I just had a Beautiful Walk-in Shower installed. The two installer, Danny G.and Miguel A. did a beautiful job. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Everything was clean and looked amazing. I had 2 water damages in my Home so I had 2 different Company come in and do the repairs and was very unhappy with the mess they left and didn’t cleanup very good. So I was expecting to do some cleanup after they left but these 2 men did a wonderful job cleaning everything the only way you could tell they were there is my amazing Beautiful Walk-in Shower. So Thank you again Danny and Miguel.

I had my cabinets/vanities in both of my bathrooms refaced by Reborn Cabinets. The quality of work was excellent as was the professionalism and expertise of both of the installers. The lead installer, Mark Murray, was highly qualified and did an excellent job. I was thrilled with the final results and would use them again. I highly recommend them.

We were excited to use Reborn. The sales person who visited out home was pleasant and informative. However, it took two install teams to complete the project. The first Reborn install team's job was done so poorly that we had to report it as unsatisfactory and requested a site visit. My wife and I found approximately 50 areas with problems - edges were not flush, laminate was peeling up, nails were exposed, and a face panel even fell off. A second install team made the cabinets satisfactory, however, there are still laminate/glue stains on our floor and furniture, and we had to clean sawdust out of our furniture and storage area. The installation took about a week longer than originally proposed. I strongly advise against using Reborn; while their prices are competitive, it is worth using someone who cares about your time and how they leave your home.

I just had a new shower unit installed a few days ago by this company. I paid $17,000 for this job, which is basically half of my yearly income. For the price I paid, I'm not at all happy with how things played out. I was told I'd be getting a new window kit, which I thought was going to include removing the old rusty, moldy, and cracked window and frame. But apparently that's not the case, so now I still have the problematic window, which I'll have to figure out how to deal with. That situation was secondary to the fact that the workers left the front door open, allowing one of our beloved family cats to escape outside. From the start of the job, one thing I made clear was that the front door needed to be kept closed behind them to prevent any of our three cats from getting outside. I spent most of the remainder of the day and night frantically searching for our cat, while my disabled and mentally ill mother cried and had an anxiety attack. Lucky for us, I found her late that night hiding in our garage, terrified. I don't know what we would have done if we never found her. I've made several attempts to address these issues with Reborn, all of which have been ignored or dismissed. Overall, I found Reborn to be dishonest about the work being done and very careless in executing the job. I'm going to make sure I advise all of my friends and family to avoid this business at all costs.

I was very satisfied with Reborn, when they said three days, it actually only took two. And my shower looks great.

I am a senior citizen who signed a contract with Reborn Cabinets, and gave a $1000 deposit and was approved for a $9500 loan with their finance company. Several days later, I received a text from the sales rep that the measurer would not be arriving the next day and Reborn would not be doing the job, with no further explanation. I inquired why and was told someone from the company would reach out to explain. Two days went by, no one did. I called and left a voicemail for the president of the company. That night, the director of sales called and said the president didn't have time to call me. The director of sales could not provide a specific reason why the job wouldn't be performed. I said I wanted to speak with someone who has authority to make decisions for the company, and she said the general manager would call me the next day. That was 7 days ago. The company has refused to provide me with a cancellation letter, a refund of my $1000 and to cancel the $9500 loan.

Benjamin and Omar are the best! They were very professional, attentive to detail, honest about hiccups in the project, and quick to find solutions to issues as they arose. For anyone who has done remodeling you know that challenges are so common as to be expected so working with contractors who are forthcoming about problems in real-time makes all the difference!

Jose, Brian and Darrian did a wonderful job of putting in our new shower. During the installation there was one setback due to the condition of the old pipes and fittings; additional materials were required and more time needed than was expected, but they persevered, obtaining what was needed, even going to a local hardware store at one point, and working well into the evening to get the job done within the allotted 3 days, all at no additional cost. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and persistence in getting our new shower installed just as I wanted it. It's been a couple of months now and there have been no problems at all and I am thoroughly satisfied with our new shower and the work they did. If the need ever arises, I wouldn't hesitate to use Reborn again. Suzanne I.

Ahmad Malikzada remodeled my bathroom. He was on time (early) every day, very polite and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Ahmad and the quality of his work!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about customer service. The only reason I went with them, was due to a promotion with Costco. They lost business as I would never refer anyone to the company. I remodeled in the bath area, they put a hole in my wall which went through to the bedroom. One of the guys did not show up, so as he was caring the tub he damaged my blinds. The cheap shower rode they gave him, fell on my daughter twice. Thank GOD she was not hurt. I had several people contact me, which not sure why. The last time they came to paint the wall, they wanted to enter with no shoe covers on, which I have light carpet on stairs and upstairs. They went to home depot to get shoe covers LOL. I asked how they were going to match my paint, which they were going to scrap a piece off, but no guarantee it would match. They sent the same workers as well who damaged my wall and blinds downstairs. I had to buy a new rod and gave them back their cheap rod, with the receipt to reimburse me and no response, how funny is that. Wondered how much they paid for my cheap rod on a expensive rod. Words cannot express how I feel, DO NOT care about customer service only money

