Kitchen Concepts Plus is an amazing business to work with. I am so impressed with their renovation process. We purchased a 1972 condo in Ocean City, MD with the intent of minor modifications to make it more wheelchair friendly. After 3 years of DIY, discovering multiple issues with the condo, Covid, etc., we decided to find a contractor to help us. We interviewed 5 companies and chose Kitchen Concepts Plus. It was an excellent decision for us. Jamie was wonderful in terms of planning and design. Luke and Corey and their team members did a fabulous job of completing our condo renovation. They were timely, clean and professional. They followed a schedule and kept us updated the entire time. I wish we could give them 10 stars. This is the first time in over 10 years that we have been comfortable with our wheelchair in a beach location. My only regret is that we didn't start with Kitchen Concepts Plus from the beginning of our project!!

We couldn't have been happier with Kitchen Concepts Plus. After the initial phase of inspecting our situation and coming up with a plan, we accepted their proposal to remodel the kitchen in our circa 1912 home. They took all of our wants, needs and concerns into consideration when formulating their proposal. They stuck with the timeline they gave us for our 6-week project which included taking down a wall, installing an outside entrance into our kitchen, asbestos removal, leveling up the floor and ceiling, fixing our antiquated electric system and also installing a powder room. We are retired, so my husband and I were here to see them every day working a full, HARD day! The sound of demolition, hammers, drills and PROGRESS was heard every day, to our delight. They were very knowledgeable on all phases of the work, and everyone from the main team to the painters were very professional and polite. The final cost of the project was about $5,000 LESS than their initial proposed cost, confirming what we already knew... they were honest in their dealings with us. We can both sincerely say this is the BEST experience we’ve had with a remodel job in any of the houses we’ve owned in Maryland, North Carolina and Delaware. Thanks to Mike and his team for a job WELL DONE!!!

My wife and I interviewed three firms to renovate our kitchen, dinning room and family room. This involved removing walls, replacing hardwood floors, updating the fireplace surround and designing and installing a new kitchen and appliances. Kitchen Concepts Plus thoroughly examined the existing structures; developed a work plan and provided the lowest estimate. When I made the initial deposit, I was given a project schedule. Luke, Corey and Mike who did excellent work, maintained that schedule through completion. The job was done on time and on schedule. Corey and Mike also installed the new appliances which was far better than relying on the appliance provider to do it. The overall fit and finish of the job is excellent. Erin, our kitchen designer, worked with us over several visits in our home and at the shop to help us feel confident with her advice and the choices we had made. My wife and I could not have been happier with the outcome. We highly recommend Kitchen Concepts Plus!

EXCELLET IN ALL AREAS! We recently purchased a condo in Ocean City that needed a major kitchen and floor renovation. We enlisted many estimates from different contractors but Kitchen Concepts was the most impressive by far! Their detail with design, there willingness to work with our ideas and overall knowledge of the business was amazing. Mike Donahue and his staff, Luke and Corey were just amazing to work with. Phone calls, e-mails and texts were answered quickly and there was a clear schedule for the project so we knew exactly when things were being installed and what was being done each step of the way. The job was completed in the time frame they promised and the budget that we agreed on. We can not say enough great things about them and would highly recommend them for any remodeling project!

Mike and his team delivered exactly what was promised, were patient with our decision making process and did out outstanding job on transforming our kitchen. We had granite countertops as well as matching granite backsplashes installed with custom sink and faucet. We have lived in our home for 30 years and to say we needed to update is an understatement!! Erin Jackson and the crew from Kitchen Concepts brought us from the 80's into today. They made the process as easy as it could be given the fact we ended up redoing our entire downstairs! The plus means just that. They will do whatever they can to make your vision a reality. They were on time and on budget with helpful recommendations whenever needed. The professionalism and customer service was top notch! I hated to see the project end !!

