We have been designing gorgeous kitchens and bathroom for our clients using Fieldstone cabinetry for over 15 years. They offers tons of door styles and finishes to create any look our client's desire. We consider them a very quality product. Every cabinetry company had delays during Covid, but with communication between us, the factory, and our clients we were able to work thru it and keep everyone happy.

Ordered these cabinets through a local dealer. We were told they are some of the best cabinets on the market and are a quality product and a company that stands behind their product. That was not at all the experience we had. When the cabinets arrived we went over them and found many problems. The local dealer came over to look at and record all the problems we found. After almost 5 weeks of waiting for an answer we found the only thing that Fieldstone would cover was a toe kick that was a warped and discolored piece of wood and several crown molding pieces that had large dents and bowed. They did not cover the 3 upper cabinets that had major manufacturing flaws and issues. The glue did not even go along the seam. On one cabinet they tried several times to get the seam but missed terribly both times. One cabinet had the glue no where near the seam, but in the middle of the cabinet. The wood was actually cracked on 2 cabinets. Another cabinet used a piece of wood that had some type of paper cover that looked like wood and was partially attached to the cabinet. We were told that Fieldstone would not cover the cabinets. I wish I could download pictures so you could see the issues. Not good at all.

We didn’t like the quality of the finish or the customer service- what arrived looked different from the sample we chose from and from pics on the website.

We ordered our kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Fieldstone through DirectBuy in July 2021. Supposed to be delivered by late fall. Delay, delay, and delay. No customer service, no explanation other than to say "Covid". Fine, so new date was mid-January 2022. Received a PARTIAL delivery today - no kitchen, incomplete bathroom order, no manifest to check against our order, no help from the local DirectBuy designer/connection. You know,, communication goes a long way in your customer service department; too bad no one there has a clue how to implement those skills. So now we have no frigging idea what is still coming, when it is coming and what will continue to be back-ordered. What a joke your company and your management has become. You are a nothing more than a facade of a once excellent manufacturer.

Order was due Sept 1st, Nov 15 we received our order. 1 week later the dealer calls and says we’re missing 3 pieces. Two are fedex’d to us the other I have to drive 90 minutes to pick up. Now we notice one of the cabinets we have is the wrong size. Installation of the cabinets is tomorrow. With crown molding we need all of pieces for it to be done properly. Can’t do anything we’re at the mercy of Fieldstone now. Contractor is going walk away on me.

Unfortunate experience so far! If I could, I would have considered other cabinet lines when I picked cabinets for our custom build. We ordered our cabinets in July and still have not received any estimated delivery date- some builders are saying that Fieldstone is up to a 40 week turn around time. We cannot move into our new home because cabinets are most likely not in until April. Super frustrating when the rest of the house is done. They should not be accepting any new orders until they catch up on their backlog. Buyer beware!

Buyers beware of Fieldstone cabinetry! My husband and I are building a custom home and aren't able to move in due to severe delays Fieldstone is experiencing. We were told 15 weeks but are looking at 25-30 weeks with no guaranteed ship date. Our house is ready but due to this one brand of cabinets, we are stuck living in small apartment with a 19-month-old and 3 1/2 month old, paying rent and a mortgage payment. We understand COVID caused delays, but other cabinet manufactures are not experiencing delays of this magnitude and Fieldstone customer service is terrible. Please save yourself the stress and go with one of the many other great cabinet manufacturers.

In the process of having Fieldstone cabinets installed. Cabinets arrived in July. Many cabinets were not what we had ordered — mistakes at the factory. Of course, at that point our kitchen was demo’d. Now it’s October and no word from fieldstone on a date for replacements, no effort to rush these pieces, no concern at all! If you like customer service and want to feel you will be considered if things go wrong I would consider a different company.

Fieldstone is our main cabinetry line in our showroom. Our clients love the customization features along with a far superior cabinet finish. The wood species options combined with an abundance of classic and trendy stain and paint colors speak for themselves. Our installers can install Fieldstone with ease and little to no complications. I would highly recommend Fieldstone to anyone looking for cabinetry.

Just installed cabinets that came from Fieldstone. All the appliances fit in the right areas perfectly. The quality was top notch with self closing doors and drawers and all wood construction. If you want a top of the line kitchen this is where you should start.