We started a bathtub remodel project in August 2021, and it was finished a year later. They were a no-show for the first construction date and I had to reschedule construction 2 more times because they didn't have the permits. Then 5 days before the scheduled construction, Alex Bond calls to say he's been assigned as the project manager and he's rescheduling the job. The day of construction in January, the crew shows up and I'm told it's not a 1-day job but rather a 3-day job. Then I see the foreman repeatedly measuring the room and making calls to the office. I feel a problem coming on. Sure enough, the office calls to tell me the measurements were wrong and that they're going to have to build out the walls and it'll be an additional charge. Instead of a 98 sq. ft. shower, I’ll be getting a 90 sq. ft shower. I talk to the crew and ask for alternatives. They suggest that the only way to make the project right is to order a new tub of the proper dimensions but that it'll take 6 weeks. I agree to that and get 2 more calls from the office making contradictory statements until it's finally resolved. Three days later, Alex Bond calls me again saying that he doesn't understand the project. I spend 50 minutes on the phone trying to explain the project to him, telling him to look at the pictures and repeating what has happened. I finally realized he is completely incompetent as well as unprofessional, so I demand to speak to the manager. I had to ask on four separate occasions before Alex finally connected me to Michael Guzman. At that point, Reborn had 90% of my money for the project and I had a large dirt hole in my bathroom. We spent 8 weeks showering at the gym and during that time, I receive yet ANOTHER call from the office telling me that I need to build out the wall at my expense. I am able to speak to Diana (who quit shortly thereafter) in their office and work it out AGAIN. During the tear-out, Reborn staff damaged my wood floor and didn't tell me about it. I was promised the same team from the tear-out and I got a new team that left me with a tub faucet that jiggled like jello and water GUSHING out of both the tub faucet and the shower head simultaneously. I had 6 different visits from various repairmen interspersed with weeks of waiting for a new faucet or waiting for a new gadget that was going to solve the problem. On the second to last scheduled visit, I had a no-show. When the shower was fixed, Michael Guzman, the manager, refused to talk to me about compensation. The agent aggressively pressed me to make final payment which was both creepy and intimidating because I was home alone. So, I said I wanted to talk to the owner. At this point, I just wanted the owner to know what's going on in his company. They send me a letter threatening to go to a collection agency, and again, they didn’t include an invoice. This company is rotten to the core with incompetence.

Very happy with the outcome of our shower remodel. It looks great. Alberto P. and Victor R. were so nice and so professional. They arrived when they said they would, and really worked hard for the two days they were here. Made sure our bathroom was clean and tidy before they left. Would use them again for any other repair to our house if needed.

Yesterday Danny and Connor came and installed a bathtub and enclosure in my house. I felt they were great workers. They came on time and got the job done in one day. They are an asset to the company.

Reborn did a wonderful job. They sent one workman, Tony, who respected our home and had the job done in a day. He came back x3 to fix one problem and then add a couple of extras to make it extra so for me. He went out of his way and we were always happy to have him in our home. Excellent work. We will definitely use Reborn when we’re ready to do our 2nd bathroom.

The bath conversion that was meant to be! Reborn Cabinets did a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinet make over last year. We were going to wait awhile before taking on another project but a t.v.commercial by Jacuzzi with great promotions prompted us to make an inquiry. When the phone rang the representative for Jacuzzi in Las Vegas was...REBORN. We took it as a sign! There are 2 stories I want to share about the integrity of this company and the wonderful people who work for them. Particularly Danny, the gentleman who completed our project. Ultimately we the consumer are responsible for the choices we make upon signing a contract for a project. But misinterpretation can happen. We had ordered up a bench as part of our bath to shower conversion with the understanding that the bench would be "wrapped" in the same pattern as the rest of the shower. It was. But not the top of the seat. It was stark white. I came to understand that the seat was made to match the shower floor which was, of course, white. I was disappointed. But not for long. Danny went way above and beyond. He made a few phone calls, took his own initiative and came back a couple of days later with the shower bench using the same material used to match the rest of the project! I was floored! As you can see by the photo our bench is PERFECT! It was labor intensive but so greatly appreciated by us. Reborn truly has one goal in mind...your complete and total satisfaction. Another story I'd like to share about how Reborn cares about you, their valued customer. As I've stated previously, Reborn did our kitchen makeover over a year ago. The quality of their work, the attention to detail and design suggestions that made our cabinets "pop" gave us the kitchen makeover we've been dreaming about. But life happens. 6 months ago we had a water pipe failure in a wall behind our beautiful new kitchen cabinets. Our homeowners insurance came through for us and our cabinets and countertops were not damaged but had to be pulled away from the wall as repairs to the broken pipe was made. The company that did the repair work put our kitchen back together but there were some flaws that we were told could not be fixed. There was a noticeable space upon closing the door under the sink. When I mentioned this to the crew working on our bath remodel they called Caesar, the project manager for our kitchen makeover and within a day Reborn had a professional over to the house who replaced a damaged plastic storage tray AND repaired the gap in the door under the sink!!! I know these 2 stories are lengthy. But in these times when we're left disappointed with quality of work and customer satisfaction there aren't enough words to express a heartfelt thank you to a company that values their customers not in words but in deeds. Reborn has shown us that they truly do want you to be satisfied and will go to great lengths to make sure that your experience with them goes beyond the project, and beyond competition.

