Used Garage Living to finish the garage in our new home. Daniel and his team are extremely professional and completed the project on time. Due to the pandemic we completed the purchase without visiting their store, Daniel visited the house and we gave him remote access as we were not home. We did the consultation over the phone and he did all the measuring for the design on his own which was convenient for us. Very helpful as presented a number of design ideas based on our discussion of what we were looking for. Happy to highly recommend Garage Living to make your garage a feature of your home, we love our new garage!

I got them to design my garage organization and slat wall system and it was a great experience. This company puts customer service above all else and will work to make you happy and ensure you get exactly what you want. Exactly the type of people you want to be working with who can handle a highly custom garage. I also used them for an outdoor kitchen which was a unique install because it had to be integrated into an outdoor covered porch and dream screen system. They worked with me and the builder to perfectly customize the kitchen to seamlessly fit into the back yard and did a fantastic job. On time, On budget. No surprises just proper high end service and product.

The sales rep, Adrian, the work crew, the company, the product.......there are not enough superlatives. The work even exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this quality company to everyone that wants a garage with a wow factor. I am beyond happy with the final result. Wish I had done this a long time ago.

Last year Garage Living renovated my garage. Today they just finished installing new garage doors. On both occasions I have dealt initially with one of the owners, Daniel Albo. My garage doors were installed today by Marcin and Hayden. Unfortunately, I always manage to find something wrong with most jobs. Not with this company. When it comes to knowledge, available products, pricing, timing of projects, sincerity and everything that leads to consumer satisfaction, it would be hard to beat them in any business environment.

Spectatular! Excellent service and excellent product. I had a new detatched garage built and wanted the floor coating done (Nightfall), slat wall panels (grey) and cabinets (GL Premium Silver/Granite) just like the photos on the Garage Living website & glossy Garage Living brochures.... and that's exactly what it looks like but even better because it's in my garage! Tim L was terrific from my initial meeting, providing drawings, and scheduling the work was really quick. Installers came one day for the floors and another day for the wall panels & cabinets. I was not at home for either days the work was completed and came home first to amazing floors and then a beautifully completed garage.

I worked with Garage Living to design my husband's garage as a surprise for our 10 year anniversary and I would not re-hire them again in the future. Let me start by saying that products that were installed, especially the flooring, are of excellent quality and we are very happy. Overall the garage looks great. However, there was a very noticeable design flaw in my garage. See pictures. The area in question is 17 feet by 1.5 feet of diamond plating. This area was left unfinished in the design and it looks awful in person. I let my salesperson know that I was not happy that after paying almost 30, the design looked noticeably unfinished and I also let him know that everyone who saw the finished product commented on the unfinished area in question. Its a very small area but a very noticeable area. The salesperson advised that he would speak with the owner and find out if the company would come back and install a sheet of backsplash to ensure the project looked finished and that I was 100% satisfied. After about a week I followed up with Drew. He advised that his boss was in Muskoka. I went in to see Drew in person a couple of weeks later. He advised that his boss was busy and ensured me that he would follow up. Its been months and months and I have not heard back from Drew in any way shape or form. After spending 27,000 on a garage, I have a garage that looks unfinished and I feel taken advantage of, unimportant, and I would not re-buy from this company again based on the fact that I paid them 27,000 and once they had my money they could not care less about us. Installed product is very good, but I was very, very let down.

They were able to determine very quickly after the site visit the best design and products to use for our needs and application through their many years of experience. They also accommodated and resolved any concerns and request that we had prior to and during the installation process in a timely manner. The reliable advice and detailed communication from our sales representative Daniel Albo really helped us in deciding our needs and preparation details on our part to insure a perfect design & installation process – thank you again Daniel Albo. Communication during the process was spot on from resolving onsite problems that were not visible prior to the initial site visit to scheduling the installation and completion of the project. I really appreciated the confidence and workmanship from the installation crew Jeff & Alex during the floor installation as they were able to exceed my expectations in making sure the side walls were as smooth as possible to match the floor and in making sure the steps to the interior door looked unified. They provided a level of trust and comfort by fully reviewing with me the scope of work that was to be done. The rest of the Garage Living team did the same, Greg & Vince did an amazing installation job as well with the slatwall, overhead storage and cabinet installation. They showed up on time each day and also exceeded my expectations in keeping the project clean and quickly resolving electrical plug and ceiling structure concerns that could not have been noticed during the initial site visit. Their quick and precise advice made for a safe and clean look of the finished slatwall & overhead storage racks. Also, thank you Daniel Albo for following up to insure our complete satisfaction with the scope of work that was done and agreed upon as we absolutely LOVE our organized garage that was very well thought-out. Perfect job, I couldn't ask for more professional work. There were 3 different aspects that I needed to be done and you sent 3 different crews that specialized in each job. Each crew was on time and did amazing work in a timely manner.

Garage Living DISASTER! Alex the sales rep sold the job then disappeared never to be seen again. Day one they didn't know how to get into the garage, screwed up the high lift kit, couldn't figure out how to shorten the new openers. Day 2 locked themselves out AGAIN, tried to fix the doors and did the floor. Installed the wrong stairs so had to come back and rip them out. Still insisting the openers couldn't be shortened I sent Alex an email from the manufacturer explaining how. Now his story changed from they can't to oh we won't because it voids the warranty. I told him no issue just do it. He refused. Day 3 replaced stairs and had to redo flooring. They installed the slat wall too high so all the chunks out of the foundation are exposed (you'll never see that on there website). Builder had used a 6" wide shim at foundation. When they redid the stairs they wiped some epoxy on the butt end of the shim to try and cover it up. Emailed Alex that night as slat wall was complete...except the garage door wall wasn't touched! I asked if a complete garage makeover only included 3 walls!?!? His answer...my slat wall guy said it's too hard, different elevations, narrow spots. I asked what about all the electrical outlets and switches that we're all mixed matched and missing cover plates...apparently for $25k you have to buy and install those yourself. Alex never showed up once through this entire mess, when they called for release of the final payment I said absolutely NOT until you fix the mistakes, two months later I find out when I get my credit card statement they took the money. I've called twice and asked for one of the managing directors to come see how they left the job...neither will return my call! #garagelivingdisaster
