I would not recommend this company. We began a kitchen project in October with the original owner who was great however he has left the company. The new owner delivered our cabinets to the stain shop and they notified us that the cabinet doors had been made out of at least three different types of wood. We did not order different wood. The owner took those pieces back and remade them however the wood was still all out of different lots and the stain company said that there was no way to make them match with stain. Jerry at Eagle has done nothing but try to railroad us into accepting cabinets that do not match. He has told us that it was our fault for not ordering an upgrade which we were never offered but based on speaking with the supplier, a consistent lot should never be offered as an upgrade and should always be standard operating procedure. Jerry from Eagle has asked us for an additional $4,000 in order to finish the project and make the face fronts all match. We are already $11,500 out of pocket and have zero confidence in this company. I do not know anyone that would want to give this company more money after all of the mistakes. I also do not know anyone that would want to spend $24,000 on kitchen cabinets that did not match. While we all have different opinions, the photos accurately show the issues that we have had. A refund would have satisfied us and although the new owner offered one, he actually never ended up delivering on that.

His experience and knowledge of custom cabinetry and his hands on approach to cabinet building is second to none. I love to work with local craftsman and when I place an order for custom cabinets with Rick at Eagle Designs, he not only does the cabinet drawings for me, he is also on-site when the cabinets are installed. The showroom that Eagle Designs and Woodworking has is exceptional. I cannot recommend Rick or Eagle Designs highly enough.

Have not begun the project yet. Have visited showroom and shop. Have received estimate for upcoming project. Have also viewed completed projects of the professional. Quality of workmanship is excellent.
