I would like to say how fabulous the furniture is; the build quality, the design and the overall craftsmanship is excellent.

From start to finish, Tim and Kaitlin have been amazing. Kaitlin had incredible patience and attention to detail for my design of our laundry room. Since we live in a classic 1926 brick Georgian colonial on Queen Anne, we wanted our laundry space to look timeless and elegant like the home. The quality of the cabinets were outstanding. They help me find a terrific installer who knows old homes. Can't recommend them enough!!

In the several projects that I’ve partnered with Tim and the team at Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company, they carefully coordinated and delivered beautiful cabinet packages that met these high standards. In each case my client was thrilled with the final installation and had very positive interactions with a very approachable PRCC team. Their quality service started with the first visit to the PRCC showroom, in which they patiently walked my client through all the available wood species, door profiles, detailing and a comprehensive array of features and functions. Once the design was arrived at, the final bid package was very readable to my client. This avoided any surprises when the cabinets arrived at the jobsite and were installed. Tim (the designer) worked with us to design the kitchen cabinets and make refinements along the way. He came and measured, placed the order, and even recommended contractors that we could use for the install, which worked out really great. During the entire process, they were very upfront and accurate with the time it would take to order and receive the cabinets. We had done a thorough search to try and save money with standard box sizes and thankfully realized that for not much more we could collaborate with experts and get exactly what we wanted. We had Phinney Ridge build cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Simply put, they were amazing to work with. From design knowledge, to product choices, to customer service, everything was well above our expectations. Everything came in on or before deadlines and they did a great job setting clear expectations during all phases. We love our new kitchen and the all of the design & functionality choices that Tim brought to the project have proven to be spot on.

Great choices, design concepts and efforts to expedite. Quartz wasn't checked by their sub and had to be cut after install to fit oven, sub drilled holes into brand new sink apron upon sink install and I was frustrated by what I felt was limited support when measurements weren't appropriate for what was needed. Beautiful in the end after much angst.

We stepped into Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company with a fair amount of anxiety -- we had no idea how one went about remodeling a kitchen -- and it was our great good fortune to meet Katelyn Broxson who somehow managed to both lead and to follow us at every step. She introduced us to the range of choices available in materials, style, and color and guided us through the many, many decisions that had to be made about matters large and small. Her expertise combined with her patience and genuine interest in the project made her our greatest ally. The excellent Aaron Hand who did the installation commented on many occasions about the precision of Katelyn Broxson's measurements which made the install come together perfectly and with ease. I can't say enough good things about Ms. Broxson's professionalism, expertise, and ... well, we really liked working with her. The entire remodel - the first since 1928 - took 17 days and looks amazing.

We have a very small bathroom, (built in 1950), and we wanted to upgrade the vanity among other things. We needed a custom cabinet built to fit the tight space and wanted a quality product. After meeting with the owner of Phinney Ridge Cabinets, Tim Nolan, we were convinced he could get us a high quality custom-made vanity. We had many choices of wood and stain as well as configuration to choose from and Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have the vanity now installed and couldn't be happier with the product and the service. Tim kept us apprised of the delivery schedule and was right on target for his projected delivery schedule. We would recommend Phinney Ridge Cabinets to everyone as a quality service provider of great products.

I had very specific needs for a bathroom cabinet. Tim came to my place, measured and then did schematics so I could be certain that those need were met. When the cabinet was finished - and done so on a timely basis - he delivered and help locate the cabinet to make certain it fit well where intended. When I was planning a major remodel that included a complete gutting of my kitchen, I met with a number of cabinet/kitchen design companies in the area. All had nice quality cabinets with prices in the same ballpark but I decided on Phinney Ridge because in addition to being knowledgeable, Tim M. was easy to talk with and showed an enthusiasm for my project. In our initial conversations (even before I signed on) he suggested some unique design elements we could consider and I absolutely felt no pressure to sign on ... just open conversation about the exciting possibilities. During the design process he guided me through a number of tough choices and was happy to tweak the design of my display cabinet a little this way and a little that way many times until I thought it was perfect. Tim N worked with the cabinet manufacturer and my builder to ensure cabinets and counter-tops were ordered and on-site at the right time and installed per design. Tim did an excellent job in planning the replacement of my cabinets and countertops. He provided detailed plans, altered them according to my requests, and was extremely thorough (measuring several times to be sure that all dimensions were accurate). He provided recommendations for contractors, and the one I used was great. I am completely satisfied with all the work that was done and recommend Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company highly.