My wife and I were about 3 months pregnant when we approached Kitchen Concepts with our idea for our total kitchen remodel. The staff was extremely kind and understanding that we wanted a lot of work done in as little time as possible. We were apprehensive at first because of previous experiences with other contractors, but they provided us with 3D drawings, an itemized estimate for the work, AND a schedule before we even signed any papers. There were several items that we requested things outside of what they had in stock (white hexagonal floor tiles, whitewash tin backsplash, LED strip lights and under-the-cabinet power strips) which they were able to trace down and provide quotes for in such a way that we were able to make informed decisions and it didn’t hinder work that was already in progress. When the supplier of the white tiles said it was going to take 3-4 weeks to get the floor tiles shipped, the main foreman drove across the Bay personally to pick them up and drive them to our house. During construction, the laborers, tradesman, and other workers were extremely respectful of both our house and our landscaping. They maintained a plastic barrier that helped keep a lot of dust and debris contained for the duration of the heavy demo/construction. They were also very respectful of our animals and kept us up to date with planned work such that we wouldn’t have a dog-sitter lined up on a day that they weren’t performing any work. If we came home and they were wrapping up for the day at least one of the worker would tell us what they did that day and what they planned to do tomorrow. If any issues or questions came up, we were contacted immediately and were able to troubleshoot anything real-time to make sure we didn’t lose a day of work on the house. A lot of the workers were in-house folks that worked directly for Kitchen Concepts, so we had continuity on quality of the work done as well as seeing familiar faces everyday. If anyone new was coming to the house we were told their name, the times they would be at the house, and the scope of the work that they were doing. A major part of this project was the tile flooring and how it is toothed into the hardwood floors of the dining room. This provided a real challenge for the team to tackle. We were able to work out a solution to make sure the tile was level with the hardwood floor. However, they weren’t confident that they could do the work for toothing the hardwood into the tile and suggested we use a previous contractor to do the work. Both Kitchen Concepts and the flooring contractor were able to collaborate and work seamlessly together to give us a stunning floor exactly as we imagined it. I can’t speak highly enough about the courteous staff and skilled craftsmen that made this project not only possible, but also RIGHT ON TIME. The quality of the work done on our kitchen was both reasonably priced and skillfully executed. Had I known that they also did bathrooms, I would have had them remodel both of mine instead of the folks I originally hired (another local company in Salisbury).

We hired Kitchen Concepts to renovate our master bathroom in Spring, 2015. We had gotten a few proposals from other companies and contractors, but after meeting with Kim, their designer, we were sold. She went over everything with us in detail at our first meeting and allowed us to pick out specific design choices up front (a full design consultation) with no obligation to purchase anything until we went over the itimized proposal and signed the contract. The cost was fair and comparable to the other proposals we had received, and we saw they had great reviews online. They began on schedule and finished near the estimated completion date. Kim and Luke (foreman) were always available for questions and quickly responded to any concerns we had. After a minor issue was noted with the shower door a couple weeks after the job was finished, we called Luke and he took care of it immediately. They make sure the customer is completely satisfied with their work even when things aren't noticed until after they're finished. We really appreciated that. Dave did all of the tile work and we kept him busy with our design choices. He has an amazing attention to detail, and we couldn't be happier with the way our shower and tile floor look. I still am amazed every time I walk in there. Overall, we are completely satisfied and would definitely recommend KC for any kitchen or bathroom renovation. We will be calling them again when we're ready to do our kitchen!

Great company to work with. They were professional and attentive of detail. They assisted me in selecting and installing new granite countertops in my renovated kitchen. I am pleased with the customer service and warm staff.

This project was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was a project I did not think would ever come to reality but Kitchen Concepts made it possible. Kim was great in helping us decide on everything from flooring to cabinets to countertops. The guys who came out to the house were great!! Since I work out of the home I was here for the whole project. They were all very respectful...even interested in what I did for a living. There was no foul language and everyone seemed to work great with each other. Luke was wonderful!!! Very friendly and made sure everything was done right. Any problems that came up were taken care of with no problems. Even several weeks later when my husband and I found one of the trim boards had flaws in it ......it was taken care of. I would highly recommend Kitchen Concepts to anyone....and have already recommended them to a couple of friends. Thank you for giving me a kitchen that I thought I would never have.

