Thanks to Elena, Darren, and the Lowe's team it was an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! It took a long time to come to the decision to take on such an undertaking of our small kitchen. I researched a few places and decided on Lowe's after seeing a friends kitchen and we are so happy and delighted we made that choice. Elena and Darren from Lowe's in Sparks Nevada were outstanding in there customer service. Taking on a kitchen of our small size and making the space more user friendly was not an easy task and it came out looking absolutely amazing! Elena's since of style and how she gets an understanding of what we would like is uncanny. Darren's implementation of how of these ideas would work in such a small space was exciting to see come to life in his designs. Not being able to relocate the washer because of cost and move the dryer from the garage to the kitchen was more affordable but presented challenges to make it look aesthetically pleasing. It wasn't easy but they they did it. Also putting in the slider pantry by the refrigerator was genius. I would recommend their expertise to everyone I know, not just because they are great what they do, but also because of their commitment and passion for your project. No matter the scope or scale or the littlest details they take the time needed to get it right for you. Elena made the whole process comfortable and took the time needed to make sure it was all going to work. From start to finish the whole team had an amazing work ethic and shared our vision of what we were trying to create. They will find what works for you and make it happen. Elena and David Corn from Lowes were very helpful when we decided to upgrade our kitchen. We had never undergone a project like this before. They were very kind and full of great ideas that we hadn't even thought of. Remodeling a kitchen in a home of 40+ years was not easy, and there were unforeseen problems that came up. Elena was attentive to our concerns and the problems were quickly and professionally handled with the much appreciated hard work of the contractors that work along side Lowes.

We would highly recommend Elena and the team at Lowe's, She exceeded our expectations on many occasions. We began our project with a consultation with Darren, he listen to our ideas and laid out the design as we had envisioned it. We met with Elena to discuss the details and the scope of the renovation. Her excitement for our project was apparent as she suggested many different color and texture options. Whenever we were unsure if the individual products we liked would work well together, we could count on her to give helpful design advise. Elena went above and beyond her job title and responsibilities and was there for us whenever we contacted her. She would reply in a short moments notice and help us with any situation that came up. A short review will never say enough to express our gratitude and satisfaction for what Elena did for us. We highly recommend her and Darren for your remodel projects. They are very professional, organized and a pleasure to work with. Our kitchen would not look as beautiful as it now does if it wasn't for Elena.

Elena helped us with the design and actual full renovation of our kitchen. She was easy to work with and had some great ideas, most of which we incorporated in our design. We'd highly recommend her to anyone wanting assistance with their home renovation/update projects.

Yes, we are very glad that we contracted with Lowe's for our kitchen remodel. If you asked us "Would you hire them again?", we would emphatically say "Yes". All major remodeling projects run into difficulties and complications, and ours (a 40 year old tract home stripped down to bare sub-floors and walls) was no exception. But when problems were encountered, the Lowe's team, Elena, Robyn, and Darrel, and the contractor (Ferdinand Construction), ensured a very positive outcome with no extra or unexpected cost to us. From beginning to end, and beyond, they were always with us, always looking for our best interest, and the result is a kitchen that we are absolutely in love with, with no regrets, even now a year later. Our highest recommendation. "Professional artistic integrity" are how we would boil down our description if limited to three words. P.S. Our kitchen is Elena's backdrop on her Houzz page. Cool, huh.

Design and installation of kitchen cabinets, sink and countertops, tile work, lighting, appliances, fixtures, etc. Elena Vanbrunt, as our assigned kitchen designer thru Lowe's, was INSTRUMENTAL in helping us to go from the initial vision of this project to smooth execution. I can guarantee there were COUNTLESS "behind-the-scenes" hours belaboring this job, as there were unusual angles, terrible lighting, vaulted ceilings, and unsightly/inconvenient posts to work around. (No one ever complained once):-. Once Elena brought Lowe's contractors John & John Jr. out to discuss options and feasibility, as well as samples from which to choose, she quickly and professionally started working her magic. Within a week, plans were drafted (by David C at Lowe's), pricing reviewed, helpful pictures and links sent, sales terms detailed out. Elena discussed pros & cons of various design scenarios and put a realistic timeframe together. She was respectful of our budget and made as many trips from Sparks, NV to Truckee, CA as were necessary to ensure accurate measurements, finishes, pricing, and overall customer satisfaction! Her excellent communication, as well as timely follow-up and attention to details, made what could have been a painful experience very smooth and actually enjoyable! This being a 2nd home for us (i.e. living remotely), we really needed someone as conscientious, decisive and experienced to give us the confidence we needed to execute this undertaking. Kudos to Lowe's for developing a process that works and hiring some amazing people in Sparks. Thank you, thank you for the excellent service and our beautifully transformed kitchen!

Kitchen design group was easy to work with and they spent a great deal of time with me planning the kitchen. When my original designer was out on leave another designer seamlessly stepped in and helped me get to the perfect design. Cabinets and appliances were ordered by Lowes and everything arrived in a very timely manner. A few item needed to be replaced and that all happened quickly to. The install construction company that the Sparks score works with were excellent and they did whatever was needed to accommodate our needs.

It was great working with Elena Van Brunt on my kitchen remodel. She was able to create my vision for my new kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you for giving me such a beautiful design and final result!

When we moved in our home my husband and I knew two things: our kitchen was ugly and we needed to fix it. We went to Lowe's with big plans to pick out all the things we loved and to make it our dream kitchen. After a few minutes we we knew this was not something we could do alone. We were lucky enough to be Elena's first customer when she started working for Lowe's. She listened to our likes and dislikes and she designed the most beautiful kitchen for us.
