Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

The employees that worked for the company were great but the contractors that did the tile work were messy and did not seem to care that there were people living in the house.

Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath is an expensive nightmare to work with. They are the kings of over promise and under deliver. We hired them in May of 2022 to replace our bathroom counter tops and faucets as well as replacing our kitchen island, kitchen counter tops, tile backsplash and plumbing. When they finally did get started, they worked our remodel one day a week. They did not show up on four separate occasions when they were scheduled and did not bother to let us know until mid- morning of those days. Their field supervisor has zero organizational or communication skills. Calls go unanswered and text message replies are hit and miss. They have shown no regard for their customer’s time. Almost every aspect of our job has had to be redone at least once. They destroyed portions of our brand-new floor while rolling in the new counter tops and then used the additional flooring that we had purchased to repair it without compensation. With two exceptions, their employees don’t clean up after themselves or pay any attention to detail. Their tile installers are horrible, after two attempts the finished work resembles a homeowner DYI project gone wrong. We were told that the job would be completed in about 20 weeks. As I’m writing this, it has been 31 weeks and is still not completed to our satisfaction.

This company is the best I have worked with doing a remodel. From the first time they came to my home to take all of the measurements then providing me with a estimate the entire process was amazing. I was given a start date and on that day the workers arrived to remove the old countertops. Two days later someone arrived to put new tops on the cabinets the next day someone came and made a template for the new countertops. About five days later the workers arrived with the new countertops. This entire process was very painless. The workmanship was great and everything was cleaned up when they finished. This is a great company and there employees are as well.

Very good experience. Worked with the owner and competent staff. They gave me expert and courteous attention, more than might be expected for a small project. The project could not be immediately completed for reasons unrelated to LVKBR. The contract was quickly cancelled, with equal courtesy and a full refund. I will do business with this company again.

Incredible job. Professional designer but also included all my ideas. Construction manager and workers excellent. Most important changes and upgrades done without complaint and NO EXTRA CHARGES. Amazing.

To Whom it may concern: We are not ones who complain or write reviews but I believe this review is warranted. Being very frugal we got several estimates to remodel our kitchen. We decided to go with Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath remodeling. The reasons are many for our decision. #1 One stop shop. Their showroom is wonderful and we were able to pick out and see all materials. #2 Unlike any of the other companies they suggested we take cabinets to ceiling which eliminates dust collection which was a big concern and to move our stove and above microwave to an exterior wall so it could be vented to the outside instead of just recirculating into home. The job is complete now and we just love it. If you want it done right the first time by a crew that not only are clean and friendly but are craftsman and the end product to be better than expected I highly recommend Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath Remodeling.

The job took a little longer than we expected, it does look good, however we had ordered the Shaker style (and if you watch the flip programs on TV you know you get the shaker on doors and drawers) sadly we only got it on the doors of the cupboards and not on the drawers, so it does look a little incomplete. We were not told that the shaker pattern was only on the cupboard doors, so came as a complete surprise to us when we saw them, as we were not told that we would only get a partial pattern. If they had told us that the shaker was only on the doors we would not have gone with them.

We had a small guest bathroom completely updated. The design portion was completed easily and the amount of options available at the showroom is very expansive. Each of the crews that came to our house were polite and completed each step to our satisfaction. No detail was too small. We will definitely use them again for our next project.

LV Kitchen and Bath is the place to go for a thorough renovation. Skilled workers in every area of the reno.

Would highly recommend Las Vegas Kitchen & Bath for your next project. Chris R, Damien and Roald were a great primary team and kept the project going. The other tradesmen (tile, wallboard, paint, stucco etc.) all knew their craft and did a great job.

Great job project turned out real nice always cleaned up maybe took more time to finish but turned out great
