Junk! they are cracked, dirt in paint. They came without hinges and some doors were missing. Took a year more to get parts to finish. Then they came with a can of spray paint to fix 36 paint defects and it looks worse!

We love being a cabinetry dealer for RD Henry. They make such a beautiful, high quality product, that allows us as a kitchen designer to create any clients' dream kitchen. We are impressed with their customer service, their cabinet modifications, the quality of their paints and stains, and how customizable RD Henry is. If they do not have something you need, which is very rare since there are so many options, they will make it for you. Really a beautiful cabinet line to have.

I have been an R.D. Henry (formerly Custom Cupboards) Dealer since the fall of 2012. They are a great company to work with. I constantly get comments from clients saying how much they love their cabinets. They have a great staff that makes it really easy to deal with. They are constantly asking for feed back to improve their business and to stay on top of the latest trends. I have been a cabinet designer for over 35 years and love their product. I know that my cabinets will arrive on time and come as ordered. On the rare occasion that there is an issue, they work in a timely manner to get things resolved. I would not hesitate using R.D. Henry in my home. It really is a great cabinet line!

I contracted Animas Kitchen in Durango,Colorado for a brand NEW bathroom who said didn't need any permits however we later found that they did. Animas used Custom Cupboards for the cabinets. Project taken ALMOST 1 year. ALL electrical and plumbing has to be taken out and redone. Parts missing from contractor for cabinets however Custom Cupboards will NOT work with the consumer to rectify the problem. The Colorado rep says "Take up with the contractor-we don't deal with the public or go to another dealer." As a 32 year retiree of The Walt Disney Company where customer relations and sastification is #1 ,I feel that Custom Cupboards DROPPED the ball here. We like the cabinets but NO customer service.

There are many things I love about Custom Cupboards – their “No Charge” dimension changes, their door style availability, their beautiful finishes, their lending library door program and the easy to use pricing program! But my favorite feature is that I can truly create a custom Cabinet or finish if need be. So many other cabinet companies say they are custom and end up not being truly custom as they won’t do a particular finish or create that special Cabinet that I need in the design. Custom Cupboards makes it easy for me to be a designer and keeps my customer happy, as I can deliver a beautiful, customized product to them.

Custom Cupboards, built our cabinets for our new home which were installed by their Dealer in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The service and installation from the dealer was timely, professional, and competent. The installers are among the best that I've experienced through our new construction process. Unfortunately, that's where the fun ended and the frustration began. The manufacturer delivered our cabinets which we used in our kitchen, laundry room and three bathrooms in substandard finish and condition. It has been three months since this issue began (August 2015) and has not been resolved as yet (December 15,2015). The company representative visited twice, sent many replacement parts, of which the bulk were worse than the original products shipped, and now his superior is not getting back to us and communicating through the dealer stating that they have done all that they can to make it right. This manufacturer stated ("we believe that the doors and finish are in tolerance and range of acceptability") to our dealer and that the poor finish quality and warped products are acceptable and within their tolerance We're now in a position to either accept sub quality products (fit and finish) in our new home or go to court and fight for what we originally contracted for. . We are to say the least very disappointed in Custom Cupboards.

I have had a custom cupboards white kitchen for 18 months. When it was installed it was perfect. exactly what I had been hoping for and looking for. Fastforward 18 months. I am giving the company 2 stars because I had an issue with drawer fronts once before and they came right out and fixed them. Their customer service was great. However, here we are 18 months later and I have not one, not two but four drawer fronts or drawers that are split and warping from normal wear. The interior bottom of my sink cabinet is all warped....from a wet sponge. I have kids. They don't always do what they are supposed to. If you USE your kitchen, I highly recommend upgrading. My kitchen is "new" and my cabinets look "shabby" after only a very short amount of time. I'm so very sad!! The doors are MDF and they do not hold up to normal wear and tear. I highly suggest if you go with this company you upgrade to wood boxes and drawers. The wood drawers that I ordered are dovetailed, beautiful and have held up perfectly and are amazing. The upgraded glides are great. But the basic stuff needs a lot of help. I am in the process of contacting my kitchen remodel company to fix this...
