I first contacted Jay at Kitchen Solvers during Jul/Aug 2020 to discuss our kitchen and bathroom remodel which included new granite in two bathrooms, the kitchen w/enlarged island, backsplash tiles, dual color refaced cabinets and hardware in all rooms, plus the installation of five new appliances. From day one, Jay was totally engaged and responsive to our needs and desires, even making recommendations we had not considered, and coordinated the installation with our granite contractor. We agreed on a price, payment terms, and an installation window. Due to cabinet contractor manufacturing delays (not due to Jay), and a short delay due to family emergencies of both parties, installation was started on Nov 16th and completed Nov 30th with a short three-day Thanksgiving break. The work was professionally completed, looks awesome, and was done without any performance or contract issues! I would not hesitate to use Jay again, and I highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for a top quality, cost effective remodel! He transformed our 16-year-old kitchen and bathrooms into stunning state of the art rooms!

We needed kitchen cabinet doors for our condo in Ft. Walton Beach. From the first contact with Jay, everything was very professional and timely. Jay offered suggestions on which doors he recommended and guided us through the hardware selection, too. We are very pleased with Jay's work and highly recommend his services.

I found Kitchen Solvers while researching companies with good reviews from their customers. We were looking for someone for a complete renovation of our kitchen. Jay and his team were extremely professional and had great customer service. He stayed in contact with us every step of the way so that we knew what and when to expect each process to take place. They showed up, everyday, with smiles on their faces and were truly a joy to work with on this project. Each team member was respectful of our family while in our home and they cleaned up after themselves each day to try to minimize the inconvenience. We now have the kitchen of our dreams and makes our house feel more like a home! I'm already designing our new master bathroom that I'm going to recruit Jay and his team to tackle next. I wouldn't trust another crew to do a better job than Kitchen Solvers!! Addendum completed 1/2/18: I originally gave a 5 star review, however, about 3-4 weeks after my remodel was complete, I started to notice the grout crumbling around the bottom of the backsplash tile. It gradually worsened, so I contacted Jay Nov 13th and requested this fixed. I was told someone would come to repair it and would be in touch. A month later, Dec 14th, I still had not heard from anyone, so I contacted Jay again to inquire when this would be repaired. I did receive a call from the installation guy and was told he would be put the following week on Wednesday or Thursday. It’s now going on another month later and still NO ONE has come to repair the tile work. Jay, nor anyone from kitchen solvers, has not contacted me to see if it has been repaired or not. So, needless to say, they may do a great job installing, but if you have follow up problems, do not expect them to be concerned once they have received final payment I guess. My husband and I will be attempting to correct our crumbling grout ourselves.

I have been renovating my house for 12 years on and off, so I know what a good contractor looks like, and Jay is amazing. He is timely, professional, clean, and cares deeply about his craft, he is so good, I keep finding other jobs I want him to do. I have never felt so strongly about recommending a contractor before. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, he would do a great job, and he does the work himself!

Kitchen Solvers did 3 full bathrooms for us. Jay McAdams was great in that he worked with us through the design phase, costing and implementation. 2 bathrooms utilized new/refacing cabinets and the master was a custom cabinet job. All three were delivered on time and in budget. What I like about Jay is that he spent time with on other design elements for each bath and had a great list of affiliate companies that we were able to use for counter tops, plumbing and electrical. This was not an easy job as we had 3 full baths, 2 ripped down to the studs and a 3rd where Jay had to work within a framework of an existing cabinet base. They went through various design scenarios with us, delivered the proposal and made the contracting part very easy. The cabinets were all delivered on time and with no damage. The install took a day for each but only a few hours of each day. They were extremely meticulous in getting everything in place, working around the plumbing and some custom electrical that we had installed behind the cabinets to be able to hide anything needing plugs within the drawers. Even the cutouts for around the sink piping were perfect and thoughtful. They didn't just cut a square for the plumbing, they actually trimmed 3 circles out for each pipe so the back wall wasn't showing - the attention to detail was fantastic. The cabinets all came with levelers and we had KS install under-lighting for each cabinet. They kept everything very clean during and after the install and were considerate of our schedule. From beginning to end the process was as good as it can get.

Kitchen Solvers renovated two of our bathrooms. Installed new cabinets; there are a lot of angles in the master bath and I was concerned how the cabinets would fit. Jay did a wonderful job. Very professional, we would recommend Kitchen Solvers.

Kitchen Solvers of the Emerald Coast did an awesome job on our kitchen! We had an idea in our mind about how our "dream kitchen" would look. Surprisingly, it ended up looking even better than we had imagined! Jay and his dad are some of the nicest guys we have ever met and their whole team was very considerate every step of the way. My husband and I would recommend them for anyone wanting a beautiful custom kitchen!

Jay McAdams, owner of Kitchen Solvers, gives new meaning to the term, customer service! I have have had 2 kitchens re-done on other properties I own; the previous companies I used did not meet Kitchen Solvers level of expertise or professionalism. I wish I had found this company sooner. Jay insisted on meeting me at the granite store to ensure that my granite selection went smoothly. He continuously followed up with me throughout the installation. I live out of state, but Jay kept me informed throughout the process. He forwarded photos of each phase of the remodeling job & upon completion. I highly recommend Kitchen Solvers & would not consider using any other company.
