number for our package. Justin said we would get one tracking number, but there would be multiple items. Today was they day for delivery... it never came. We looked up the tracking number and the package went from “in-transit” to “return to sender”. We called the carrier and were told it was damaged. So, apparently the whole shipment was damaged, and we didn’t get to see it or refuse the delivery... Something just doesn’t add up here. We would not have ordered these cabinets if they were on back order. No where on their site did it say they were on back order. I have not been impressed with their business operations. Our remodel is waiting on our remaining cabinets. I can’t proceed with counter top install and finish the kitchen without them. Highly disappointing experience with this company thus far.

Absolutely top notch professionals. These guys listen and understand exactly what your dream project is and executed the design I had in mind for my kitchen and bathroom. Suggestions are made but not forced on you. Their suggestions turned out to benefit my cost and the lay out of the completed design. I would recommend this company, and I already have, to anyone who is in the market for a designer kitchen or what ever remodel you have. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

About 1 year ago Discount Kitchen Direct came out to a home I was remodeling and helped design the kitchen of my dreams. They came up with a plan that gave me much more storage and counter space and the island I really wanted to complete the look. I love it. The cabinets are sturdy and well built and are easy to clean. They did a great job from beginning to end and I would highly recommend their services.

Wayne and crew are very helpful, professional and efficient. We have used Wayne for all of cabinet needs for the last 8 years. They have installed dozens of kitchens for us. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an exquisite "kitchen look" without the price. You will not be disappointed!