We are very happy with our finished product. Our installers Rafael Guzman and Alan Wong were very friendly and constantly updating us when an issues that arose. They immediately remedy the issue or let us know it would be fixed in a few weeks. We were very happy with the job they did. Without a doubt the best part of our Reborn experience was the installation. Gabriel and Luis were professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. We had an excellent experience with installation . Tony and assistant Ricky were prompt arriving to my home on install morning even arriving about 20 minutes early. Even though my 50 year old tub plumbing had some issues Tony worked his magic. He told me in the morning they would remove and install today and when I returned home from work my beautiful new tub/shower was there. We even had thunder lightning and hard rain that didn’t distract or deter them. I am a VERY happy customer that had spectacular service from Tony and Ricky . Thank you guys! I greatly appreciate the beautiful job you did in my home.

Reborn converted bathtubs in 2 bathrooms in our condos to standing showers. They did a wonderful job right from the start. The sales person gave all the information, and took measurements. We got access to a portal where we were able to get all the contracts and other documents. On the scheduled day, Cruz H and Guillermo M came over and got the job done quickly. It took 1 day per bathroom. They removed all the tiles, removed the tub and got the area down to the studs. After checking for mold etc. they added a wooden board on the studs, then a purple board on top of it, and then the actual shower walls. They cleaned up the working area and the bathrooms. Very professional! I would definitely recommend Reborn!

Very happy with the job done by Ahmad Malikzada and his associate David. They were very professional, clean and patient. Ahmad worked with my 94 yr old mother to determine where best to place the handrails, seat, soap dish and shampoo shelves. They left the work are neat and clean when they finished. Greg Anderson came to our home in August to give us design information and a proposal on our shower/tub conversion. He was the ultimate professional and we signed the contract that day. Yesterday, installers Ahmad M. and Ahmad M. came promptly at 9am and finished the long after 7pm. They protected all surfaces including our carpeted stairwell and were efficient, polite and did an exceptional and thorough job. We couldn’t be more delighted with our outcome.

Cruz was great! Really hard working and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on, and made helpful suggestions when needed. We are very pleased with the result and look forward to many showers and baths in the future.

Eric, the lead brought his team Chris and Andrew to do refacing, new doors, drawers and some small custom cabinetry work. They worked quickly, they cleaned their mess including blowing out my entire garage and transformed my kitchen. Eric made sure that every finished detail was covered from bumpers inside the drawers to fine cracks between the wall and cabinet filled for a seamless looking installation. They were trustworthy, polite and incredibly professional. Very happy with their work but their disposition was a bonus.

We love our new kitchen. The new doors and drawers look better than we expected and the quality of the hardware and doors is excellent. The installation crew led by Christian Aguiniga was awesome. They finished on time, answered all our questions, and took care of any extra issues that we saw.

We were very happy with the workmanship and customer service provided by Narvie Scott and his team of Luis and Marcos. They showed up on time everyday, were conscientious, polite and professional. Any small detail or concerns that we raised and questions we asked they were quick to address. They were easy to work with and we are satisfied with the final results of their work.

I cannot get over the transformation of my kitchen in a few short days! Reborn brought my 25 year old kitchen cabinets up to date with resurfacing, new drawers and new doors! I had my kitchen cabinets were dark wood. Reborn replaced all the doors and drawers my kitchen is now white and so much brighter. Nader and Brandon Did a great job! They arrived on time worked very hard all day, cleaned up and my kitchen is perfect. I would highly recommend and I will certainly use them again as I’m thinking of doing the same to my bathrooms.

Very happy with EVERYTHING! On time, called when they said they would, showed up to work when they said they would. Beautiful job and attention to detail. I went through Costco when given a brochure when I was shopping there. A key piece for all people who are a little nervous about entering into a contract. Costco only pays Reborn when you the customer sign off and are happy and satisfied with the job.

They completely re-did my bathroom shower. Dustin a d Eben did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in my plumbing issue.

Damien and Myles and Amad were friendly, they did a great job installing my shower. I like that they wore mask, put runners and clean my shower well. They also kept me informed on what was going on and went beyond their tasks to make sure my plumbing is okay.

15 years ago Reborn Cabinets provided me with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Over the years, there has been slight wear and tear. Jesse Jones came to my home and was patient with my requests. He returned my kitchen and bathroom to its prior pristine appearance. It was a slight challenge getting through to the warranty department, but when communication was achieved they were quite accommodating.

Very professional crew. Very courteous and responsive to the customer’s needs. Jessie and Raphael were amazing! Andrew the project lead was great at following up on our needs.

We used Reborn Cabinets in 1998 to resurface cabinets in a home we purchased. They did a great job. In November of 2019 I hired them for a brand new kitchen and a reface of existing laundry room cabinets in a different home. Company employees were responsive and professional. The installer, Dave Young was great. He took care and pride in his workmanship and the kitchen shows that fact. He was courteous and thoughtful and worked diligently and quietly. Everything was cleaned up neatly at the end of the job. We couldn't have been more pleased. He was the highlight of the entire experience.

