Gerard Kelly is an incredible carpenter and craftsman. He professionally completed the deck foundation masonry and Refashioned and replaced all deck floor boards. Gerard also professionally painted and Recommended all different options. The complete transformation was done in budget, professionally and in record time. Our front porch is an oasis for our family. We would highly recommend Kelly Carpentry to all.

Gerard Kelly renovated two bathrooms in my house from scratch and built multiple cabinets with a craftsmanship and professionalism that were beyond exceptional and extraordinary--he was reliable, totally trustworthy, communicative and, above all, a master carpenter and craftsman. Gerard Kelly and his team have completed two projects at our residence both to our immense satisfaction. Firstly in 2007 our basement was fully completed to a high design and included a gym room which was later converted to an office. The workmanship and dedication to detail was of a high caliber. More recently, we have had various jobs completed including patio refurbishment and floor polishing to name a couple of items. Why would we recommend Gerard? I recently had G. Kelly remodel my family and computer room which needed paneling removed, hardwood floors installed, crown molding, painting, etc. to complete a new updated look. The work completed was outstanding with attention to detail, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend!

After meeting with several contractors, I hired Kelly Carpentry, LLC to remodel my kitchen. I liked that the general contractor, Gerard, was a skilled woodworker, reasonably priced and warranted his work for 2 years. Gerard also gave his profession opinion on some of my ideas which helped me make decisions on which way to go with my remodeling project. I decided to knock down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. Gerard removed the wall, ripped up the kitchen tile floor and continued the hardwood floor from the dining room into the kitchen and hallway entrance. As seen in the pictures, the job was done so well, that there is no indication on where the old floor stops and the new floor begins. Gerard also removed doors from my dining room to a sun room and changed the opening to a softer arch to blend with the kitchen and dining room. The entire kitchen project was completed within the 3 week promised timeline by Kelly Carpentry. The old kitchen was gutted, wall removed and repaired where necessary, new cabinets installed, under cabinet lightening, hardwood floor installed, granite counter top, glass tile backsplash, arch opening, high hat lighting relocated, installation of ceiling light fixture, electric, plumbing and installation of appliances were all completed with professionalism and skill. I would highly recommend Kelly Carpentry. Gerard never wavered from any aspect of the job and was quick to see to the little details that make a project go from satisfactory to superb. I’ve had a lot of contractors over the years; I can say in all honesty that Kelly Carpentry was the first contractor to ever finish on time with excellent workmanship that is guaranteed for 2 years.