I am remodeling my 400 sq ft condo in Greenwood and wanted to go with the best quality and customer service in the area. From the first time I walked into Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company I was greeted with incredible customer service and was very pleased to see the wide selection of cabinets and countertops (and other accessories) they have on display in the store. I am on a tight budget for my remodel but also want high design and quality, the exact combination this company offers especially through its Sollera cabinet line. My current studio kitchen is outdated and barely functioning with its current layout and storage, but with Senior Designer Tim Moser's expertise, he has designed a custom and highly functional kitchen layout that not only fits my daily needs but will also add a ton of value to my condo. I also went out and received quotes from Home Depot and Lowes, both of whom do not offer any customization unless you want to pay twice the overall amount. Without out any customization, Home Depot and Lowes offered me the same quote as Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company (with customization), proving that going with a home improvement store doesn't save you any money and you sacrifice on the quality and functionality. I met with Tim Moser several times over a few week period to pin point the exact design I wanted, and every time I had questions or concerns or wanted to change the design (and then change back) he was always available at the drop of a hat to adapt to these questions and changes. Tim created and tweaked in-depth drawings of the kitchen design that helped me to visualize the possibilities my kitchen has and just how incredible custom cabinetry can look (at no extra cost). If you want a company that treats you like you are their only client, then this is the place! My cabinets will be here in a month and I can't wait to see them installed. I couldn't be happier with choosing Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company, and if you want the best value for your dollar this is the place to get it, not home improvement stores.

Phinney Ridge Cabinetry came to us as a referral from a friend. From our first meeting through delivery, installation, and follow up they were awesome. We never felt that they were trying to sell us up. They worked well with the color schemes that we brought them and they listened to what our design concepts were, One cabinet was delivered broken (no way of knowing whose fault this was) and they were exceedingly prompt in getting a new one delivered. We would use them again. Thankfully we don't have another building project.

I worked with them about 5 years ago when our kitchen and bathrooms were renovated. The resulting installation was both practical and beautiful. I continue to get compliments on the kitchen. It was even selected as a backdrop for a TV commercial. A few months ago, I worked with them to design and install a second kitchen (in my attached dwelling unit), and it has proven to be the show-stopper when advertising the ADU for rent. In both instances, the entire staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company helped us completely redo our entire kitchen, practically from studs. They even gave us a recommendation for a contractor to do the install, which was impeccable, even when we asked for changes along the way, like for the crown molding to reach all the way to the ceiling. They were all out of the counter-tops that we ordered, which was a disappointment, but then went above and beyond to find something that we thought was even better, and get us a discount. The cabinetry was top-notch, too. We did have one item arrive that was damaged, but quickly replaced at no charge. The final product completely changed the feel of the space to a welcoming and lovely utilitarian kitchen. The cabinets have held up very well over the years, with no defects. These cabinets are sturdy and beautiful. They say the kitchen sells the home, so I'm positive we've added a lot of equity by going with Phinney Ridge Cabinet Company. Thanks!

Phinney Ridge CC provided replacement lower cabinets for a partial kitchen remodel in Fall, 2014. They were responsive, took accurate measurements, and cabinets and trim pieces were ready at the time they were promised. I opted for lots of pull-out drawers, which I love, and they had options for many depths of those drawers, plus advice on arranging the drawers and cabinets to create a sleeker look. The specifications for these projects are really important so that drawers do not open into dishwashers, etc. Tim was very detail-oriented about planning for the corner areas. As well, I bought my own corner slide-out unit online, and they were able to plan the width of the corner cabinet to accommodate it exactly. I bought my own slide-out garbage unit, and that went well also. One drawer that arrived too deep such that it ran into an outlet box Phinney Ridge CC replaced at no charge. Excellent products (we've been enjoying for a year now) and great customer service.

Tim designed our kitchen. It turned out much more efficient, looking beautiful, and with more storage than our previous older 1940's kitchen. I liked several of his suggestions, one example is the sink he recommended; I love. I also liked his idea of putting pots and pans in a drawer next to the stove. Never thought I'd like that but I really do. It works. When he heard that I was not happy with the counter-top, he pro-actively called the company to get it fixed. Overall, I think Phinney Ridge Cabinets provides great service.
