K Design Custom Cabinetry

If I could give zero stars I would. You are better off getting "big box" cabinets and having them installed professionally. We had a newly installed (2 months old) kitchen cabinet door chip paint and Emilio would not cover the damage claiming it was water damage. I do not agree with him (we have not had any water problems in our kitchen) but if what he is saying is true then the "big box" kitchen in our last home was better quality than this. It is sad that this kitchen cost us thousands (and thousands!) and he would not stand by his warranty for a small door. Please avoid the headache and use a different cabinet company.

K Design did the design and Installation of new cabinets in our Kitchen. Sales rep Mike was excellent when it came to understanding what we wanted as a finished product. He offered many ideas and improvement We received exactly what we wanted in a timely fashion. The work man who did the installation was first class. He made sure evert think fit right before fastening in place. Always left the place clean after a days work. Emil the after sales service man came around and did any final adjustments and wanted us to be completely satisfied before he left .We had under the Cabinet lighting installed and after about a year they stopped working. Contacted Mike and he thought it was probsblt the Transformer He offered a replacement transformer which did the trick. K Design, did my kitchen, excellent, Isabel and Frank were wonderful, patient, caring, and even though it took longer than expected, it was worth to wait, and have everything done, if there was a problem or something had to be changed they were very good and accommodating. I will recommend K Design for sure, the price was good within my budget. I am enjoying my beautiful kitchen now.
