Randy at Crocus Hill provides truly great design service, shop drawings and cabinetry products. Unlike most in the industry Randy has well rounded architectural experience that allows him to see all the systems of a home. This allows him to integrate the design with the other systems of the home that involve engineering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and audio-visual. He does this with a clear understanding of construction sequence and explains it in simple language that the homeowner can understand. Siimply put: Under-promised over-delivered. We're at the beginning stages of our home renovation, getting designs, quotes, etc. Randy gave us realistic timeline for his plans, then delivered multiple options. He's a good listener. He met with us and heard our lofty ideas and came back with several viable options that we could not have come up with on our own. There's still work to be done, but I'm confident it will come out as planned.
