Took in drawings but Scott was not interested as he was wanted to draw his own and he wanted a number of changes as we talked. 2 cabinets were fine, one was built 2 inches higher than requested and the fourth had to be completely redone which he charged me for. Tom worked with me later on the project and was much better to work with. Came in $1700.00 more than original $2200.00 estimate. Deal with Tom and make them stop and take the time to listen to you. I have s lot more cabinets to be built but will go elsewhere.

Scott at Rich's Cabinets (and the rest of the team) have more than gone out of their way to create the cabinets and lay-out I was hoping for. They worked closely with me to design a kitchen layout SPECIFIC FOR MY NEEDS AND TASTE. They also made beautiful cabinetry for my fireplace surround and bathrooms. They have been fantastic about follow up with shelf and drawer adjustment as well. They have even supplied me with additional shelves where needed. I have been very happy!
