We worked with a number of different vendors prior to selecting Floor to Ceiling in Ottumwa and Dusty Ware. Dusty was quick to understand where we wanted to be on price point, which was very important to us with the large project we had in mind. Any time we had questions, he had multiple recommendations for us to consider. As first timers to any type of renovation, this was very important to my wife and I. We weren't getting told what to do, rather, Dusty was a part of the process to understand best practices with our needs and wants always coming first. The project was completed around the timeline we had hoped for late in the summertime. When we ran into any challenges, Dusty always guaranteed our satisfaction and he lived up to that throughout the project.
