Had a wonderful experience with Murphy Bed Depot. From initial design thru construction completion, the process was delivered in a very professional manner and with a high level of attention to customer satisfaction. Our wall office desk and cabinets turned out beautifully. It not only makes our office space much more functional, it looks great as well. I would highly recommend Murphy Bed Depot for your home project.

I just purchased the Majestic Library Bed from Murphy Bed Depot. It's an ideal bed for a guest room with ample storage and book shelves. Give yourself plenty of time to assemble this as it's a large piece of furniture with some moving parts. Mine came out beautifully, everything fit and functions perfectly. I doubt that you will find a finer product in their price range. I did extensive research before choosing Murphy Bed Depot and I'm very pleased with their product and service!

We are so happy with our sofa and panel bed ensemble. The mechanism couldn't be easier to use and the couch is of even better quality than we expected. Plus, the folks at Murphy Bed Depot were very easy to work with and offered guidance during our order and an excellent recommendation for a local installer (worth every penny). Very pleased, highly recommend.

I have gotten higher quality materials from Walmart for $30. The “wood” sent is really pressed fiber board with a very thin laminated coating over it that is easily damaged when drilling the required holes which should be predrilled for the price you pay for this. Four adults, three of them engineers, have spent 10+ hours attempting to put this cabinet and it is still only half way assembled. The pieces are not cut properly, so things do not fit squarely. Holes are drilled in the wrong place so all of the hardware cannot be attached. Furthermore, not all of the hardware required was provided. The cabinet itself is fragile. After discovering the holes for the pivot bookshelf hardware was too small, the cabinet broke at the cam/pin junction as it was being moved for disassembly. I had high hopes for this product and from the glowing reviews online I was expecting a high quality piece of furniture, which is not what I got. Update: I attempted to work with this company to resolve the dozens of issue I encountered while installing the murphy bed I received. The were very slow in responding (2+ days per each question) and tried to find something I did wrong for every issue I encountered. I eventually learned that they manufactured the pieces that sent me incorrectly, sent me old directions, and failed to update their directions to reflect the modifications I requested (wall mount and deeper mattress) which resulted in damage to my wall. I have complained multiple times and even submitted a complaint to the better business bureau but they have refused to work with me to resolve the issues I encountered.
