On 4/23/2021, I contacted Kitchenland to replace my kitchen and bath cabinet doors. On 4/26/2021 I paid 50% deposit on the order at which time Lou Catania said it would be 2 to 4 weeks. Within a few days, he extended the date to 8 weeks and set up an installation date of 6/21/2021. When no one showed 6/21 I called Lou and he got angry because I expected them and said he would call me when they were ready to install. Later I received an email from Lou indicating receipt of the doors. I called and got a new install date of 7/21 from a staff member since Lou was out ill. Again, the 7/21 date was a no show, no call. I called Lou only to find him angry at me because his staff shouldn't have scheduled. Obviously Kitchenland had forgotten all about my order. Lou has been aggressively rude to me on the phone hanging up saying not to call him. It is now 7/26 and I have not heard of any new install date, they have been using my money to fund other of their projects and refuse to acknowledge my order or get it installed. Their professionalism is nil and expectations of fixing their mistake are also nil. This is not a company you would want to deal with.

I shopped around for 3 weeks before I called Kitchenland, they have the best quality granite and cabinets around. They were professional and gave my wife and I our dream kitchen for a fraction of the price. I would recommend these people to my own mother. They were so easy to deal with and the delivery of the final product was 6x faster then other companies. Thank you kichenland from the Brightly family

Kitchenland came in and installed brand new, beautiful cabinets throughout my kitchen as well as in my media niches, and they were fair on pricing. I was more than happy and have not hesitated to recommend them to friends.
