The customer service with this company is excellent. I needed hardware for a small problem on a drawer in a 30 year old cabinet. They responded to my e-mail almost immediately and sent me the needed hardware free of charge within 2 business days. I am happy to recommend them and will seek to purchase their product in the future if the need arises!

Besides the fact that these cabinets are top quality, and look beautiful in my kitchen, the customer support I got when I needed a replacement door was outstanding - quick and effective. Highly Recommended!

My Chadwood cabinets have been great for more than 25 yrs. For an inexpensive cabinet these are fabulous. Customer service is just incredible. I finally had to replacer a cabinet (actually only part of the frame had decayed from use) and it was still available with a slight style difference (nobody will notice) and they sent me the old parts to make the newer style look more like mine without charge. I bet I could have repaired the old cabinet with some parts but it was thrown out by well meaning relatives( long story) before I could stop them. . Unfortunately Kitchen Kompact no longer sells direct to the consumer but they referred me to a distributor. My experience with Kitchen Kompact has been amazing. When I finally get around to restoring my downstairs kitchen ( I have been using a smaller 2nd floor kitchen made useable by installing rows of Chadwood cabinets all over), I will look to Kitchen Kompact.

Cabinetry is extremely well-made. I have had my cabinets for over 30 years. Recently replaced the cabinet doors and drawer fronts. After sanding down the bases, which were still in great shape, I attached the new pieces. Cabinets look like new again. Customer service was extremely helpful and supplied worn plastic brackets at no charge. Wonderful USA-based company.

I had new cabinets put in at least 10 years ago. I recently had an issue with an "L" bracket. I contacted Kitchen Kompact and they were VERY helpful. They sent me new brackets at no charge. Needless to say, I am pleased and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Needed replacement hinges and they shipped them free of charge right away. Have had these cabinets for over 30 years with no problems. Would recommend.

I manage thirty two townhomes and used the Glenwood cabinets during each unit renovation. Product shipped promptly and arrived undamaged. Recently I needed to replace a single kitchen cabinet door. The customer service was EXCELLENT! In a matter of a few hours, the replacement was identified and ordered. Kitchen Kompact shipped it the very next day. I highly recommend this company for several reasons; Cost, Quality and outstanding Customer Service.

Awesome Customer Service! I was in search of repair parts for my beautiful 25 year old Kompact Kabinets . I contacted the company thru email which was almost immediately answered by Karen. Before the day was over Karen saw to it that my hard to find parts were coming to us! Nowhere these days do we get service like this anymore!

I own several rental properties. I have been for a couple of years restoring them all and I use nothing but Kitchen Kompact cabinets. They always ship fast and are the best price and great quality. Recently I had a tenant break one of my doors and they sent me a replacement for free. Try in find that kind of service anywhere else, you won't. I will always buy from Kitchen Kompact.

I have 20 year old Kitchen Kompact cabinetry and they are as lovely as the day they were installed. I recently needed 4 new brackets to repair the silverware drawers (never underestimate what a 2 year old can do hanging onto a drawer) and I emailed customer support. I received a reply within an hour and received the brackets at no charge 4 days later! This is exceptional customer support, and cabinets made in the USA, a win win all the way around!

Our Kitchen Kompact cabinets are over 20 years old and we recently broke one of the drawer boxes. To say our family has not been gentle with the cabinets and drawers over the years is an understatement, and the cabinets have held up very well and still look great. After some research, I reached out to the company via e-mail one evening and within an hour had a response from Brett Gahm. I explained what we needed and within a day or two they had a new replacement drawer on its way to me. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive, far beyond what I was expecting. I also work in the construction industry, and service like this is hard to come by. I would recommend their products and service to anyone, hands down!
