Unfortunately they did not come back to do warranty work on our kids study...they were to install a study unit to the level of the rest of our woodwork and did not meet that standard. They were not accommodating when called to make it right. Our drawers "stick" and are hard to open. They are supposed to be "soft-closed" - we can hardly open them. Unfortunate as they were highly recommended. Our home is valued at 1.2 million and the work they put in does not come close to the rest of our home.

Franklin builders saved the day on a project I had designed when our regular cabinet maker was unavailable. They were easy to work with, did a great job (and I am very particular!) and were both timely and a good value! I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Mike Jackson and his team refurbished our Kitchen and rebuilt our back deck. On time, on schedule and extremely high quality work. This is a team that if it doesn't look right to THEM, they'll take it out and redo it no charge. Our "punch list" was zero when they finished.