We replaced our complete kitchen & master shower. My wife and I are so thankful to Kim who exhibited great patience, and guided us to a product that we are pleased with. The attention to detail in installing the cabinets was good. Two issues that we were disappointed with were the tile work and plumbing. The kitchen backsplash tiles are not perfectly "even" and the shower floor has sections that are not perfect...really sloppy workmanship. We are not interested in removing it out and starting over again. One part of the job that we were really not happy with was the plumbing. Our confidence was put in question when one of the sub installers asked.." who did the plumbing?" It took 3 times to get three faucets to stop leaking. After trying to install the dishwasher, for what seemed like a eternity, he decided to "call it a night" and come back the next day. That night, it took me about 45 minutes to properly install the dishwasher in the cabinet space. When it came to installing the gas range, I am thankful that Luke, a supervisor who also did a good job, was here to assist him, otherwise, he might still be here. I would recommend they find a new plumber & tile installer. Update: March 2019...5 years later, a section of the tile grout has washed away and the shower faucet is leaking! Unfortunate that we are dealing with these issues...

I had a 35 yr old kitchen. I had a budget...I almost gave up. Then I walked in Kitchen Concepts, met Nick and it was smooth sailing. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves and they could not have been more accommodating. KC did our demo early, to give us time to tile the floor and paint. Then, right on time they installed the cabinets and countertop. They took care of the plumbing and electrical work. Also installed our appliances. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, crew was top notch. Nick went beyond the call of duty to assist. I seriously can't say enough good things about this experience. Kitchen concepts totally renovated my kitchen. We replaced appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting. The designer worked with me NUMEROUS times to create a plan. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and desirous of meeting my needs - drawing up many plans which she adjusted many times before we settled on the final plan. Her main concern was creating a kitchen that I would be happy with in the end and that stayed within my budget parameters. She actually became a friend who quickly had a fix on my personality and what would work best for me. The teams sent to gut and do the installations were wonderful - very polite and friendly. In fact, I missed them when the job was finished. Their work was done well. They met deadlines and were considerate of my home and family. They seemed to really enjoy working for Kitchen Concepts. I had a few minor things that needed to be dealt with at the end of the process. Kitchen Concepts quickly and cheerfully sent workers to accomodate me and take care of the situations. I would definitely use Kitchen Concepts if the need arises in the future. Truly, they desire to serve their customers in a professsional, caring way!

We used K.C.P. to remodel our entire kitchen - from top to bottom. We are so happy with the final product! Our designer, Kim Watson, started us out with such helpful ideas and input. She listened to us and incorporated our ideas and then took our ideas to a greater level with her professional input , towards functionality, practicality, creativity and design. The entire crew that demo'd our kitchen to the re-building were a great bunch of young guys to have in our home. Each and everyone was courteous, respectful and helpful. John Russ, project manager, was so easy to work with and accommodating to ensure that were happy with every step of this process. Everyone at Kitchen Concepts Plus made this entire process as smooth and painless as possible. The end project is more than I ever imagined. We will use them to do further projects.

This is the second time we have used Kitchen Concepts for a kitchen redo and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of workmanship. Our recent work was pretty extensive taking an 80's run down kitchen and turning it into an efficient, as well as beautiful, French country kitchen. Mike and Michele took my ideas and translated them into our dream kitchen with the help of several teams of workers. Everyone who worked on this job was pleasant and a joy to work with .We appreciated everyone's hard work and know we will enjoy this kitchen for years to come.

Kitchen Concepts did a complete overhaul of our kitcen, the only parts we kept were the floor and the walls. Mike and his crew were very easy to work with and did a quality job for us. We are extremely pleased.

