We had been dreaming of what our new kitchen would look like for some time. We were apprehensive to take on a renovation having never done one. One of the biggest decisions is deciding on who to trust. This is where the Pay Less Kitchen team comes in. I had read great reviews and saw amazing pictures but after booking an appointment and meeting with Bob, Katherine, James and Jesse I knew we had found our match. From our first meeting with Bob we felt confidence in him with his many years experience in the business. Not to mention his attention to detail in designing as well as his organizational skills in the planning and coordinating of the project. He said on time and on budget and he kept his word. His scheduling gives you a clear and concise picture of what is going to happen and when, with very little deviation if any from his schedule. This is comforting knowing he does what he says he will do and there are no surprises. This was a big fear going into the renovation and his command of the project from beginning to end put us at ease. Katherine his wife and project liaison kept us informed with reminders as well as communicating between all parties to keep everything running smoothly. I can't express enough what a pleasure it was to work with James and Jesse. They were always polite, professional ,extremely hard working and passionate with skills that defy their age. We were in awe of their craftmanship-truly impressive work. Great family team, we highly recommend!

Excellent design. Both in term of appearance and functionality. It was obvious that Bob Skilton, who did the design work had many years of experience and was up to date with all the latest trends. Colour and material selections were made easy with the help of Jessica, the Payless colour coordinator. Construction was handled primarily by James with the assistance of Jessica when required. Work commenced and ended right on schedule. All work was performed skillfully. Great care was taken with every step. There were no shortcuts. The project was left clean and tidy each night. We found everyone to be most accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. The cabinets and countertops were of the highest quality. We could not be happier with our new kitchen.

Our kitchen was completed by Payless kitchens, in June. We first had a design done of our new Kitchen, (Bob). This was well worth the price as the professional drawings illustrated what the final kitchen would look like. The timeline/completion of the project was followed and was completed on time. We could tell that James and Jessica who did the work, are very experienced, with all work done in a professional manner with attention to detail. All work was done by this team, from electrical to plumbing to everything else, except for the floor tiles (which was done by an expert floor tiler (that was set up by Payless and coordinated by them). Any small deficiencies that were identified by us, were quickly taken care of. Katherine, communicated with us each step of the way, for payments, timeline, scheduling the countertop design etc. The final kitchen matched the initial drawings that were done. The fit and finish of the kitchen is top rate! We are extremely happy with the final product. Overall, we highly recommend Payless Kitchens!

Beginning with their first contact, we were impressed that this company listened carefully to our ideas. They clarified and communicated consistently prior to the contract and through all phases of the work. Bob's planning calendar established the start date; the weeks the crew would be on site and when the project would be finished. The crew worked six days each week when they were scheduled. The project started on time and ended exactly when they planned even though we requested additional work within the project. The materials from Quebec arrived during the week they were scheduled. The painting was applied effectively and we are very happy with the applications. The finished kitchen and bathroom are exactly as described in our planning session and we are tremendously SATISFIED with all aspects of this project. Suggestions were gathered by the crew when a challenge emerged and a solution was developed that made the result just wonderful. The company provided gentle reminder emails when a payment date was approaching; telephone inquiries were responded to within 24 hours. This company followed through on all of their commitments in a timely and professional manner. To help us choose colours, tiles and bathroom/kitchen hardware, Jess arranged a date to do planning and shopping months in advance of the project's start date; this was a very pleasant day with minimal stress and we are very pleased that this was a service that was offered. The crew cleaned up every day and garbage was removed promptly. We will recommend this company for any kitchen or bathroom renovation 100%!!!

We couldn't be happier with the whole project. Initial design was affordable and process was simple. Schedule was great since the entire project adhered exactly to a very tight schedule which rarely happens. Installation was amazing. The level of care given to ensure everything was done perfectly was incredible. You don't see that too often these days. We were actually lucky on the whole project. The tops we ordered through Payless and the installers there also did an amazing job, although it helped that the cabinetry was installed so precisely. Rowan refinished our floors. They had to meet Payless' tight schedule, which they did and the results were perfect. Teletime supplied the appliances, but more importantly they worked with me throughout the entire process to provide product specs and advice and Living Lighting supplied the pendent lights. Overall we had a great experience and are enjoying our new kitchen

I was looking for new kitchen cabinets and found Pay less while searching on google. I liked their website and made an appointment to see them. I was very impressed with their shop and Bob was exceptionally helpful in meeting our needs and budget. It was one on one service and I appreciated the time he spent with us answering our questions and showing us other designs. The cabinets are in and look exceptional. The communication for the install of the cabinets and quarts top exceeded our expectations. We looked at several other places across Toronto and I would highly recommend Pay less. This was our second kitchen with Bob and Katherine. The first was for a century farmhouse, the second a lake-side bungalow. Both kitchens turned out beautifully. The design process was easy and they gave us many options to meet our needs. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and every door and drawer in the farmhouse kitchen worked perfectly from the day it was installed to the day we left more than ten years later. James and Jesse are a welcome addition to the team and show the same attention to detail as their parents. Reliable, responsible, on time, on budget and with beautiful results. Highly recommend.