We paid $43,000 to have our cabinets refaced and countertops replaced. The quality of the materials were excellent but the work was not professional. The workers did not clean up after themselves and left dust and debris in cabinets. Electrical receptacles were left uncovered. Countertop seams were left unsealed. One of the pieces used to reface the cabinet has a pencil line indentation and should not have been used. Our faucet was not installed correctly. Most of our issues were addressed by our project manager. We emailed him photos. I feel Reborn should have reached out to us but they haven’t. I do believe they will ultimately fix the problems. I would still recommend them and their product. I did not feel we got the professional job we paid for.

Great experience. From initial consultation, measurements and installation. Very professional, on time, within budget. Kitchen looks amazing. Highly recommend. Could not be happier!

The project turned out great. However, the ball got dropped on one facet of our project and we have a different final look than we originally wanted. Also, during the install of the appliances the garbage disposal was put on the wrong side for us. I've been told that they don't "think" that it can be changed. They did come out right away to fix and rehang a cabinet door that got damaged. Also, I had the gas company come in to check for a gas leak under the newly installed gas stove top. The gas company confirmed the leak and fixed it. I also alerted our job lead that there is a small buckle in the baseboard on a cabinet. He asked for a picture and I haven't heard back yet how that will be attended to. Overall, the guys who did the actual remodel were topnotch. The attention to their work is great. The people from demo through install were all very nice and professional. Do your own due diligence in oversight.

great quality products and installation, but the communication with the lead person was terrible, made promises that were not kept and changed the timeline without letting the customer know in advance and without an explanation

We had new kitchen cabinet door and trim installed last year. They look great We did have some of the trim loosen and contacted Reborn last month They send Cesar Rodriguez to do the repair work. He arrived on time and did the repair in a timely and professional manner. Great personality and he explained what he was doing. A 5 star performance

Pao & Darwin performed a tub to shower conversion for our family with "Champagne Travertine" colored walls & all-chrome "Brantford-style" fixtures. These men did a thorough job! Our new shower looks crisp, clean, attractive and meticulously prepared. These men are also great about keeping their work site clean and orderly after each day's work. Highly professional and impressive.

Gary Stella is a remarkable craftsman. He came out to repair the facing on several of our cabinets, which we thought would be noticeable but to our surprise, you can't see the repairs. I recommend his skills and customer service 100% to anyone.

4-1-19 had our kitchen remodeled by Reborn Cabinets, Inc. Refaced old cabinets, installed new sink & faucet along with new quartz countertops. Outstanding! The work Jeremy Adab & his crew (James Reed & Rick Grantham) did on our cabinets is absolutely beautiful. These guys were professional, hard working & lots of fun to have in our home. Everyone that has seen our kitchen has been blown away by the workmanship and beauty. These guys go the extra mile!

I had my kitchen cabinets updated. They look great. My kitchen looks great. The workmanship is very good. The team that did the work were responsive to me and respectful of my home. However, the area in my back yard where they placed the cabinets and their equipment has a very large white blob of product stuck to it. I have power washed the carport twice. I was not able to remove it. It may be glue or caulk. I would recommend this company and the wood product is beautiful.

Just had a new shower/bath and toilet installed by Heriberto, Lorenzo and Enrique L. They arrived on time, did excellent work and were very professional. Tony N and Quy P were here all day yesterday and accomplished a miracle. They removed my 1969 tile and tub and replaced it with a gorgeous new acrylic tub/shower in one day. Furthermore they had cloths covering the path from the bath to front door to protect my wood floors. They used a fan to blow all the dust out the bathroom window so I did not see one particle of dust during or after. Just amazing. I was 100% sure Acrylic wasn't an option for me, but this looks like stone and there is NO GROUT to clean! And there is lifetime warranty because it's water tight! The sales process and all follow up was excellent. Very painless. Thanks, Reborn!

Constant lies and manipulation while the project is ongoing and they never fix they’re mistake. Instead you will have designers and project managers that will outright lie to you in order to not have to spend anything to fix their mistakes. Bullies - they will leave your house in shambles and make you stress out until you cave in. Ruthless.

The representatives were professional and made sure the cabinets fit perfectly, the correct hardware was used, and the roll out shelves were aligned correctly. They cleaned the kitchen each day when finished and came promptly each morning. I am completely satisfied with the cabinets.

Had my kitchen redone by Reborn Cabinets. Had a small problem with the kitchen window sill (was not level). Our project manager came up with an ingenious idea for the window. The two installers Michael Robles and Victor Acosta were very professional. They covered everything with plastic, placed tarps on the floor and communicated with us on what they were doing. Very polite and friendly. Did a great job. Wasn’t as happy with the others that I dealt with. Our project needed too many change orders because the project cost was incorrect and missing accessories had to be added with change orders initiated by me. Michael and Victor were the only reason for the 5 stars. Give them a raise.

Was extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship, and the response to return and make some minor adjustments to a few of the drawers & one cabinet door. One Gary Stella came today, 18 October 2018 to make adjustments, very courtesy, clean & neat, and explained in detail, exactly what he was doing, and should I ever have a problem, not to hesitate to call.