Having put off remodeling our kitchen for a number of years because of not wanted to deal with all the decisions and mess that comes with it we now have a beautiful and newly functioning kitchen...thanks to Kitchen Concepts Plus! The owners, Mike and Amy, are lovely people and were ALWAYS available to assist us. They made the entire process so easy. Mike has a background in engineering and it showed with his ideas and solutions. The entire staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable but also very friendly. When you have workers in your home for weeks it certainly was wonderful to have people with whom you are comfortable . Two of the most important and impressive parts of our experience with Kitchen Concepts Plus was how they kept to the time table that had been given to us and how they were available for whatever we needed. Had I know the experience of remodeling was going to be like it was...I would not have put it off for so long!

Mike and his team at Kitchen Concepts is as professional as they come. Great communication with me during the entire scope of the project, and suprises were non-existent. They completely re-modeled our entire kitchen, dining room, tv room and I could not be happier. Wood floors installed in my entire downstairs, a huge Corian-topped island that seats 8 people comfortably, beautiful cabinets, and everything in between. Exquisitely done. The time-line they presented to me was realistic, and the job completed on time. I base the look and feel of the kitchen/downstairs based upon the response of those visiting my house...and it blows them away. Superb work, and I highly recommend them.

We hired Kitchen Concepts Plus to renovate our full bathroom, and it has been transformed into a beautiful space. Mike Donohue was clear from the start that he would let us design as much or as little as we wanted. His designer collaborated well with me and made sure I could see all the materials in person (marble tiles, wood finishes, etc.) The result is exactly what we had envisioned. His staff was very respectful of our living space while they worked. If an issue came up and I requested them to change something, they amiably changed whatever it was immediately. Overall I am extremely pleased with their service and the results.

Kitchen Concepts created a beauriful and functional kitchen taking an old 1980's look to the kitchen of my dreams. Mike Donohue was very easy to work with and was able to put all of my "wants" into the design. He offered many options to work within the budget. The work was completed on time and within the budget! The crew was very professional and more importantly cleaned up every night when finished. I felt very comfortable leaving them in ithe house while we were at work. Would highly recommend them.

About a year year ago Kitchen Concepts remodeled our small 20 year old kitchen into a masterpiece! It was a big job. New floor , marble walls , a built in wine cabinet , all new appliances , even a built in coffee maker . It is the show case of our home. I enjoyed so much working with Mike Donahue and his hardworking team. We became family , as early mornings brought in the the very respectful and smiling crew. This is where you can find me all day as I love to cook .We have a big family that now can fit in our beautiful kitchen .

We have used Kitchen Concepts twice and both times we were very pleased with the work, service and result that they gave us. The first time we used Kitchen Concepts was to update our kitchen with granite countertops. The granite we chose was a unique find, thanks to the company and we loved how it wasn't the same cookie cutter design or color that the big box hardware stores offer. The second time we used them was when we moved to a 75 year old house that had a kitchen that need much TLC. Owners Amy and Mike gave us wonderful suggestions and ideas that transformed the kitchen into a beautiful, functional and modern room. Again, the granite used for the countertops was a great find, thanks to Kitchen Concepts. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Mike Donahue is a small business owner who truly cares about his business and takes pride in what he does. He was always available to address, answer, and assist with any questions or concerns. He even went the extra mile to find creative solutions to our home's issues when they involved other contractors! He and his design team completed our bath, office, kitchen and living room and were substantially involved in our new home construction. They made the process a dream. From design, to purchase, to delivery, to installation. They even followed up and came back when needed! Detail oriented, creative, on time, on budget.... I couldn't be more pleased. Kitchen concepts is a shining example of how we wish all contractors could be! We do not hesitate to recommend them, and would turn to them in a second again if needed.

Mike and Kitchen Concepts Plus upgraded my kitchen, bathroom cabinets and laundry room cabinets when we added a 2nd floor to our home. They did an amazing job starting with the design and ending with the installation. His team provided us with information, guidance and encouragement in the most professional way possible. They would not allow us to over-spend nor under-spend and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The installers explained everything to us as they were working and did not mind questions.
