While there are several things on the surface that seem appealing about working with Hart & Sapp, the reality is that the owner misses the boat on how to truly manage a working relationship. We completed a sizeable project and had complaints with two components of the job. His condescending response in each instance was meant to imply that we were making up the issues. Who spends tens of thousands of dollars on a project and then goes out of their way to make something up about an item, especially one that only costs hundreds of dollars? For example, we waited months for a decorative cabinet component. When the item was finally received, the quality was so poor that we wanted a refund for the item. We were told we had received photos and had not raised any concern prior. I raised the concern for the first time once the item was actually received. There were several other issues surrounding their lack of communication on certain items, and omissions and errors in plans and selections. We understand no project like this is perfect, and we worked through those things even though some of the issues resulted in increased costs. However, the attitude that comes across from the owner is the reason we would not recommend or work with this company again. I came in the middle of a client’s remodel to help project manage/get things back on track. The project is based in Salt Lake City, UT, so I was working with suppliers from across the country, Hart & Sapp included. Out of everyone I worked with, Angelo, by a WIDE margin, was the best. It’s always nerve-racking spending a significant sum with a company you don’t know, but Angelo quickly cemented that we had made the right choice. He was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and delivered a *masterful* level of customer service. The cabinets themselves are stunning, and my client is thrilled with how they turned out. I can’t recommend Hart & Sapp, their products, and experience they provide highly enough.

It was such a pleasure to work with Angelo at Hart & Sapp. He was more than patient with me as I skipped from one idea to another, and then when I settled on my final decision, he was able to quickly execute the design for my review. And, then tweaked it again with a willingness to satisfy the customer's wants. Because I was creating a butler's pantry, the quick ship cabinets were perfect for my budget. I've worked with Angelo at Hart & Sapp on several projects over the past 10 years. The focus of a large part of my work is green/sustainable design/building and renovation. He's one of the most knowledgeable people in the business, one of the most professional and one of the nicest. He's brilliant at helping people navigate through the enormous number of products that are available. He's also excellent at helping clients stay on schedule and budget.
