The Breanna Madison Assembled cabinets are a very high quality cabinet at a great price point. The folks at Prime are very responsive and helpful. The process is very easy to work through.

Warning!! I originally paid the business $6,036.44 for my kitchen cabinets. Darla Duncan was the Designer they provided me service with. I provided her all the necessary information to design our kitchen cabinets in the space provided. Info showed my ceiling height at 84" and custom built in refer/freezer had a height of 79.09". The difference is almost 6" and Darla sent a 3" filler piece to fill in the gap. The custom built in refer/freezer requires a built in installation that attaches directly to cabinets, through top trim piece. The sent 3" piece should have been a 6" piece and cut on site by the installer. If we used the 3" trim prime cabinets provided, there would be a gap between the refer/freezer and cabinets. I called Jennifer Goff, the manager of prime cabinetry, and she told me that Darla did her job correctly and that there is always a gap above a custom built in refer/freezer. Jennifer told me that they were taught that in school. I contacted the manufacture of frigidaire and they informed me that Jennifer in incorrect. They said if I gave prime cabinetry the drawings for the custom built in refer/freezer, Darla should have built it that way. Jennifer was not helpful, rude, unprofessional, argumentive and made me purchase the 6" filler piece and shipping in addition to the money I had already paid. I had no choice but to pay for it because my now my cabinet installer couldn't finish the cabinets in which was holding up the refer/freezer installation. The drawings prime cabinetry sent me had no indication of there being a gap above the custom built in refer/freezer. It was very obvious that Darla had made a mistake. I provided her all the information she needed. I am awe that this company would argue with me over a $100 trim piece after I spent over $6k initially.

I looked at two other RTA cabinet companies and I am happy that I chose Prime. The staff was very helpful, kind and patient. The quality of the cabinets if also very nice.

We needed to replace 29 year old cabinets in the master bath. We had Wellborn in there, but with a partial partical board box, no soft close anything - or full ex. drawers. Even though by most cabinet order standards, my order was SMALL, the designer Heather treated me as if I were ordering products for a large kitchen remodel. She was creative in helping me fill a space from an ugly 36" wide horribly shallow knee drawer that looked terrible. The transformation dramatically improved the look of my vanity and the entire bathroom! Because you can't buy extra doors or parts (they will replace damaged items quickly if need be ;), I ended up buying two cabinets for parts to build a custom knee drawer and medicine cabinets. However, the price is so reasonable I didn't mind at all! I now have a super deep "high" vanity drawer which I use a counter stool with. The quality of the product is surprisingly good considering the cost. I was a little nervous about that so I ordered only one small cabinet to see it in person before ordering everything. I didn't need to do that as everything functions beautifully and as advertised. Value all around with excellent design service and customer service. Highly recommend if this line fits your budget!

The cabinets are beautiful and the staff is so very helpful in the designing of my kitchen. I would recommend Prime Cabinetry to anyone who is looking for the perfect cabinets to design their kitchen!

I ordered white Shaker style cabinets for my kitchen renovation from Prime Cabinetry, and I was extremely pleased with the product. Not only were the cabinets a good quality for the price, but they were delivered quickly, and the company kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service.