We were enchanted by the whole process. Our existing cabinets had 'great bones' so it made little sense to demolish our kitchen. Reborn provided the ideal solution. A quality face lift without the risk of endless cost over runs and construction delays. Initially we had set a budget and I'm pleased to say the Reborn salesman worked with us to meet that budget. On this positive note the project swiftly got underway. The Reborn craftsman, Michael Cipriano and Cameron that were part of our home for the next several days were so respectful of our home that they were a pleasure to have around. Meticulous in reducing the dust and the debris, and always punctual. However, most welcome has been the quality of the installation and the emphasis on detail. My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our stunning, sleek and modern kitchen, and are full of praise for Reborn as they delivered beautifully...and at a fair price.

We waited for a long time before we decided to address our tiled shower stall that needed repair. One of the reasons we chose to just do the shower was because of time. Who has it right? Because we knew this could be done with minimal life disruption and done in two days or less, we reached out and were pleased with the service from the beginning to end. The only reason this isn't a 5 is because, I feel there could have been more dialogue on the shower head options and pressure. Although new fixtures are part of the entire renovation, I wish now we were asked what the shower pressure was like and that the new one would have the same level pressure, which unfortunately it does not. Maybe it is because we also opted for the standard head in addition to an add on handheld, but the main head was not as strong as our older showerhead. The handheld is more powerful than the standard shower head, so I end up having to toggle between both, rather than having the handheld as the amenity option - if that makes sense. On Service, they were spot on. On product quality, they were spot on, and we are pleased with the color scheme that blended in to our existing sink, vanity, cabinetry and tiled floor. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to families with limited time, and the need to get something done soon. Make sure to allow at least 4-6 weeks to get the process started as in ordering your supplies and then arranging a date for installation. I thought it would happen in October and was pleasantly surprised that they were ready in September. Thank you for our new shower...simply beautiful!

Just had my kitchen cabinets resurfaced by JB and Tyler. They were so professional and courteous. They worked tirelessly for three days to make my kitchen dream come true. They cleaned up every night before they left and even during the day they made sure everything was covered.

We had our kitchen done the beginnning of this year by Reborn Cabinets. It came out gorgeous. However, the grout at the backsplash had shrunk over time and was looking like the counter was pulling away. Gary Stella came out and explained this is a normal occorance, as there is fluid in the grout and it can dry and shrink. He re-caulked the entire kitchen. He was extremely polite and worked quickly. My kitchen now looks brand new again. Thank you so much Gary.

Well I could not be happier with Reborn Cabinets whole team, but It all started with Kerry Morris! On a Saturday in May I was running errands and I saw a Reborn Cabinet car with a logo in the parking lot. That is when I met Kerry who was from Las Vegas on business visiting a friend. Did not want to bug her being a Saturday and all, but I told her about my kitchen old cabinets and the trouble I was having getting them replaced by a reliable company. She was SO amazing and took the time to explain the company, but even more Kerry asked me when I was free to meet with someone. Did not think I would get it, but with my work I said tomorrow (which was a Sunday) at 1:00. Kerry made a call to management and had Ernie in Sales at my door right on time the next day! Wow! Ernie first shared with me a PowerPoint desk on the history of the company, A Family Owned Business, HQ’s is based right here in OC etc. Loved it. Then we got to the examples to choose from. Ernie made it simple by explaining my options and what to choose with my layout, financing and provided the three install dates!! Nice! John came next to measure and provided so much valuable feedback that I added additional cabinets in my washroom. Which I just love! John was a very important contact to have. I took his cell. He made sure that the installation team was at my door before I left for work the first day. Installation Team - Mario, Benjamin and Joseph Were at my home for only three days. I saw Benjamin early the first day, but what’s great about them is they come and go. While not leaving a mess during it. I was so excited each day to come home and see what they had done. I am really particular and I could not find things wrong. Just goes to show how talented they are! Thank you Reborn Team so much for everything you did to make my kitchen just beautiful!! This whole project from getting to meet Kerry in the parking lot to the Installation Team completing the job the right way was done in less than a month. I am so happy I met you all!

Reborn Cabinets did an exceptional job of refacing our cabinets and building an additional credenza. We had two sets of extremely professional workers - Jose and Jesse/Tom. Everything was done the way we wanted. Each day they left the project very clean. We love the color of the cabinets. Dennis did an extremely good job of designing the kitchen. Excellent job by Reborn. Our installer Enrique Lopez was wonderful thru out the whole process. We had a walk-in shower installed. Enrique attention to detail was impressive. We hired Reborn Cabinets to remodel our bathroom. Various workers came for specific jobs. Mostafa was the cabinet installer and he did excellent work. He was very clean, putting down floor coverings and vacuuming up the little bit of sawdust that fell during in the installation of the cabinet knobs and handles. He was also very polite. Manny and Javier were with tile installers for the shower and the floor. They were such very hard workers and did a wonderful job in our bathroom. The were also very clean, courteous and easy to work with. These workers, in particular, deserve the highest recommendation!

