Beth and Nate did an amazing job on our new kitchen! They were so helpful throughout the entire process, helping us pick style, colors, materials, and more ... then having a professional, friendly team of workers that did a really terrific job. They also had excellent communications, keeping us updated daily as to who would be coming, what piece of work was coming up next, etc. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We were forced into remodeling the master and guest bath's in our townhouse due to aging and poor installation by the original contractor. After many attempts to engage a reputable remodeling company that would manage the project from beginning to end, we selected Drum Homes, LLC to complete the project. The only decisions we had to make were on finishes (that was a personal choice, they provide design services as well). They kept on schedule, did exactly what they said they were going to do, accommodating to last minute changes/requests, and kept in the budget which was almost half of the majority of bids received. If you are considering renovations to your property, I highly recommend you call Drum Homes, LLC. It will be the easiest project you've ever done.

Trustworthy. Dependable. Friendly. Professional. These are just a few words to describe our excellent experience with Drum Homes. Our 15 YO bathroom floor had rotted because the original builder neglected to install a pan under the shower. Drum came in and removed the tile and subfloor, tub and shower. They repaired the joists, installed new cement subflooring, tile, beadboard, repaired the sheetrock where the shower was, moved the plumbing, and installed a claw foot tub. Everyone associated with Drum has been friendly, polite, on time, and extremely talented. Our new bathroom is exactly what we envisioned, and we could not be any more pleased with the final result. We highly recommend Drum Homes!

Drum Homes was hired to renovate our master bath. We had everything removed including cabinets, counter tops, tub, shower, flooring, and all lighting. We enlarged the shower and tiled the shower, tub area and floor. We also replaced cabinets, sinks, faucets, counter tops, and lighting. Drum also painted. Nate Boston of Drum homes is knowledgeable and experienced with home renovation. He was always a pleasure to work with and he always kept us updated on the progress of the renovation. Our project was completed on the budget provided by Nate. We are 100% satisfied with the work and we are looking forward to working with Nate on more projects in our home.

Before starting this process we never would have considered new construction. Building a house seemed too complicated and from what we had heard/read it would be a nightmare. In February of 2015 while looking at homes in the Atlanta area we found a new construction for sale that we absolutely fell in love with. Unfortunately, someone else did as well and it was sold within hours of going to market. Our realtor, Catherine Cage, approached the builder Nate and so began our new construction process. Nate had a property that he was going to begin working on and that he could build the home that we loved at that location. After signing the contract the process began and throughout it both Nate and Beth were very responsive throughout the process which, while I'm sure drove them crazy as we realized that we wanted to change this and that, was very reassuring as a buyer. Ultimately the project was completed on time and we were both VERY satisfied with the outcome. We would absolutely recommend Drum Custom Homes for a new home project or renovation

Nathan and his crew did a great job on my house project. He stuck to his estimate, and he worked out a few options on some of the details that I had not decided on yet. Crews always cleaned up the work site before leaving for the day. Nathan kept me up to date on the progress and what he had planned for the next day. I would use this company again for another project.

SAINOVICH BASEMENT We were thrilled with the way our basement turned out. Working with Drum Custom Renovations was fun! They were timely, flexible and guided us thoughtfully through color choices, lighting placement and all the finishing touches. Opening the basement stairs was key to a more open look to coming into the basement and it was completed beautifully. We have other home improvement projects on the horizon and plan to use Drum Custom Renovations!

Kudos to Nate Boston of Drum Custom Renovations! I’ve built two homes and renovated several others over the past 35 years thru various companies. My last experience with Drum Custom Renovations is unsurpassed. Unforeseen items were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I worked directly with the company’s owner going over pictures, detailed drawings of my new kitchen and other home renovation ideas. Mr. Boston was involved in all aspect of my remodel, great to work with, and delivered a professional finished project. I am currently working on my next project with Mr. Boston to update my master bathroom to include a barrier free shower.
