They were amazing. They took out the old staircase to the basement out, put in the new one, and cleaned up. They were in and out in no time. I was even amazed at how well they cleaned up after themselves.

I have dealt with Distinctive Design for 10 + years. They have made solid wood doors, supplied custom milled wood, and moldings. Once I went in there to see if they had a certain type of trim, but they did not. So Mike looked thru all there knives, and made me the trim in a matter on minutes. For wood, moldings, etc.. this place is one stop shopping.

We built our house and Distinctive Design designed and installed all of our trim in the house including doors and the staircases. I asked for simple yet classic looks and that is exactly what I got. We have lived in our house for over 14 years now and the work is still classic looking and without any flaws. We never had to go back and get any of their work corrected or repaired. These guys really do quality work.