Reborn was found at my local home show in Palm Springs and an appointment was scheduled for May, the saleswoman Rossy Dodge was right on time and gave us a fair price and was very specific about what would be done. We elected to have bisque cabinets with a grey island. We needed to have a wall removed and so we told them we wanted installation end of June. Jeremy Abad and his crew was very professional, highly skilled, polite, and cleaned up after themselves and the kitchen looks amazing. They finished on time, and because of a mixup about a few drawer fronts, they had to return and finished up, and these were changed without question at no cost. I would hire them again.

The finished work was great. Reason for only 4 stars is a miscommunication in the responsibility of tear down of existing shower/bath, seat bench not adequate for size of shower and my responsibility to call a company and purchase shower glass. My understanding was that tear down would be down by installers yet somehow it was communicated I would do prior to installers arriving at house. Reborn did correct issue but only after being called by sales person and manager. The bench I requested, too big for shower. Bench is convenient yet it sticks 15” inches from wall therefore I keep gitting with knee. It sticks out so far that it covers approximately half the floor pan. I would think I would have been given options of different sizes based on shower design but was not. Glass...well, to get someone to come out and measure and install, two weeks. Why the glass was not part of the design and install, I don’t know. I will say though, the installers, Danny, amazing!! Took only a day. Finished project, awesome. Kept me involved and would seek my input. Even clean up was great. Didn’t leave a mess behind. Overall, would recommend Reborn. I would just be aware of these possible concerns to make experience a better one.

Reborn did a great job - my "new" cabinets looks so much better with their facelift. A couple months after installation some cabinet doors needed to be tweaked and the pullout trash bin needed to be adjusted. Any time I ask a contractor for after-sale service I'm a little worried about how cooperative they will or won't be. No problems here! Gary Stella came to do the work he was the best! So pleased with his positive, helpful attitude and with the quality of his work. Highly recommend!

You can definitely do better. After signing a contract and paying my 10% deposit immediately, it came to light that the sales rep completed the contract incorrectly and Reborn was not going to be able to get permits to do the job. Although they have known this for close to 2 months, and the VP of Sales has assured me that my refund is in the mail - nothing has arrived.. They may talk about how devoted they are to customer service, but their actions - or should I say lack thereof - speak much louder than their glossy hand outs.

The professionalism from start to finish was unsurpassed. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, helpful and provided all the information we requested for our specific project.

Christopher Martinez was excellent. He kept us informed of his expected arrival time, was clean and courteous and even our little doxie Ruby who doesn't care for strangers, loved being petted by him! I visited the Reborn booth at a Home and Garden Show and asked that a salesperson contact us. We needed to redo our tub/shower to accommodate access for a wheelchair. After contacting other contractors and getting formal bids, we decided to go with Reborn. It was a great decision. The sales person was great to work with and very attentive to our needs. The follow through and execution was very professional. The job was completed on-time and the new shower is beautiful. The post-installation follow-up again was excellent and a few minor caulking issues were taken care of immediately. The only reason I am not giving them a 5-start rating is because of a couple of calls I received from the Director of Sales in the home office who started using high-pressure sales tactics to get me to sign the contract. This almost cost them my business but he finally got the message and backed off. That aside, I highly recommend Reborn and will do business with them again should I need bathroom or kitchen remodeling.

My wife and I hired Reborn Cabinet to reface our two bathroom vanities. Armani Gonzales of Reborn Cabinets is a meticulous craftsman who explained each step of the process. He and his helper Juan laid out tarps to protect our carpeting and plastic to minimize dust. They also installed six sliding shelves in our kitchen which were perfect. When the install was completed, they left the rooms immaculate. The vanities look fantastic. Like the old saying, “Happy wife, happy life.” Thank you Armani.

This is the third project with Reborn. The first was a small shower rehab, the second was cabinet facings. The job was done within 3 days (1931 built house). I love the updated look and how well it blended in with the wall titling (all original). Can't wait until this is paid down and they can come back to reface bathroom vanity and a connecting storage cabinet. Then, of course, comes the kitchen! Saul Polido and Jessy Ainla are the best.

Absolutely incredible service and results, from the sales experience to the installation. We shopped around many different refacing companies and found that Reborn had the best value at the most competitive rate. Ernesto and Sergio were our installers and did an incredible job. They were courteous, clean and extremely professional. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

My wife and I had all of the cabinets in our house refaced. The workers arrived at the appointed time each day and worked for a full 8 hours. The quality of their work was excellent. The entire job took 6 1/2 days but was scheduled for 9 days just in case there was a problem. Mario M. was the person in charge of the crew and he is the best!! The other members of his crew were Mike C. and Joseph M. both of them were excellent and I am extremely happy with their work. The company would not reface the inside of two of my cabinets (they said that they do not do the inside of any cabinet). Normally this would not be a major problem but the cabinets have glass doors and were oak being refaced with a dark wood so now the insides have to be painted. Dean Corbin the salesman was supposed to get me the name of a painter in the area but he did not even return my call after a couple of times, he did give me the number for his supervisor but she never answered her phone and never called us back. Not happy with them!!

Reborn did an excellent job replacing my bathtub with a large shower to my specifications. The two gentlemen who did the work were fastidious in keeping the rest of my house clean and dust free. They worked quietly and efficiently, were prompt, courteous, and very hard-working. The job was accomplished in the time-frame that I had requested. The only negative comment I have is that I had difficulty on several occasions speaking with the main office about scheduling and other issues. The quality of the product is without question, and the final appearance is totally satisfying.

Huge, well-lit and such a large selection of installed kitchen and bath cabinetry to look at. I worked with sales person/designer Lisa Sanders and came up with a very good design for my space using the Wellborn line of cabinetry. When it was finally time to install, the install crews that did my job were very experienced, meticulous and neat. Very happy with install. I had a designated project manager, Manny, who made sure all the details and scheduling were taken care of. I would recommend Reborn and Wellborn cabinets to others.

They answered all our questions and made sure to leave the 4 day work-site clean each day before going home. They worked long days and were precise in how they handled the work. Their workmanship and the quality of their job exceeded our expectations. We were equally satisfied with the new counter-tops and splash-back met our expectations. The teams again were neat and thorough. Finally our new sink / faucet and garbage disposal were installed and hooked up to meet our satisfaction. Thank you to Ms. Freida who got us started and Mr. Lou who supervised the job!

Dave Young and his helper Brian Sanders did an awesome job installing our Reborn cabinets. We had a custom kitchen that had total of 47 drawers and cabinets, plus panels for our sub zero refrigerator and built in ovens and warming drawer. They were efficient and cleaned up and put all their "stuff" away at the end of every day. Another installer, Reyes, assisted the last 2 days, and he was also very skilled at what he does. The whole team is to be complemented. I would highly recommend Reborn to anyone looking to refinish their kitchen Great job Dave and Brain and thanks for your assistance, Reyes.

Our installation team lead by Francisco Gonzalez did an excellent job!! They were on time, maintained a safe environment around their work are at all times, communicated with us during the installation process so that we knew what to expect and carefully reviewed the finished job with us. Would not hesitate to hire this crew again!!!

This week I had an appointment for a "designer," Denis Devlin (H.I.S. Lic. #106450SP), from Reborn Cabinets INC. on 8/23/2017 come to my house because we would like to reface our cabinets. Instead of a designer what I got was a used car salesman. First, he did not even want to come inside because my husband wasn't home. Mr. Devlin thinks "only a man can make financial decisions ." Geeh, I just love being patronized. I was hoping to see some cabinet door samples and finishes/colors, and get recommendations from a designer how to improve the look of my kitchen all while working within my budget of twenty thousand dollars. I have a large kitchen with an eat in breakfast nook. I saw maybe 3 cabinet door styles and a handful of cabinet colors/finishes. His attitude and demeanor was very condescending towards me- remember only a man can make financial decisions. When we spoke about the cost of the project he literally told me that the cost would be 25,000 but the offer was good for only that day. If I did not sign the contract today the cost would go up to 30,000!!! Can you imagine anyone pressuring you that much? Perhaps he saw the word "sucker" tattooed to my forehead. He said that he would not give me a copy of the offer but would allow me to take a picture of it.

A special thanks to Pedro R., supervisor, for coming out so promptly to resolve the issue with our stove not fitting between our two cabinets. He was very professional, courteous, and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. After he was done, it looked like nothing happened. The fix was done in less than an hour. Thank you!!

I really regret the decision to have our existing 2nd bath tub/shower combo w/curtain replaced with a full shower w/glass door. A project that's advertised as do-able "in about 1 day" actually took 2 full days to complete. There were installation problems with the glass door, odd placement of hardware & shower pan, and loss of space as far as the overall project itself; late arrival, lack of communication/reply to request for clarification on financing & disappearing installers administratively (the guys were really nice, just showed up late & had to run to Home Depot both days). I thought that converting from a tub/shower combo unit to a full floor-to-ceiling shower would give us MORE space in our tiny bathroom, or at least the "feel" of more space, but instead we lost about 5" width, so elbows touch between new glass door & wall when washing hair, kinda have to turn sideways in the narrow little space now. It's definitely longer now, the full length of what the tub was before, that part is nice, I just thought all the meticulous measuring & photos that the initial sales guy did when he came would result in a custom fit to maximize our space, otherwise an off-the-shelf DIY solution would've been about 1/5 the price & on our own schedule. I have 5 years' worth of financed payments to ponder what I've done. Photos: 1) Installer accidentally cracked a wall tile, I told him it was okay since I didn't like the tile anyway, but things like this aren't supposed to happen with professional premium installations. 2) Why is the new shower handle down so low? It's exactly where it was when we had a tub. Too late to do anything about it now. 3) Shower pan installed about 3/4" away from edge of existing floor tile at one end & approx 5/8" away from edge at other end. Cemented down like that, can't straighten or fix it now. Temporarily covered with DIY caulk tape for now, will need to buy & learn how to install a wide line of grout to fill in gap more permanently.

This is the second time we used Reborn and we are still very satisfied with the company and their product. We highly recommend the installation team we had of Dave and Fermin, "the kid." These guys were the best ever - they were never late, they were professional while being extremely friendly, they were totally competent, their work was gorgeous, and they cleaned up each day when they were done. Dave helped me resolve a problem I had with the initial order and it was resolved totally to my satisfaction. We had a family emergency during the installation and Dave and Fermin were also compassionate and caring. They are the best!

Gary was very professional and not only fixed our cabinet door, but also showed me how to adjust the cabinets myself.

This is my first experience with a reno and I cannot say enough about how accommodating and professional Reborn has been. Eddie D. has been my installer and has had to do a lot of work for me in my condo in less than the best working conditions. My kitchen is very small, not ventilated and dark. In spite of this, Eddie has been doing exceptional work. Everything looks amazing already and he takes a lot of care to keep things clean as he works. He is polite, professional, and has put a lot of care into the job. He, along with the demo team, arrive when they say they will, work quickly and efficiently, and are very clean. I am excited to work with all the team members I have met so far. I have a great deal of trust in my representative, Neil J. who I first met with and who has given me great ideas and advice along the way. Great team!

I recently had the shower in the master bath replaced by Reborn using the KwikFit Tile Systerms. The result is beautiful. I am impressed by the professional talent from Frieda during design and William and Geronimo during installation. I have had several other unrelated professionals in for other jobs and both have commented on the quality of the work done by Reborn. They were especially impressed at the attention to detail and how plumb the walls are using the KwikFit System. I would recommend these companies for the quality of their workmanship and the ease (for me) of the installation. William worked with me for a slight adjustment I wanted. The customer's wishes are paramount. Excellent staff and product.

Erik L. installed the final cabinet fronts in my kitchen with the same professional and personable attitude I have become accustomed to with Reborn.

We hired Reborn to replace our second bathtub with acrylic and glass shower doors. The project was very seamless. About a month after ordering and measuring with the salesperson, the job was installed in one day. It looks fabulous. I did have trouble getting in touch with the install team to confirm that the install date was still a definite. No one returned my call.

Wow, reading some of your reviews of this company. I'm floored. I hired them to reface my kitchen cabinets, and was told I would have solid wood alder door. They started their demo on Sept. 29,2016 it is now 10/28/16 and I still don't have my kitchen. No sink, no stove, etc. They installed a few doors, which is made of some composite and painted to look like wood alder (whats with that!!!). I am disgusted with this company. I cant believe they would switch and bait me. They stated they are a+ with better business. I guess they should be rated also. They have over $40,000.00, of my money. I'm hoping they have some integrity and honor what I brought. Still without a kitchen, don't know when I will hear from them. Please, beware with this company.

We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced by Reborn cabinets, and are very pleased with the results. The refacing materials, cabinet doors and drawers are all good quality, and the installation was well done. Our installers, Michael Carver and his assistant Andreas, were efficient, professional, and CLEAN! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reborn, Mike and Andreas, and our project manager Ron. This is an update. We had a small portion of the refacing near our sink break off. It was approximately one square inch. Reborn honored their warranty and sent Gary Stella and his assistant Erik over to repair it. They removed and replaced the whole section to provide a seamless repair. Great job! As expected, they were professional, expert, and clean. Thanks!

I hired Reborn to reface my existing cabinets. They were very professional and excellent in communication. They met the timetable for delivery and completed the job even early. I love the look and did recommend them to a friend who also hired them

The contract we signed with Reborn involved the refacing of cabinets and installation of new countertops. The job cost in excess of $31,000. We were promised the refacing of the cabinets was to take place on July 7 & 8, 2016 and the countertop to be installed on July 20 with final visit to hook up appliances on July 21st. Reborn failed to measure certain cabinets during their April 1, 2016 visit (their better estimator was in Las Vegas training new Reborn employees) which delayed a portion of the installation to July 25th. During that installation Reborn's workers incorrectly installed some of the cabinet doors and still did not have all their materials ready, requiring another delay until August 15th. That day arrived and it was found all the materials were still not ready and the final install date was August 17th, 40 days after the cabinet install target of July 8th had passed. During this time many of our kitchen cabinets were not able to be used and food and cooking materials had to be stored in our garage. Meetings with our project manager were cancelled with no notice (on July 11th, 25th and 29th) the communication with Reborn throughout this whole process was infrequent at best. We requested a discount from Reborn due to these service issues and they refused to consider any sort of discount, saying they kept their end of the contract up by delivering the cabinets and countertops, admittedly later than promised. They say that their great cabinets should outweigh any issues that arise in getting them delivered. To me, that sounds like they are interested in money more than their customers. We feel that this level of poor service after being charged and paying top dollar was not a fair exchange and that other consumers should know that while Reborn does provide a nice cabinet face, it's level of service is not up to a high standard by any measure. If your project sees any sort of problems Reborn won't get the replacement materials quickly or be able to schedule one of their installation crews to you very quickly as they have so many other jobs lined up. Complaints to the VP of Operations and the owner directly got me some return emails but you can see what the end result was...a promised two day install window turned into a whole summer without the use of our kitchen. If you want to roll the dice with a lot of your money and time on the line, go ahead. I did, and my dice came up craps.

Eddie Maynard design specialist did our bathrooms, we loved it. He is now working on our kitchen. All their people from office to installers were great.
